很早前我就确认我的位置及AGPS是与HD驱动有关的，因为我在touch pro上我的位置和AGPS都很正常，但是几乎一样的OEM在HD上我的位置和AGPS却不正常，因此与sundream探讨了几回，替换了多次驱动，后来终于找到了与我的位置相关的驱动就是rilphone.dll（592的5555也找到了），AGPS暂时还没测试（目前使用NOKIA的服务器AGPS也能正常配置，中国移动的服务器不行）
这个rilphone.dll是touch pro 5.12驱动官方ROM里提取出来的，我在HD上使用一切正常，我的位置用GPRS、WIFI、电脑同步都可以更新（之前三种方式都不行，不过我的ROM有些人可以用WIFI更新，可能与IP有关吧），我的HD的RADIO是1.13.25.24（官方1.59CHT里的），发收短信、电话一切正常。
我不太清楚rilphone.dll具体有什么作用，不过就我在touch pro使用了一年多的经验来看，与radio的搭配关系不大的样子。
那个闹钟的注册表，官方ROM的oemdrivers默认AlertInterrupt=1，这样闹钟响的时候会只响提醒的铃声（默认的铃声是嘀一声），而闹钟的铃声是被忽视的（这样就不可以设定不同闹钟铃声，只能设提醒铃声为闹钟铃声）。改成0或删掉这个注册表后就正常了。其他机型都没这个，就HD有，真是怪事……

It did not work at all regardless of the many ROMs tried so I figured it must be my phone company blocking the Weather updating...... After much trial and error I discovered my phone company configuration through "Connection Setup" is putting in a proxy server on the internet connection settings... By simply unticking the proxy (and ppcg's fix rilphone.dll) it works now AWESOME!!.... Everything else seems fine, and the proxy dosent seen to be needed.... PS Virgin Mobile Australia.

Hey a huge thanks man for this wonderful gift.
For everybody's information I simply copied the attached rilphone.dll to the windows directory on my Flashmore-Dusk v1.6 Rom and for the first time since I have had this Touch HD AKA Blackstone I was able to update weather on My Location via GPRS and ,note this, WITHOUT TURNING ON WIFI !!
Can you believe that?

Can I ask what radio you are running with this rilphone and do you perhaps know what version the rilphone is?
The clock fix I think fixes problems for some where when an alarm goes off but only rings once because the notifications alerts interupts the alarm.

The radio is the latest 1.17.25.09 and no I dont know the rilphone version just that it works.

How do you know you can't send sms? I am on the "same" rom (Xanny 1.7b) and i have just send 2 sms. Was there a warning, or did you just cannot send?

i sent 1 to myself... and a mms, but neither got delivered
actually they are stuck in the outbox

Hmm strange, i have just tested and my 2 previous send sms are delivered.
I also send one to myself, and it was send and delivered!
So i don't know what is wrong with yours..

Actually, I've just looked to make sure it's in the windows folder but I don't think it copied. It's odd, I have a rilphone.dll and a RILPHONE.DLL. Not sure how I can have 2 with just different cases! Anyway, now I can't delete either of them using total commander, says they're in use and I can't copy the one in this post to the windows folder either.
What are you guys using to copy the file?

I have backed up the original one and then just overwrite the one with resco explorer..It just overwrites, soft reset, and everything is working after that.
are you using htc messenging or not?
I confirm that My Location does work. Haven't seen any negative effects yet.
You may also want to modify the title as this works just by copying the file using Total Commander, it's not required to be cooked in to the ROM.

Cheers, was able to copy the file now with resco. Think I've screwed it all up though! Still got 2 of the same files, one in lowercase and one in upper!
Now to decide, hard reset or flash a new rom?

I suggest you try Total Commander first to see if you can delete the file you added. Then, again using Total Commander, copy the file over.
If this doesn't work it looks like a hard reset is in order.
Can confirm that it works but for me, it works only in GSM-Mode, not with HSDPA

the calendar still works... just not the soft key function... i've changed it to messaging.. i'd like to know how to resolve though?

Yes -- I have /Windows/HTCCalendar_836.exe and I also have /Windows/calendar.exe
I'm doing a workaround right now by having a shortcut through Spb Pocket Plus to my Today screen, so it's not like I can't use the calendar at all So -- not a "biggie", just an annoyance. . .

I'm using the Cingular_RUU_Wizard_AKU2.3_Custom_RNG_THM_A2DP_TEST2 ROM. I changed the "HTCCalendar_836.exe" to "htccalendar.exe" and now it's working fine.
Not sure why the file was misnamed, either. The only actual program installed on my 8125 is MS Voice Command 1.5 and IIWPO, which I found on these forums -- plus some "root files" for Sbsh Pocket Weather and OnCourse Navigator 5. Everything else is installed to my storage card, with shortcuts through the Spb Today plugin to open them.

