NBA GameTime app for HTC - Touch Pro, Fuze Themes and Apps

Is there an NBA GameTime app for the Touch Fuze/Pro? I know it works for the iPhone but I want to know if someone has made a version for the HTC so that I can listen to the radio or watch the game live.

I too was looking for this, it the main reason I'm trying to port Android so I could use their NBA apps that aren't offered to WM

To watch live games you need NBA League Pass Mobile, which is $30, I got NBA League Pass Mobile and NBA Gametime. If you need them you can pm me.

so with the cracked version and $30 subscription i can stream games on my phone? is it video or is it just the streaming stats? Thanks for info this is quite intriguing

The 7th guest and old PC games on kaiser

Hey everyone, I was playing some old PC games and could was wondering why you could not play a simple click and play game on the kaiser such as Monkey Island or The 7th guest.I came across a program called scum but I have not been able to find the games to run on it. It says that they are freeware. If anyone could find a few please let me know. Thanks for your help and happy hunting.
Update
I guess a better question may be this. If you have these older point and click games, is there a way convert them to ppc so that you can play them?
You would want to search for emulators to play them. like scummvm and whatnot. for pure dos emulation, I'd recommend dosbox ppc or pdosbox.
I keep meaning to give this one a try...
http://www.astraware.com/ppc/featured/brokensword1/?skucode=0211-000-0466
It's been converted to WM6, so no need for an emulator.
I only ever played the PC Demo and it seemed a good game, but never got round to buying it. No idea what it's like on the Kaiser, but saying that, maybe I'll try now....
Otherwise - http://www.scummvm.org/ looks good thanks ycavan! I've tried Dosbox before though, and it does work but wasn't that impressed with trying to use such a small screen.
http://www.scummvm.org/downloads.php
Go on the Scummvm site and Broken Sword is free anyway! Plus theres Lure of the Temptress, Beneath a Steel Sky.... Excellent!

TV may be possible for us after all

That is true, there are actually 2 TV apps in the market. SPB TV and Television. Both of them are HORRIBLE. I mean seriously, who in the US is interested in Al Jazeerah TV? or the christian programming channel? C'mon. Those apps have the worst channels I've seen. with like 10 24 hour news channels in all sorts of languages. I guess if you have nothing better to do it is worth turning on, but not paying for it.
This is just an opinion from a new yorkers POV

EyeTV is an USB TV Tuner for Mac and‚ (possibly PC) that allows you to watch TV on your computer. The iphone app appears to stream data from your computer to your iphone rather than streaming directly from an internet feed. So although this is very useful, it is probably slightly different to what you're looking for.
In the UK we have a decent BBC TV app which will stream over wifi and 3G (dependent on your provider).
Hmmmmm anyone tried streaming over the web from Hulu or fancast...... both are free.
Edit
ooops both need flash to work. I guess we will have to wait for the long awaited plugin promised by Adobe

How does it work, if you don't mind me asking. Thanks
You install the Orb server software on your home PC, as well as a TV tuner card. The orb server software is able to stream the tv signal from the tuner card over the internet via .3gp to your phone. Check out their website and search for "android orb" in google. There's tons of threads about it.

Many thanks for the tip... Works like a charm through my Steel browser. Just navigate through your web browser to the site, enter your email and you're good to go. Also pretty decent video quality and no lagging with only 2 bars on T-Mo 3G..

Heard back from Sling today on an Android app and they basically said no way it's happening because Android is Linux based and not windows based. Here is the email I got:
As we understand, you want to know if the Slingbox will support the Android Operating System and Mobile device any time soon. We will be more than willing to assist you.
Android is a software platform and operating system for mobile devices, based on the Linux Operating System, developed by Google and later the Open Handset Alliance. It allows developers to write managed code in a Java-like language that utilizes Google-developed Java libraries, but does not support programs developed in native code.
Most of the supported cell phones run on Windows OS. Since Android runs on Linux OS, it is not compatible with the SlingPlayer. Therefore, Slingbox will not support it.
If you require further assistance, feel free to visit http://support.slingmedia.com or contact us at 1-877-GO-SLING (877-467-5464) Monday through Sunday 7am-7pm Pacific Time.
For future reference your case number is XXXXXX.

