Task Management Software - Touch Diamond CDMA

Does anyone have any suggestions for a task management software?
- Task management between individuals
- Not "opened programs" on my phone management software...actual tasks like "to do" tasks
- Needs to be able to sync with other people with the same software on their phone (If I add a task or someone does, you can choose to share it and it will send it to that other person and update their tasks - with or without confirmation is fine)
- Winmo 6.5 compatible
I have done a bit of research and I like GekoTask except for one little feature... For the syncing it requires confirmation through SMS and I would rather it not use up other peoples text SMS amount if they don't have unlimited texts.
Thanks.

Novomobile Smartfilter Pro, or Photo Contacts (pocketx I think) will both do this based on criteria you set, you might also search the forum here for call firewall. That one is a freebie.
Search for callfirewall in this forum...
I have been using Magicall for some time now and love it. Able to block private numbers, send automated sms with individual messages to groups on your phone and even auto reply to sms's with individual messages to categories or certain contacts. Try it
yeah i also use call firewall, to narow down ur search try the development and hacking forum
SPB Phone Suite does provide blacklist/whitelist capabilities and reply with SMS (among other things).
It is a paid program, so if you're looking for free solutions, this isn't it.
Installed call firewall
free and not bloated with useless features
thanks everyone.
Afternoon !!!
I have a MDA Compact IV & I am looking for the best hopefully ( free ) tool to manage my calls & text messages.
Have previously owned Nokia's & Sony's I am used to being able to set up caller group's & set up profile's on my phones.
The Compact does not seem to allow you to do this !!
Is there a way of doing this I have over looked or a software package you would recommend?
Thanks

I was using that also. But if you are on a call when an rejected number comes in it will disconnect both calls.
I'm currently using magicall and it works great.
MagiCall is fantastic app.

How to get tasks to show up along with the calendar appts along on the HOME TAB ????

Does anybody out here know.. How to get the tasks (Active) to show up on the TF3D Home tab along with the calendar appointments ?!?!.. Please share any kind of registry, tweak, software, idea, etc etc etc which would make this possible !!!.. Plllleasseeeeeeeeeee... Thanks !!!
I also would love to see active Tasks in the Home-Screen.
The only way that I know to get informed about the number of active Tasks is to use S2U2 and to activate show Tasks. Then you get an icon with a counter in the lockedscreen of S2U2. But thats not satisfying

Is there a free app like PowerSMS for the Kaiser?

http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-powersms.html
PowerSMS (beta) is a mobile application for people who love text messaging. It combines 6 useful text messaging utilities in 1 cool app. PowerSMS does not replace your phone's built-in text messaging features. Instead, it works with the same folders and messages you already have. It's simple, performs tasks quickly, and gets out of the way. Use PowerSMS to improve communications with your family, friends and colleagues, and they'll wonder how you do it!
Main Features:
-Note to Self
-Group Message
-Auto Reply
-Schedule SMS
-Cool Stats
-Backup & Restore
unfortunately, it's become shareware which is $9.95.......anything that's free that's similar in features to this?
SMS Scheduler does some of that for free
PowerSMS is a freeware, if you know how to be smarter than the developers. No modding, just when the "Go buy it" or whatever box comes up when you run it pops up. Click on the Menu screen. PowerSMS runs perfect.

Callback list application

After a long search is still did not found what I'm looking for. Perhaps someone here knows an answer to my question.
I am looking for an application which creates a callback list. A standard WM task does not work for me because I use my phone a lot whilst driving. (It is illegal to have your phone in your hand whilst driving in my country, so I try to do this as little as possible). I don't mind if the application syncs the callback list with the WM tasks (this would a wonderful feature actually), but I want add a contact directly to this list from my adressbook.
So; anyone got a tip?
MobileSRC Sideline
Finally! MobileSRC Sideline is the solution.

How do I do this text-based task?

Hey guys, I'm trying to automate a task I do often for work. When I get a potential new customer, I receive a standard email with their information in a specific format. For example:
Name - x
Email - y
Phone - z
I am trying to figure out a way to interact with this body of text and automate it as much as possible. I would have to add a new contact with the name, and send out a standardized email as well as a text.
I haven't really made complex tasks like this, so I'm a bit lost as to where to start. I am rooted. I would also like to note that I'm using a proprietary email app (Blackberry Hub+ Inbox), so I think it may be easiest to start off the task by manually copying the body of the text and then somehow triggering the task.
Thanks in advance!
This project is actually a little complex, and it also interested me so, while I usually don't do this, here is a taskernet share.
Requires AutoTools to be installed because a webscreen is used. On install, you must edit actions 15 & 16 in the task. These are variables for the email subject and body.
The profile triggers when data starting with e.g. "Name - John Doe" is copied to the clipboard. Then a button pops up on the right side of your screen and when you tap it the information is entered into a new contact form that you can edit, cancel or save.
A second button becomes available which triggers the composed email action.
The buttons will time out after 30 seconds without triggering the associated task. You can also "fling" them away to dismiss.
The task is expecting each piece of information to be on a separate line like:
Name - John Doe
Email - [email protected]
Phone - (999) 999-9999
The labels for each line are used as variables in the task to identify the associated data. Therefore, the order does not matter. Though if "Name - " is not first, the profile will not trigger. You would need to edit the regex in the profile context.
If, for example, an address is on multiple lines, the task will need to be modified to handle that.
To limit the activation of this profile to only when the data is copied in a specific app such as an email client, add that app as a context in the profile.
The task is heavily commented.
Finally, I add my username into the profile and task names to help avoid the possibly of namespace collisions (when the imported project has the same profile, task or variable names as existing profile, task or variables). The -ktmom can be removed.