It installs in its own directory, not into the Windows directory, thus not slowing system down
You can tune this great plugin using HTC Home Customizer (turning on/off tabs, sorting them, change icons, change clock's font etc.)

I just installed the .cab. But I can not find a file to start-up HTC home.

It's a Today screen plugin, you can turn it on in Today Items setup.
I also looked there, but I do not have anything there what looks like HTC.
Items I have are:
- Date
- Wireless
- Owner Info
- Messaging
- Tasks
- Calendar
- cLaunch
- TomTom
- Devicelock
Nothing related to HTC
I do have a HTC Home dir on the root, but there are only picture files..
Any suggestions???

It should be so
The program itself is in \Windows directory.
SR does nothing, I found the .exe file in the /windows dir.
However this gives an error for start...

Well, generally the main program file for a today plugin is a .dll file.
Hm, I was using Home under wm5, but an older version, not this one. It seems like this one is not working under wm5
I'll try to find an older version.

Hi. I know I'm gonna look a bit dim with this, and I have tried searching the forums but no joy so... How do I install this on my phone? Its an xdaii with WM2006. I've unzipped it and tried running the setup file on the pc and on the xda but IE stops it at first until told to let it run, then nothing happens and nothing happens when I run it on the xda either. The one thing that anoyed me the most is the slow scrolling in pie when you load a "large"page.
This fixed it for me:

Btw use at your own risk , i used this dll on helmi_c's latest cooked rom.

Its a part of pie's engine , probably from an older os.
However I can finally use pie normally again.

I just put it in and it didn't change anything. I just replaced the webview.dll.
I am using the ATT Rom. Maybe I mis understood what this did. I was hoping it would change it to be more of a page down when you scroll as opposed to the way it scrolls now by hitting each line of text or graphic.

It does not change the way it scrolls just takes away the incredibly laggy scrolling on longer pages.

How can I overwrite the webview.dll? I tried with Resco Explorer, but it says it cannot be overwritten cause it's in the ROM. I cannot even copy it!

I used resco explorer and it only gave a warning , but replaced the file fine.
So you did not copy the file before replacing?
This is not a "release candidate" or not even a beta...w/e
Its just a test rom with manila (black version) and drivers from HTC Quartz.
otherwise its built on same base as 3.01 wwe only

What about just releasing the the manila.cab port from it? Wouldnt it be easier to install that rather than flashing it since its the same as your 3.01 rom?

ive just used the oem version i linked to (changed rgu to reg installed them, and copied files) works fine here, much different to 4 so this is 6
quick install of flashlite and yotoob is working inside pie6
i might see if ican get pie8 working..

I'm going back to 3.01 from this rom, found one and only bug today.
Gps is hard locking when going into standby.
Can't work out a fix for it, and it was a sod as I was cycling 75 miles back home on a route I didn't know...

This works fine on this rom and ITJEs 3.01 rom. I guess it uses the newer pie builds as it doesn't have an exe in there..

Ok I changed this to have a few of my first apps in it including some I thought was not worth putting in at first like a flashlight app makes you screen bright white so that you can use your phone as a mini flash lite in dark rooms, and you double click teh screen to exit right the app cause it runs in fullscreen, right now now it doesn't change your backlight level, but it still helps. also there is a number selector, you can decide a minamum number and a max number and it will pick a random number in beetweens thse when you click the button on the window, and also a test to see how fast you can tap the screen lol
Even though I had absolutely no problems and dont think it is even possible for something like this to do any damage to a phone I am not responsible for anything I just made this app because I like xda and want to help as much as I can.
btw I really would appreciate feedback
I will try to post more pics later for the new programs I forgot to take them
OH and almost forgot they will all be in program files not the start menu

Strange... What browser / OS are you using? Was there any error message? Did the "Manage Attachments" window show the file at the top after the upload complete?

oh I was clikcing the wrong file lol sorry I uploaded it now.
sorry I made some last minute changes before I posted it and didnt test it so if you donwlaoded it earlier it wont work lol but now it will I tested it too

how do u create apps is there a software and wat do i need to know about ppc first i a noob
Not working for me either, if I go to file explorer, my device, program files, I can see them all, but when I try to open them it says "This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device." Then says quit on the bottom right.

Try installing the MS .net Compact Framework 3.5 and try again.

sorry this took so long lol I gave up hope anyone would actually click on that thread lol but yes there is a software, I use microsoft visual studio, and it does require some knowledge of codes but there are books and guides to help u learn and I think almost anyone in the world is capable of learning but I dont try that hard so Im not that good but my pc apps are alot better. BTW In visualk stuidio you can use the same language for phones as pc's I use visual basic
