Radio ROM - HTC Wings

Hello kind people!
I recently got an HTC Wings device, and the problem is, that I cannot call numbers.
I dial the number, press green key, a few seconds passes, and message shows "Call Ended". That's everything that happens, so I thought, maybe I could update Radio ROM to maybe fix this problem.
Will this solution be right for me?
So I wanted to ask for the latest RR for this phone.
===
I flashed WM 6.1 Standard
Radio version is: 25.86.30.08H_1.60.43.19
Thanks in advance!!

how can I know, with what it was flashed?
I flashed with latest ROM update from HTC, and still no luck. :?

progress
the cause of my HTC problem is, that the phone is IMEI barred.
so - I'm asking for possible solutions to *repair* the IMEI.
as I know - IMEI *repairing* is possible with the serial cable + XDA Manipulator, right?
correct me, please, if I'm wrong.
===
P.S.
and, please, don't post, that *repairing* IMEI is illegal - I know that, and I understand possible risks.

..
Connected my HTC to serial, terminal works normal, even some of the commands, but not AT commands.
Am I doing something Wrong?
==
terminal prompt shows "cmd>", not "FW ", so xda manipulator is not working correctly.

Error 114, help me please,I'm helpless.

Hi All
I have a SPV M2000.One day the phone stopped working. Everything was all right, it did ask for pin but then didn't even looked for network, was immediately saying NO SERVICE. I tried few sim cards - the same.
So then I wanted to reinstall the ROM, I downloaded the official from Orange UK , tried to install it,and it shows ERROR 114, Radio Rom Upgrade Error.
And the phone now is in bootloader mode and I can't do anything!
I downloaded different ROM from xda-developers ,at the beggining with a country error, but i managed to fix it and now with this ROM it's the same thing. ERROR 114. I tried everything, hard, soft reset, Pc reset etc. Nothing works!PPC still in bootloader mode!
Please tell me if you know what else can I try!
Guys,come on,really noone knows???
Have you read WIKI? Follow the first method to flash your ROM. Have you remembered to plug in your power supply to your cradle when you flash your device?
Heres another thread on NO SERVICE Plz help... No Service after radio upgrade. Happened to me. Read it and see the advise by MDAIIIUser and TheLastOne. If all else fails, bring it to the shop.
I had a very similar problem....
First I tried to update a whole package that means rom, extended rom and radio
The radio update is always the first one and there always upgrade error 114 occured.
So I updated every part seperately and it works except the radio. So I tried alot but it just didn't work..even downgrading was impossible. MDAIIIuser and happy goat tried to help me as well as they could but nothing had an effect.
So I read in another forum that asus mainboards have some problemes with these radio updates....I thought they were joking...but I tried the radio pdate at another pc and it worked!
I know it sounds a bit stupid but I was desperate and at last it worked!
You can read it here :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?p=89657#89657
TRied that method.Doesn't work
Any other ideas?
One more thing. Is it normal that in bootloader mode when I plug the power cable in the charging LED is not working?it was working before.
The battery is charged ,but shouldn't it show that the power is connected anyway?
EDIT: this is a reply to the first answer.
So you think I should try on another PC?I will today!Hopefully it will work.
So I managed to install new rom on a different computer! I think that there was a problem with active sync.I used the one that was installed from my old XDAII.Could that be the reason? Now i installed the one provided with a M2000.
But it doesn't work anyway
Still NO SERVICE message.
ANy other ideas different than taking it to Orange?
Hi rottie,
No Service could mean anything. Could your SIM card be faulty? Device SIM locked? Or hardware faulty? You cannot just use any ROMs you find at ftp. Try to flash your device with full shipped rom at http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BA_1.40.00_Upgrade. Use the first method and upgrade using MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to bypass the Country code error. Remember that you'd need to run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe twice.
Read wiki carefully, it has alot of precious information. Cheers ^^
Before you update any version you should be sure that your radio is
compatible with your device. Usually all radio upgrades should be
independent off the language of the device but as I understood (could be
wrong) there are differences because of the servicenetwork frequency.
So you must be sure that the chosen radio is compatible and that your
device is not simlocked.
So perhabs you should chose an upgrade of your provider.
But perhabs itis better not to risk your guarantee of your provider by
using updates or components of other providers! Because there could be
the possibility that your device is damaged and you should bring it back!
Good luck!
Guys, you get me wrong.I'm not trying anything what I'll find.
1)One of the ROMs that I tried and the one that I left now is a ROM downloaded from orange.co.uk for SPV M2000. So there can't be any incompatibility, don't you think?
2)I have 2 sim cards, both from Orange,I was using both of them before in my M2000 which is sold only through Orange so there can't be any simlock problem, don't you think?
3)I used only that orange ROM, original and the I-Mate one.None of them were working good, always NO SERVICE.
I bought the phone second hand, with box,all accessories etc. But I don't have a receipt :? And of course have lost the guy's number. That's why I want to try everything before going to the service.
I think this phone is network blocked, probably been reported damaged or stolen, once the insurance or replacement is issued a block is put on the imei of the phone that was subject to claim.

