2. Windows Media Player is now working very well.
3. did not experience any freezing during pc mode.
4.cant seem to locate RAM disk.
5. still getting stuck at sound notification seetings (can release by pressing red light button ).

i cant see the ram disk size, wish i could attached the screenshot of the memory screen. If this was what you askd for.
Memory Screen(window) shows:
Storage Total 30.53 MB Program Total 106.16
It shows only main memory and storage SDcard memory.

With 106 MB Ram there is no RAMdisk

Downloaded and installed.Great job! Everything works now. Except, at least in my case,no GPRS connection.I have configured my ISP properly with Network Wizard. Any solutions?
Sounds Notifications work OK, if you copy a new Ring tone to \My Documents\My Ringtones and set it as ring tone.

I'm afraid GPRS doesn't seem to be working for me either. I'd love to hear if anyone has got it to work as it's a great build other than that!

1. Can't add picture on my contacts
2. no ramdisk
3. applications seems not quite fast with executed
4. some minor bugs when installing apps
5. it would be good if the new keyboard SIP of wm6.5.3 has been added to this rom, still the old keyboard sip is inlcuded

man, there is only 2 free sectors free in romplace, 2 sectors is 8 kb...
It's very hard to test gprs connection because I cant test it on my own

Believe me... my vietnamese knowloge is absolutely zero. I only know where to look because the threads titles are in english
I only understand two things about the new release:
10 button CommManager
New MMS/SMS software version: 4.0 31_23
The other two thing that are stated there I don't understand, but a wild guess would be that this new rom is based in PDAVIET's WM6.0 v4.12.07.05 and has something new related with an icon of UI Home.
I asked PhamQuang's permition to post here some pics and the link to the second part of the rom file... just waiting for an answer.
the first link is part1 one and the second link is part2.
OK, and I'm not a member so I cant download the second part. Who can? If there is somebody please load it um somwhere else so that other, unregistererd users can download it.

He is still using the 12mb page pool on this ROM. I changed to 6mb and I am flashing now see how it goes.
Edit// With 6mb page pool there is about 25 MB of ram free right from start. Soft reseting now with out SD card see if it loops..........it doesn't. Still issues with psshutxp (device resets when trying to set action). Coreplayer is installed. Reboothing now with SD. Still no reboot loops thus far.

By the time I uploaded it and then you downloaded it you could have already made your own and flashed your device.

But in future, when people want directly to flash teh 6MB pagepool version it ould be faster to download your shared version than to download the 12mb, edit it and flash it.
So please for the community share your "knownledge"- file.

Is it worth the upgrade from the v4.12.07.05 to the v4.12.07.06? Because, I can't see any major fixes... just one software update.
This was my first try to flash a new version on my Herald.
Also i tried to change the Pagepool to 4 MB.
Both worked really easy and now i have a really nice and faster working WM6.
I dont know if you want a 4 MB because you asked for a 6 MB Pagepool, but i uploaded my 4 MB Pagepool Version here.
If you want that i make a 6 MB Pagepool Version, i can create one. But i dont know when i find the time, because the next days i am really busy.

Yes i think in the menu. There are a couple of menus that is shown in RUS even if set to english. Camera & Settings is a couple of them.
It would be nice with an software without the russian Apps.
Resco explorer & Opera Mini. They dont sjowup in installed app either so they are hard to uninstall.
Otherwise. A Great rom. Fast and with certificates functioning as they should. No problem with activesync whatsoever.

Basically that the Russian is replaced with English

I have the WM6 rom for Mteor (sp3dev and ALEUT) which doesnt except certificates and is not able to run apps that are not digitally signed
I have your WM6 RC1 Rom that has everything and a bit of Russian
If I were to extract both ROMs to seperate locations to cook a new Rom, what system files would I need from your Rom to enable Aleut and Sp3dev ROM to accept certificates and run apps that are not digitally signed
Make no mistake, Im trying real hard to find my way around cooking Roms, would like to give it a go, just need some direction to start with.

i flashed this ROM just now. so far so good! speed is good, didnt find any bugs atm. we will see.
update: MMS is not working. can not compose a new MMS.
any chance we could get an english t-mobile centric version of this rom? Im sure tons of people would be interested and would donate as well

I got a file corrupt in 3%. I used this update: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=394478. I extracted the rom in the folder with the updater (after I deleted the sample it has inside) and I get a file corrupt error...can you re upload the file...(In rapidshare plz) or tell me whats wrong?
EDIT: Tried with another 2 updaters...same result...file corrupt at 3%....re downloading.

you need to download the rayfile download manager first, install and the link will automatically pasted to the manager - there is an english version of the rayfile site (top right).

Korea Service provider use the specific rilphone.dll to handle the messaging system, so this DLL file make several problem outside of Korea. So I fixed this problem by replace the file.
I changed keyboard layout for WWE environment but I am not sure correct or not because I can not test with WWE Qwerty keyboard layout. Please someone test this and let me know about bug is fixed or not.
I am applyed theme like 'Arang's that one. I used several CAB files those are used by Arang however some part of theme are not found from web, so I try to make the similar one by myself.
For the top/bottom taskbar, it is fake. Just make the taskbar as transparency and make the background image contain the pretty taskbar image. However, it has the refresh problem when change to landscape mode, so I am excluded this feature.
Windows mobile 6.1 has fundamental problem with HTCScroll2.dll which is used by most of new packages(especially the LEO). So I used old version of Album package which is not depends on HTCScroll2.dll, therefore you can not use 'Social Networking' feature with this ROM.

It is simple description about my ROM.
* It use the HTC Sense 2.5 based on Windows Mobile 6.1(21056).
For remain the compatibility issue, I use the old version of packages.(Album, MediaToolkit, NotificationEnhancement...etc)
Twitter tab on HTC Sense work very well now - fixed by myself.
DocBrowser and FootPrint tabs are not included because these packages do not work normaly, and have some bugs.
For more detail... Just Do It...
This ROM use OEM from WWE stock, but I am not sure what is more work for you.
