HTC 710 ROM´s on the HTC 730? - HTC Wings

Can i put the 710 Rom´s (Windows Mobile 6,5......) on the 730 ???
Cu

i'm more curios if the wireless and bluetooth drivers are the same on te HTC s730 and s710 since then i could extract the wireless and bluetooth drivers from the s710 wm6.5 rom and cook them into the w6.5 rom with the faulty wireless and bluetooth drivers for the s730.

Bluetooth usb adapter

I'd like to buy a bluetooth adapter for my diamond, but on all places i found one, diamond wasn't listed over the phones that it works on, I know its bluetooth and I guess it should work on all devices with bluetooth and they maybe didn't update the list or so, but I'd like to be sure before i buy one, so does anyone know if for example this
http://www.mytrendyphone.no/shop/bluetooth-usb-adapter-2891p.html
HTC: Advantage, MTeoR, P3300, P3400, P3600, P4350, S310, S620, S710, Touch, TyTN
Is the ones from htc that are listed as phones that are working.
If anyone know some other usb bluetooth adapters that work with diamond and activesync needs to work, not just filetransfer.

Porting HP RW6515 rom to HTC alpine

I have found a HP RW6515 that have the same specification as HTC Alpine;
http://www.amazon.co.uk/iPAQ-rw6815-Personal-Messenger-Bluetooth/dp/tech-data/B000LBDMQM
The processor is from the same family, specification are almost the same except this one is "PXA272 416 MHz" and Alpine has "PXA272 512 MHz". HTC Alpine has windows 2003 SE. Would it be somehow possible to port this rom to HTC Alpine
I have also found the link for the Rom;
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...wEnvOID=2067&swLang=7&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=0 (German, norwegian...)
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...wEnvOID=2067&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=0 (WWE)
This is 6815 not 6515

[REQ]Zeno USB Host Drivers to work for 6.5

http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-zeno-usb-host-drivers.html
this is a link to the Zeno USB Host Drivers
these look very useful the ability to use many kinds of USB devices with the raphael, the only problem is it is descrobed to work with only up to WM 6.1
is there anyone here who can get these working on 6.5? it would be much appreciated
It would be very nice, but it looks like Diamond, Raphael and Blackstone lack the required hardware. AFAIK, nobody has managed to get it working on those devices with 6.1 or 6.5.

I thought it was driver issues.
it works on htc diamond?
I haven't decided yet but I'm looking into upgrading my trusty tytn in a bit. I am looking into getting the Samsung Omnia Pro B7610. This USB hosting business has really caught my attention. I'm just wondering if the B7610 supports USB hosting hardware wise.
Cheers!
HD2 / LEO not supported
I managed to build an custom USB Host cable with power injector
and installed Zenos USB Host Drivers v0.6 on my TMOBILE HD2 / LEO
but found no luck to get it working

Smart foldable keyboard KB600

Hello,
I have smart bluetooth keyboard KB600 (about four years old) and I'm looking for driver for my HD2, any idea?
Thank you.
did you try pairing it directly without a bt driver?
Pairing HD2 and bluetooth keyboard
I am trying to pair the same device: My HD2 finds the keyboard, and is able to connect via SPP slave. But I am not able to type anything? ... anybody? I am using a COM2 port for the connection, and the HD2 is "always visible", I have no clue why it's not responding! ANY help is appreciated
Same problem here............ PLEEase help
HTC HD2 and BK600 COM ONE/OMIZ/FREEDOM bt keyboard issue
Hi,
first, accept apologies, because i repost a message posted in the wrong thread (same problem, but not same phone)
Home \ HTC Diamond: Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV \ Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV Accessories \ Bluetooth Keyboard BK600 problem
anyway, they explain that my com one bk600 is the same than omiz and freedom KB600. So, i've tested 2 drivers
1) Installing omiz one, it proposes me several choices (my model is not in it), but i've used to have this installer (older version) work for my old acer n50 and my pharos. I guess i've to choose a model with arm and widcomm bt.
No success, it seems that the software installed, but the application claims it's not a valid ppc applicaiton (strange because it worked one time and fails saying that there is not enough memory when clicking activate)
2) i've tested the freedom universal keyboard (second choice)
The driver installs perfectly; on the htc hd2 side i've paired the devica and grant connexions (the wizard report that the device is connected and the keyboard double green blink -- thats mean it's ok ) , but when i go to program files freedom utility and start it and click on connect, it claim that the device is not paired.
here where i'm. To bad, because having it works onACER n50 and HTC pharos.
Quoting another user, to pay $80 for 3 years lifetime...
Any ideas ???
Best regards,
Ludovic.
got the same problem. (BK600 and HD2)
Any success yet?
got the same problem here. i tried many drivers i found on the internet, none worked for me
next step is: i try to find a universal driver that can select a com-port manually to link with the bluetooth comport. maybe some infrareddriver can do this, because infrared also uses com-ports.
the problem is, the drivers are for microsoft bluetooth stacks and i.e. a hd2 uses broadcom as far as i know.
i hope anyone can find a solution
SPP keyboards do not work for WM builds 6 and over. This problem has existed for years and no one has found a solution.
I suggest you ditch the SPP keyboard and go with one that supports a HID profile.
Hi guys,
I had the BK600 keyboard and found these drivers to work:
It installs the proper program and works only through the programs. Do not bother trying to pair it with WM settings.
This also works on Symbian. I attached the files for you to test.
I am wondering whether there is an Android version that I can use with my HD2?
I was able to get the freedom BK600 keyboard working succesfully with my old windows mobile 6.1 Treo 800w phone. I found your WinCE.zip (30.0 KB) driver worked best with windows mobile 6.1. It places an executable called BTKeybd under the programs menu.
For Android users, please use Key Pro by Mobile Gears. It is the only SPP bluetooth enabled app that I can find. Works perfectly with my Android.