no gsm radio problem

hi, i've a big problem, i've upgraded my phone today, because it was a mda3 german locked on t-mobile. but the only way to make the upgrade work was not to upgrade radio, so i didn't put it. so, now the phone has been updated in my language, but when i power on it, it says no gsm. can someone say how can i do please!
Which rom did you flash? What is written after letter R while doing a soft reset?
no r
it does not appear anything, the only thing is that
NO GSM
D 5108.a771la
are you sure it's not a CDMA phone? ( j/k)
try reflashing the old rom. and see if it will go back.
if not...
then you are forced to flash the radio rom to a new version
because as you say it cant detect any if you flashed with the new rom.
but i dont see any relevance to the carrier when upgrading the radios, it's still quadband.
and you're stil using the SAME sim card.
hi, i still cannot reflash the radio of my phone, anyone can help me it always says "NO GSM" !!! PLEASE, HELP ME!!!!
please, tell me also if there is a way to format the memory where is installed the radio. thanks

As far as I know, the only way to 'format the radio stack' is to flash it with a new radio version.
Your original post is too vague as well.
You have a MDA III from T-Mo, that would make it a GSM = good
"only way to make the upgrade work was not to upgrade radio" - This doesn't make sense as the radio ROM is a separate flash from the OS ROM, the two are not part of the same flash code.
You also 'upgraded' your phone. From what to what? We need to know where and what ROM you flashed the phone to and from.
As for the screen showing NO GSM, is this after power cycling the phone by removing the battery? There is a know bug with WM5 and above where the GSM radio stack is not loaded on boot after a power cycle. The workaround is to soft reset the phone after it shows NO GSM.
(Huh, I'm a senior member now? Wonder when/how that happened... )
hi, thank you for answer.
i dont exactly know which os and radio rom were originally, i bought it original but used and the os was modded by t-mobile in deutch. i upgraded it to wm5 a771la ver 5.1.0.8 and the radio 1.15. then the os worked properly but it says no gsm. i know the bug you said me, because i have it on an another mda III of my brother, there after a soft reset i can solve this problem but it says NO RADIO on two lines, there, there is only one NO GMS . i know that the two roms are in two different flash memories infact i can flash and re-flash the os but when i try to flash the radio an error occurs. please, let make me know if these information can help you to solve my problem. thanks!

And what error is appearing? I didn't see it in your original post.
Personally, I'd try this:
Remove the SIM and any SD cards.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Put the phone into boot loader mode
Plug it into a XP (Not Vista) machine
Check to see if the OS recognizes the phone. I believe it will show up as some kind of USB device, not a Generic RNDIS device (I don't have my angel handy to check this)
Then run the radio flash program.

Kaiser / TyTN II WiFi Problem!

