Maybe, I have not given it mutch thought.
But if I do, its not happening in very close future.
Im finishing this and working on a rom release for tytn2, so I have enough work for time beeing.
But im sure ya'll wing users know, you can flash this rom, but can experience "bugs" and you will get the keyboard issue. But that topic is covered up aprox 500 times in this forums, so the sollution to that is out there
And please dont spam this thread with requests for builds for the wing or other devices.

The kitchen files will not be available before eventually a new build/version comes out.
RGU files will be removed from released rom.
and PLEASE DONT SPAM WITH REQUESTS LIKE THIS

Send me a copy of both your NetCF3.5 package and your HTC Album package. I've got both running fine with each other in my upcoming Black Variant of the upcoming CleanROM Beta 2. When I get home, I'll check to see if there are any differences, and if there are, I'll give you the apppropiate packages.
EDIT: I don't see a problem with sharing packages. Now, sharing full ported ROM's... that's a whole 'nother issue altogether.

Thanks man, but I got it figured out

nice to see you're still working with the herald even after your device upgrade to the tytn II. can't say I would have done the same. i know how time exhausting rom cooking can be and to that I say keep up the good work.

HTC P3600i flashing bounty - $150 so far - DONATE NOW! :D

hello all
just thought i would take some initiative here to get things rolling... flashing for the P3600i has been something we haven't seen for a long time...
i am aware some people on here like xanda and others have been working on and off with this... well i thought it would be good to give people an incentive
if someone is going to spend time and effort on this, they should be rewarded to show our appreciation so i hope i can get the ball rolling here, i'm happy to give US$50 (paypal or whatever) to anyone that can come across with a breakthrough
so from what i understand we can use the same ROMs as the trinity, we only need a hacked bootloader!
and hopefully other P3600i users can contribute too! the more money, the more chances we have that someone might be able to help us out! so be generous and give, even $10 can add up if enough people donate, and then one day (hopefully) we can find a way to flash our phones

I am not real sure what xanda update is, I am really interested in being able to Flash to WM6.1 cooked ROM's.
There is no point in me flashing WM6 as the standard HTC Rom with my current add-ons gets by.
Surely there are more people out there with P3600i that want to run the latest ROM's.

I have p3600i too. and i want wm6.1... but my point is that if xanda has update rom, He can do wm6.1.

I am pretty usre that IF xanda was able to flash a P3600i with WM6.1 then he would be telling everyone.....and so far that hasn't happened.
Actually...having read the comments on the thread about how to do it, I don;t think anyone has flashed anything with that system....apart from xanda.

and I saw some P3600i it can see the HTC brand on the left of the headphones
but the XANDA`s pic did found the brand on his device?
what it mean? i think someone would know

i don't know what he's done, but it's not something that will let us flash ROMs
on his site he says he will finish his exams and stuff, and then get working on this
so donate some money to give him an incentive to work hard on this! (or anyone else who can help work this out)

Seems no-one is too interested in our problem.
There must be someone out there who knows what they are doing who is willing to give it a shot.

TyTN II Hangs Randomly.. Please Help!

My TyTN II started acting weird within 2 days of purchase. It just "hangs" for 5-10 seconds every now and then. It's very irritating and I have to wait for it to get OK. This problem occurs at random many times a day.
Nothing works... Neither the screen nor any of the buttons when this happens. I have the stock Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM with not many applications installed: Esmertec JBed, Google Maps, SPB Insight Trial and that's about it I guess.
Please help!

You must change the SPL.
Go to the right thread and read how to install SPLs; you must find the compatible SPL with your radio...

if the warranty is on yet, you can bring the phone to the shop. So you don't risk to ruin it...

