My screen has been unresponsive for a full day. It was fine when I went to bed last night, and today it's completely unresponsive. I flashed to a different rom, and even to the original sprint rom hoping that would change something - it hasn't.
I'm hoping to relock my phone so I can take it in to a sprint store tomorrow. I downloaded the Securelock.exe file I found in the WIKI but I'm unable to execute it since I can't get past the "align screen"
Does anybody have any suggestions, or anybody run into this problem before have any helpful advice?

I've been reading the forum for 3 days and I have installed hardspl1.0 and tried a few roms all successful, the hard part was condensing all the info into 'oh just run this and clk next.'
I ran into a problem when trying to unlock the phone using kaiser "simunlocker" after flashing to "tkaiser-radio-patched.nbh" I get a black screen on the phone and sometimes a screen full of snow. I Ran simunlocker after it booted into wm6 with the black screen and I did get a code on my pc screen, but no way to enter the code on the phone.
I read through several post and dug into the phone looking for the program to run hoping it might be simple like simunlockcode.exe or something after I flashed back to the right radio.rom but apparently the file is part of the radio.rom or odd name/location.
So my question is how do I tell if the phone is sim locked and if it is still lock what do I need to run to enter the code ?
Like I said I been reading for 3 days, and there is just so much info I could read for another week and still not read it all.
Hey everyone, I hope I'm not utilizing this posting section wrong.
Anyways, I just wanted to put out there that I think* that there is a problem with the kfortouchpro app (I apologize if this problem has been noted before). I dunno if it has to do with the rom I installed (RRE Fuze 4.2 hybrid, which is one of my faves) or if there is just something wrong with my phone.
The Problem:
After playing with Pocketsnes or Morphgear. If I forget to turn M$ IME back to t9, and then reset the device, the device would not boot to the today screen. When the device is reset, it will show the at&t logo, but then the next screen would remain black (the back light is on tho).
I've tried resetting several times and also did so with the bootloader screen. But none of them worked.
So annoyingly, I had to flash my rom to get the phone working again (had to do this 5 time already!!).
I even flashed first with stock rom then custom rom.
If anyone knows how to get that the today screen back after such an incident. Please let me know. And if anyone knows what exactly is wrong please do tell.

First I want to thank all the people on here who have help me out many, many times and never knew it. That's why this is my first post but unfortunately I can't find an answer this time.
I have a AT&T GS4 Active that up until yesterday was rooted since new with no issues. About 3 months ago I noticed a yellowish half moon halo on the left side of the screen halfway up that does not show up on screenshots. Then two days ago I was dialing a number and the screen just froze and would not respond to any touch. I pushed the power button to black out the screen and then again to turn the screen on and it worked fine for a little while but got progressively worse throughout the day to the point where it was unusable.
I than un rooted it and that did nothing so I re booted the phone to factory and attempted to do the OTA update many times, it would download and then reboot and at 25% it would stop and not load the update. Since the factory reset the screen has frozen twice so I can only assume it is going to get worse again. I don't know if the "yellow halo" means this is a hardware issue or not. I am willing to SS and install a ROM if anybody thinks this will help.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

It sounds like a hardware issue, but you could always try flashing the ML2 Odin files to see if it fixes anything. Make sure you do not flash the ML2 bootloader or you will be stuck on ML2 with no way to downgrade.
Anyone else have an issue with this phone following the update that just rolled out recently? Since my wife updated today, every time she unlocks the phone it does not respond to any screen presses, from lock screen or from main screen when lock screen is disabled.
Phone was never rooted, so i know that's not the problem. as it sits right now, we did a factory reset (at Verizon) and it did not fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

You could try reverting it back using the guide here to see if it rules out your upgrade. I've been running 24A a couple days and countless others have upgraded, haven't heard this complaint yet.

I was wondering if anyone is able to help me out with my HTC one M7. My phone has been out of commission since Monday night and I'm all out of options on what to do, I've even tried doing a factory reset as a last resort but that didn't seem to work as it looked like the process just stalled.
Here's a bit of background of what happened: Monday night I charged my phone through the wall outlet and went to have dinner, I came back to check on the phone and it was off. I thought that was odd so when I tried turning it back on I would only ever be able to get to the white HTC logo screen. I'm able to get into fastboot and recovery but after googling solutions and trying the options people have mentioned, it still isn't working. I'm not very tech oriented so I wouldn't know how to flash ROMs or anything like that...soooo, I'm hoping someone is able to explain steps in I'm able to understandr. I don't even know flashing ROMs is possible at this point since whenever I plug it into my PC, the drivers aren't recognized by Windows and says 'failed to install drivers'.
Any help is very much appreciated!! (I signed up to the forum in order to write this and seek help lol)
I haven't done ANY customization to the phone everything is all stock from my service provider so I'm really baffled at how this sudden fail could have happened. There was no OTA update either.

Unfortunately it's not, I've had the phone for a little over 2 years now. Seriously contemplating just using a loaner phone in the meantime while I wait for the new Nexus ...

Yes, I did. It flashed to the screen with 2 green arrows in a circle and 1 downward green arrow with a progress bar at the bottom but nothing happens during this period. I left the phone like that for about 30 mins just to see if anything would happen and nothing did.