Dear all Kaiser anchestor,
I have a problem with my Kaiser. I really hope that all of you can help me. Ok? Please....
This is the problem :
At the begining, My HTC Kaiser run so slowly, sometimes freezing (Condition WM 6.1 with it's SPL 1.56)
After I read the same problem in jockyw2001 thread, then I tried to flash My device SPL to 3.28 (with the step in front of that thread and the SPL from that thread too)
Flashing the SPL to 3.28 was successfully and my device run fast now
BUT!!! I can't Enabled my WiFi!
Next, I tried to Re-Flash my SPL to 1.56 again, and it's done successfully. But, the WiFi still can't be enable.
Next step, I tried to downgrade the ROM to WM 6, and WHAT!
I still can't Enable my WiFi!
Now, I'd upgrade to WM6.1 again (official ROM from HTC website). But, the WiFi still can't be enable.
The condition when I enable the WiFi is loading then turn off by itself. What's the problem?
I really need all of your help for this.
This is my Device Information:
ROM Version :3.29.707.0 WWE
ROM Date : 05\07\08
Radio Version :1.65.16.25
Protocol Version : 25.83.40.02H
After upgrade to WM6.1, My Bootloader now is:
KAIS130
SPL-3.29.0000

Since you're interested in running the official HTC WM 6.1 version on your TyTN II then why not simply run the HTC Upgrade program which will reinstall everything required (SPL, Radio and ROM) in one easy go rather than have to upgrade this and that, bit by bit? If you have an official TyTN II you can get it from HTCs e-Club/Support or you can also download it from the XDA Kaiser Wiki ROM page. Note that my SPL is 3.28.0000 and thats all through the official upgrade path so maybe your SPL has something to do with it? See if the official upgrade installs on your device otherwise you'll have to revert to the correct SPL before trying again. Note that the newest WWE ROM upgrade now also comes with a (slightly) better radio as in my sig. Remember to take your sim and memory cards out before attempting the flash.
***Edit*** Just realised you're running the SEA rather than WWE HTC ROM I'm using so yes 3.29 looks to be the right SPL for your ROM, the rest still applies though.
Hmm...
Sorry Mr Flying Kiwi, I think you didn't read the message completely. I've already re-flash from OFFICIAL ROM WM6.1 from HTC e-Club. But, the same problem. It's not fix yet. I've reflash over than 5 times, downgrade to WM6 over than 2 times. an the result is the same. My WiFi Cannot be enable. I hope you can play the video that i record from the links up there (440kb only), so you will know my problem.

I read it alright but as you've not done it *using the officially supplied HTC upgrade package (not just the ROM file within it from HTC e-Club)* I reccomend you give that a try. No special hard spl version is reqd and as long as you have an official ROM to start with and you're upgrading or reinstalling the same ROM version, it's simply a case of running one file and following the instructions. Once you've got the reflash to run that way and completed the process, simply hard reset and then test your Wifi before installing anything further.

Perhaps the capturing program over Activesync may be interfering with things (but I did view your wmv). What I am sure of is that if you have the correct ROM matched to your device and correctly installed with the right spl and radio, Wifi should work fine. Running the official upgrade is the easiest way to get this but if there is something non-official about your current setup, the upgrade program may refuse to run. Let us know if that happens. It's clear that you didn't do this in the beginning because you ended up with the wrong spl version for your rom so it's time to do it the official 'HTC Customer' way.
Hahaha.... thanks for your information. I'd tried yesterday. And still no response. ugh.... Btw, I've read from another thread (Athena). They said that someone ever got a problem like this. The cause is the WiFi MAC Address is missing/erased? Is it possible? I thought that MAC Address is a serial number of WiFi such as an IP, where saved in WiFi chip/device and cannot be erase. If do so, how to set an MAC address to the WiFi module? Do you have an idea? I'd tried to have a silly search about that address in Registry, but I cannot find any key that sounds about MAC Address. (Mac Gyver maybe?)