Well... The shop really has no idea about what is wrong. Will have to take it to the service centre if required. A quick google search has revealed that the WM 6.1 ROM has problems. People have noticed that it gets fixed after they downgrade to a WM 6.0 ROM. I guess that is the only option left. Thanks anyways

He said he had the stock rom and that it was like that from the factory, so if it came like that then you shouldn't need to flash the SPL...
The spl upgrading/downgrading is for the cooked roms. (well for the people that had 6.0 orginally and have flashed to a cooked rom.. I think) and since this guys doesn't have a cooked rom and it's orginal then it shouldn't need the SPL upgraded.. It was a fix for the non legit roms.
So, here is what you need to do.. Backup your contacts and what not and then do a hard reset. Test the phone like that until you either have the problem again or feel that the problem is resolved. If it's resolved then slowly reinstall your programs. If it's still messed up report back to us or send it in for service.
I really don't think it's an spl problem.
Anyone with more then 4 post think otherwise?

Same here no bashin, SPL on stocks shouln't make a difference as when you get your new device it doesn't hang...
Another thing worth doing is keeping up with cleaning, using clear temp, i use memmaid too.

I am in (almost) the same situation and I would like to downgrade to WM6.0. Can somebody tell me where can I find the oficial WM6.0 (german) version and how can I make that downgrade (is the same procedure as upgrading?) ?

Downgrade procedure
Having recently downgraded to a WM 6.0 HTC ROM from a WM 6.1 HTC ROM I can list all the steps. You need to install HardSPL 1.0, then Run the KaiserRUU.exe for the WM 6.0 ROM which can be found at the botton section of this wiki page (although no German version is there - for that there is the reconstructed ROMs thread here or better still contact HTC and ask them to do it for you under warranty if it's behaving this way with no other software installed). This part is just like running the upgrade program. After that's done, you can change the hardSPL back to a HTC SPL but this last step isn't essential unless you'll be returning the device under warranty. The WM 6.0 setup in my sig gives good, reliable performance with little evidence of freezing and especially good GPS performance.
I know what the O/P is referring to because my Kaiser under the HTC WM 6.1 ROM used to exhibit this pausing (among it's many other problems), reverting to WM 6.0 seems to have solved that. As there is no German WM 6.0 ROM listed in the wiki and only a reconstructed ROM, I strongly suggest Conrad-007 uses the HTC warranty on this device (after testing it with no installed software first as ChumleyEX suggested), that's what it's there for and that's how I had my Kaiser reverted to WM 6.0 the first time (even though HTC were willing to provide me with a link to download the ROM itself). The fact I've had to revert my ROM back to WM 6.0 twice now should tell you something about what I think of the HTC WM 6.1 ROMs, especially as far as GPS performance goes. Of course the standard stuff of reading up all the sticky posts and ROM flashing related wiki to make sure you know what you're doing first apply.

ROM's tested on Jade 110 (Orange UK HTC 3G)

Has anyone tested any of the ROM's featured here on a Orange UK Jade 110 device.
There are many here that look great, Thanks to all the Chef's. But I don't want to risk it if it has been tested yet.
I have extracted my Jade 110 ROM already and started cooking myself, but being a beginner I am very wary, just in case I mess it up.
Any feedback would be great.

I also have a Jade 110.
I've flashed a couple of ROMs without any problem. For me, the best is the Tommy's WWE 3.9b ROM. It works like a charm!

I had that as well and I think its due to the HARDSPL not knowing what a jade110 is, still on mine it said it wasnt for my device but did i want to continue and I clicked yes and all is well phone has hardspl on and after that id imagine any jade rom would be fine. Im using the pdaviet 6.5 one and it flashed fine first time once i had successfully applied the hardspl.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=530620

im gonna go ahead and say all roms should work on a jade110 once hardSPL'D the hardwares identical. reminds me of the nk402 and the nokia 5110 lol

The roms is solid, but it sucks. Your average rom with TF3D, G-Sensor is cool, AutoRotate should have been on all devices years ago. The US is so far behind on cellular phones its crazy. I'm still learning how to build roms. I will be working on stripping the Rom I post (Shipped 1.20.531.4) soon. Any suggestions.

well, unless you flashed one of the older test Radios, why would u need it RIGHT NOW? I mean, when they come out with different ones i could see, but just flashing a rom, really no need for a radio (unless it specifically says so before you flash) Like on the vogue, yeah almost bricked that baby... lol