I haven't gotten it to work yet, but I think that VLC has some promise for streaming media.
DropBox is great for just sharing files.
As far as other stuff I've found...
If you are an MMO junkie, there is Pocket Legends of course to get your mobile fix. But to check in with your friends, Ventriloid (free Ventrilo client) is a MUST have.
Until Skype gets their act together, check out ooVoo - does great video chat and has a desktop client! The paid version lets you do up to 6 way video conferences.
PLEASE help me find these games

I prefer TiKL over HeyTell. HeyTell is not realtime. HeyTell is not real PTT. It's got a purtier UI though.

You really shouldn't mention being able to get apps for free. A paid app is paid to compensate the developer and even if you aren't directly to the pirated app you are supporting it which goes against everything these forums stand for.
It is illegal to post links to warez or paid for apps on this site. Asking or linking to apps that are paid for, for free is against the rules and will not be tolerated.
I'll have to try out newsroom I use Pulse for RSS feeds.
Need for Speed is great.. best racing game on this phone IMO,
ALso try GURK.. good ole 8 bit RPG gaming.. it's soo addicting..
I just discovered a new app on the Epic General fourms.. called Droid Streamer
What a great app!
A little off topic, but to address flawlessbmxr's problem with orb... of course assuming everthing works except for the actual streaming.

To get orb to work over 3g (should already work over wifi) you will need to edit your RTSP Proxy Address one of two ways...
The first way requires that you know your MSL code for your phone... Enter ##DATA# into your dialer and you will be taken to a hidden menu, from there go in to Multimedia (or 'Edit->Others->Multimedia' if your on DK28 (or other Froyo)) and change the RTSP Address to 0.0.0.0
The second way requires that you have LauncherPro, ADW Ex (newest regular ADW might work too), or Any Cut installed on your phone. Just add a shortcut to one of your home screens and choose 'Activities->com.android.hiddenmenu->Multimedia(.Multimedia_Edit)' (as listed in DK28, may be slightly different in DI18)and then change your address as above. If your running ADW, you may need to choose Custom Shortcut, and click on Pick an activity to create the shortcut.

I've been using droidstreamer for a little over a week now. It does NOT have many vids. But, it does have full length movies and tv shows for streaming. It worked in 3g and 4g for me. And it's free . I usually just download shows and movies to my sd card and play through my video player though.

NBA League Pass Broadband help?

So, I pay for NBA league pass broadband (not mobile) and I want to watch games on my nexus 7 but I seem to be having difficulty. I can load the flash player and drag my game to the viewer and it attempts to load but then says the game can't play due to a technical difficulty.
Does anyone have a workaround?
Currently boat browser works the best and at least loads the whole player fine.
I personally think it's ridiculous that the mobile app doesn't stream HD games. At least give the option on WiFi connections.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
I dont have a solution or a work around but im having a simular issue on the Nexus 4> I cant even get my League pass video to play it gives the alert error message then on the replay video's it's audio with NO video Just a black screen. I paid for the broadband mobile league pass and used it on my galaxy note but as of Friday I'm using my Nexus 4 and the video will not play on it. I have disabled Google Chrome but that's not working so I'm going to email Google and have them look into it - Ok , I know what you are thinking - As if I'm somebody they are going to jump through hoops for right? LOL

rom buddy

Hi, this is not a new app, i use it since my XperiaPlay days. Think it's the best one of it's kind and if you like playing emulators like i do you will enjoy it too. Maybe most people already have this but for those who are new to the Android Retro Stuff this app will help you to download every game from NES to MaMe.
Btw. shouldn't be any kind of warez or so because this app is not available on the Play Store for some years now!
Ps1 version?
Oh and for everyone who loves playing Arcade Games here's a MaMe 0139 torrent, you will only need a torrent downloader app. All roms are working with Mame4droid Reloaded.