I was offering serious advice not pulling your leg. Now, when you say 'still no response yet' - precisely what do you mean (exactly what did you try and what happened)? I've flashed my Kaisers ROM a couple of times now using HTC official ROM upgrading packages and it's gone perfectly fine. As far as the MAC address goes, I know there are ways of changing it (because there is an extremely small possibility that you may end up with two identical MAC adresses on the same network and this will cause problems) but this won't be the culprit in your case. I think (again) the first thing to do is to use the official package (and only that - no additional tools/utilities are reqd) to get everything in order and let us know how that goes and what versions of everything you end up with.
This is the information that appears in my device now after re-upgrade the official ROM from HTC e-Club:
File name : RUU_Kaiser_DOPODASIA_WWE_3.29.707.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_Ship.exe
KAIS130
SPL-3.29.0000
CPLD-8
ROM version : 3.29.707.0 WWE
ROM date : 05/07/08
Radio version : 1.65.16.25
Protocol version : 25.83.40.02H
Btw, may i ask a question? I found something strange about a MAC address. Yesterday I'm not intention open the "Wireless LAN" from Settings > Connections > Wireless LAN
In Advance tab, there are Status, MAC, and IP. My Question is is the MAC address serial appears even you didn't enable a WiFi? In my device it's empty.
Btw, bro... I've been search a problem like this in this website. I've found the same problem in Athena thread. They said that the MAC address is missing, but some one make a fix but only for Athena.
this their URL: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=387454&highlight=Athena+WiFi+Problem&page=5
Thanks & sorry if i waste your time in solving my wifi problem

That looks right to me but if you haven't yet ran the upgrade file above to flash to ROM you need to do it the official way and try that. If Wifi is still behaving as in your video do a hard reset and try again (before loading any additional software).

In mine it's empty too but if you go back in after enabling Wifi, theres a MAC address in there. I really don't think your problem has anything to do with the MAC address but if you've tried all of the above and still can't get it working, as you appear to have an official setup, it's time to contact Tech support and get them to go through some checks over the phone with you. Maybe someone else has thoughts on this......
Hahaha... thanks. Btw, I have another problems.
I bought this device from other country (Singapore). My friends said, the Singapore HTC can view the device history. They can see if the device already being flash how many times and anything unofficial program such as SPL or radio, then the warranty wil be void. Because, my friends already have such a problem also with his device Dopod U1000 (Even he revert to his original SPL or radio).
I think i should throw this device or sell it out and buy the new one. Hiks...

Doesn't it make sense to at least try what's been suggested first? What have you to loose? The hardware company have no need to know what 'ROM Action' has occurred in the past and who knows what any people you've leant your TyTN II to may have done with it..... They only need to know how it is now and whether it's currently official (ie flashed using the HTC upgrader).

The same problem
Im having the same problem... my wi-fi do not turns on! I have flashed this a lot of times, and sometimes works, sometimes dont.
Does anyone have any ideia about this? im stressed becouse i have the same problem... could anyone tellme a good radio in order to try to solve this issue? thanks
Wi-Fi issues
This has worked for me, dont know if its the same case with you or not.
My device was never able to connect to my Wifi n/w at home. If I went to start -> setting -> connections -> Wifi, it would show my home n/w as available, when I tried to connect to it, the status changed from Available to "connecting" then became available again.
In my home n/w I had access type authentication as WEP keys + Mac address filtering. My device was added to the MAC address list so that was not a problem. The issue was access point authentication which was set to WEP keys type authentication on my router. Once I changed from WEP keys to WPA-PSK (data encryption type TKIP) my WM was able to connect to the router.
I have HTC tytn II and its wifi is not searching any other wifi devices or router even in very close range , but wifi is turning on and the green light is also blinking
So, is there a hardware problem?
I did 3.29 hard spl , hard reset ,hard spl 3.34 , but the result is same.
and in network adapters IEEE 802.1b/g goes down and down in the list of network adapters , please HELP.! and sorry for my bad english

