What is the official wm6.5 rom version?

i want to rom upgrade.
But has a alot of w6.5 rom in here.
What is the official latest rom for wm6.5
is it latest and official WM 6.5 23016

theres NO official WM6.5 yet. It hasn't been formally released.

As stated by fards, there has been no official release of wm6.5 yet. All official releases can be found on HTC website or in wiki here.
If you want a wm6.5 rom you will need USPL or HSPL on device first and then flash a cooked rom.

There IS a windows 6.5 final version.
Here you can see that BGR confirms it:

We don't know exactly which build is final under the name of Windows Phone.

Yes, but as stated nothing has been released officially by MS, just leaked and then cooked into roms.

MEGA rom to HD

Any one know how to flash The official Rom htc Mega ROM to my HD.

Not possible, Mega has qvga screen (240x320)
Why would you have that software on your hd anyway? Touchflo is very simple and basic of the mega.

Can anyone please suggest me a rom which is based on the official windows 6.5?
I looked at the couple of rom;s , but am not sure, if it is based on test packages or the official 6.5 package.

There is no official 6.5 rom for the HD, just pick one of the many available cooked ones and try, if you don't like it you can always go back to the stock one
I would suggest Miri's V29. (His test rom is labeled "test")

have been avoiding flashing 6.5 roms as they are based test packages.

Why dont you upgrade to latest official ROM, as ALL latest official Diamond2 ROM comes with newer OS Core and Manila 2.5 also it will install newer Radio ROM . So once you have the latest ROM you can try newer Manila Mods... or if you like you can also go for Custom ROMs too (AS Custom ROM will have Latest OS Core and Manila, and these will be newer than the Latest Official ROM Update ).

If you need Official ROM you get from your regional HTC Site... for India Link Visit Here. You may select the country/region from top of the page.
If you need Cooked/Customized ROM (I will prefer this ) you can select one from the WiKi page. Try couple of ROM and see which one fits for you.