Non-official rom Touch HD - guarantee

Hello everybody,
I'm new here, so I don't know if my topic is in the right forum or something. My English isn't also really perfect. Nevertheless I hope you can help me.
Two questions;
1.
I have a HTC HD here which is of a friend of mine. He bought it from someone else (not in a shop).
His HD was acting weird last days. So he went to the shop where the former owner bought this handset. The shop sent the HD to a repaircenter, but the repaircenter returned the phone with the message that they found a non official rom, so they didn't repair it.
I'm not very familiar with customroms from XDA(right name or not?). Apparently the former owner installed the non-official rom. I downloaded and installed an official rom from htc.com.
The phone is having the same problems, but currently with a official rom.
My question is;
Are there still any traces or certain indications that there was a non-official rom installed? So the repaircenter won't detect a non-official rom or any trace of it?
I installed an official rom so are the traces overwrited, or not?
2.
If I navigate to ''System info'' and choose the tab ''Identification'' I see three items, including Imei. This Touch HD displays ''Not supported'' at Imei? That isn't normal, any idea why it displays ''not supported?''
Thank you in advance!!
If you have any questions, please ask them!
You say his phone is acting weird, but what exactly is it doing wrong?
Is it struggling to get connection to the network? Does it keep crashing? Does the picture go all scrambled like an encrypted satellite channel?
I don't know quite why it would say "Not supported" next to the IMEI in device information, but it does sound like something isn't quite right about the handset.
How long has your friend had the handset? I'd be inclined to get in touch with who he/she bought it from and ask what has been done with the handset. The IMEI field should never say "not supported" under any circumstances unless some attempt to modify the IMEI has happened and it's gone wrong.
Do you know if the IMEI was present in this screen with the custom ROM previously flashed on the phone?
@any HSPL users - if a user flashed a stock ROM onto a handset which had a custom SPL on (like Olinex's HSPL), could this cause issues like this? (I'm a USPL user, so wouldn't know).
You are correct. This is the wrong forum. Go with your initial feeling.

Thank you very much for your respond!
-With acting weird i meant that during the start-up of the device the graphic are really bad, weird colours etc.
-And the phone doesn't want to turn in the phonemodus, you can select on but nothing happens. If you try to turn off the flightmodus, also nothing happens.
-Phone reboots by itselfs
-Phonesoftware gets stock (right wordchoise?)
With the custom rom the imei ''not supported'' message was already there..

Please take some time to read the "sticky" topics.
On a first glance, it sounds like there is a mismatch between your USPL/HSPL and the ROM flashed.
Modern 1.56 ROMs require OliNex HSPL/USPL 1.56 to function properly, otherwise you get a lot of screen and graphics issues and phone malfunctions.
In the sticky threads you can find advice how to fix your HSPL (or USPL, which one you prefer to use - HSPL is "hard" and you need to apply it only once and flash hundreds of times afterwards, while USPL is "soft" and it has to ber repeated before every flash)
In the same sticky threads, you can also find full instructions how to reflash your phone to the original state as it was when it came from the factory.
If you do so, nobody at the repair centre will be able to see the phone has ever been changed or mesed with.
It is possible to remove all traces of flashing, just check the "sticky" threads on the top of the threads list and there is a lot of step-by-step advice.

All this means, that phone was simply flashed in wrong sequence - please read HERE and do exactly what is said - if all weird thing are just those you wrote, your phone is fine

Please do some read from sticky, written by Digital Outcast. It will help you. By the way, there is nothing wrong between HSPL and HD IMEI. I've been using HSPL and I have no problem with my IMEI.

Hello everybody,
I'm new here, so I don't know if my topic is in the right forum or something. My English isn't also really perfect. Nevertheless I hope you can help me.
Two questions;
My question is;
Are there still any traces or certain indications that there was a non-official rom installed? So the repaircenter won't detect a non-official rom or any trace of it?
I installed an official rom so are the traces overwrited, or not?
2.
If I navigate to ''System info'' and choose the tab ''Identification'' I see three items, including Imei. This Touch HD displays ''Not supported'' at Imei? That isn't normal, any idea why it displays ''not supported?''
Thank you in advance!!
If you have any questions, please ask them!

You English couldn't be more "perfect"!.........BRAVO
Thank you all for so far. I'm reading the guides where you linked to. Currently I'm in the bootloader of this HD. In the red area I see the following information (in yellow letters):
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.14. OLINEX
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
Can somebody tell me if there is HSPL or USPL version loaded on this phone?
No matters what the answer is, how can you see if this is an orginal SPL or not?
Thank you a lot you are really great with helping me!

I believe you are here:
If you wish to use USPL and it shows your current SPL as:
* Anything but 1.54.0000 - go to step (USPL1) on post 3
That's right, but that guide isn't useful in my case, I think, because I just need to know if there is a HSPL or USPL loaded on the phone. If there is I want to restore the orginal one and don't need a guide which explains how to install a H/U SPL.
So I don't know if there is (or how to see if) a HSPL or USPL is loaded on the phone I ask you guys for help.
I already found some *can't post the link, getting an error* about restoring. But I still need to know if I already have an orginal SPL or not. So please help me
Correct me if I'm wrong. (this is the first time I get in touch with, HSPL, USPL, custom roms etc,)
Agree with posts above. Follow the dummies guide and you should be fine. Post further responses in that thread

Problem with HTC Kaiser Tytn II - please help...

So my problem is - I put android on my htc tytn II and it worked (well kinda) but anyway I decided to switch back to Windows Mobile...
I installed 1.27.x.x radio , found a Windows Mobile 6 ROM and put (Like in the instructions ) Kaisimg.nbh(renamed from ruu_signed.nbh) and Kaisdiag.nbh to my SD card and then started flashing... It flashed smth, rebooted automatically and started booting android again...
Then I hold again camera button + power+ reset and since then when I put EVERY .nbh file on my sd card and try to flash it it STUCK on "Loading.." If I try to flash it with USB It stays at 0%.
The only exeption is if I try to flash from USB the rom that I tried to flash before from my sd card.. then it starts 0%..1% and reboot the phone...
P.S: Please help me...I think my device is not Broken but I dont know what should I do to fix it...
To flash back to WM from android put your kaiser into bootloader (multi colored screen) Then connect to usb. Download any WM build that is recent (I suggest Phoenix 3 for this, you can flash whatever you want later). After you download it open and run the included RUU that came with it and it will flash it on there.
hmm, I also had experienced the similar problem on my 1st time flashing back to WinMo.
When you are trying to flash via USB cable and the process stopped at 1% I guess there is also a message about "Invalid vender ID" right?
and if the text in your bootloader (tricolor screen) doesn't mention anything about hard such as "3.29.0000" (not "3.29.hard")
then
you've lost your hard SPL that's why you cant flash any .nbh to your phone.
I had managed to solve this problem by flashing stock WM rom for kaiser. The rom also has to be suitable for your phone, I mean if your kaiser is originally from France, then use French kaiser stock rom. Or if you are using AT&T Tilt use kaiser cingular stock rom.
you can find the list of shipped roms for kaiser here :
http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Kaiser/
If you still have the "invalid vender ID" error message, try another stock ROM.
Thanks man you're my hero! I though I lost my phone.. anyway i bought new one - Nokia 2730 Classic but Ill sell the kaiser...
Thanks Anyway ... you're god!
Have the same problem...
Firstly, I'd like to point that the reason for the hard SPL getting overwritten by an original SPL is NOT HAVING UPDATED HARDSPL to a newer version that prevents accidental overwrite. This is instructed in the previous steps before actually installing Android. That was my mistake (I had HardSPL 1.0 OliPof), and now I can't flash no rom to my Kaiser (which thankfully works quite well in Android).
What happens (please correct me if I'm wrong) is that "KAISDIAG.NBH" is a modified, standalone hardSPL that will flash to the phone the SPL that comes with the "KAISIMG.NBH" you put in your SD card with "KAISDIAG.NBH"). In my case, I used the WinMo 6.1 spanish version 3.29.412.0, which, resulted in my phone being flashed with the original SPL 3.29.
Now, it seems many users have fixed this locating the correct stock rom and flashing it in their Kaisers. But to others, like myself, nothing seems to work. I believe that this is because we not only need a stock rom for our specific Kaiser model, but also it has to be compatible with the SPL that accidentally got installed in the phone. The problem is what if such rom doesn't even exists?
I'm really thankfull for all I learned by reading the forums (and from my mistakes ) and I know I'm in no position to make requests, but here goes what I think could help the users like myself to fix this, if posible:
1) Guide to identify what model of Kaiser we have (maybe it's already there, I just couldn't find it)
2) Complete list (or lists) of stock roms (There are some around, those are easy to find I think, but it doesn't hurt to share different sources)
3) Something like a JumpSPL for Android would be more than awesome...
Thanks in advance to everybody, sorry for my own stupidity . Any idea or help would be much appreciated,
Daniel
hmm, I'm not sure if it has to be compatible with the SPL.
In my case, I was flashing a very old WWE stock rom which has original SPL 1.56.
I also had been very desperate because any stock rom I found seems doesn't work and I even didn't know where originally my kaiser came from because I get it from my uncle. So I tried to flash any WWE stock rom I could found but nothing works. I read from Wikipedia that based on my phone model (Kais100), this model was only sold as AT&T tilt for US. But the problem is my phone is HTC branded, not AT&T tilt. Well, based on this information I also tried to flash some cingular stock rom but the result was just the same.
After contacting HTC Customer care, I know more info about my phone. They told me that based on my phone product ID, my kaiser was originally shipped for US, but unfortunately they can't provide me stock rom for my phone model. So I searched myself but this time I had better objective : to search HTC branded rom but for US.
finally, after days of search. I've found the rom that is suitable for my phone. Its called HTC WWE Brightpoint US which has original SPL 3.29 at the bottom of the list on the website I told you on my previous post.
few weeks ago I also accidentally overwrite my HardSPL again, but this time I did it with the stock ROM which has original SPL 3.29. But this problem also solved by flashing the stock ROM I've found before via USB cable.
So, I guess it has nothing to do with spl version.
Keep tying don't give up.
Update: Step 1 completed! YAY
Using the serial number and some obscure google searching, I came to the conclusion my KAIS130 is australian. Cheers, mate!
I verified this by being able to download stock roms from the australian HTC site with my Kaiser serial number. But at the moment of writing this, have downloaded two roms and no luck yet. 5 minutes remaining for the third one... Wish me luck...
Daniel.
Well... Now what?
Tried all four rom-like thingies I could download on the HTC page, all of them returning error 294...
Now what? try to somehow extract the .nbhs from the exes and and use customRUU.exe? Try to flash from SD card?
Please help... Any ideas... I really want to get rid from that original SPL3.29.0000 It's evil!!! I think it won't never let me flash again.
Thanks,
Daniel

sorry to hear that..
well, extract the .nbh from exe and flash it via sd card is the method that made me overwrite my hard SPL in the first place.
hmm, did your phone comes with operator brand, such as three or something?

No, it's HTC unbranded. Now, something strange here: the label behind the battery has the serial number: HT830GB06075 and the P/N (guess it's part number) :99HCY194-00, but to the left of the camera, another label with the part number: 36H00563-00M and below says DATE:061107(TB02)/US.
I don't know if that's normal, but it caught my atention because my phone seems to have been dissasembled (little label over screw is teared). Maybe my Kaiser isn't Australian after all...
