Need Alpine motherboard. Or headphone jack how to get in bypass ? ;) - PDA2, XDA IIi, 2020i General

I need Alpine motherboard, my have a sound issue (no sound).
If somebody have Alpine with broken screen that won't repair it, if could send it to me?
Or could someone help me ??
I have the " old " headphone jack ? problem.
The sound is heard through the bluetooth or wired headset, but when I unpluged wired headset or no bluetooth there is no sound
from the speaker ( only the conversation with another person ) the system sounds works ( taps on the screen , music, video, ringing.... all works )
If i hold the green ( phone ) button during the call, it should put the phone into the hands-free mode, but it wont do anything.
Do someone have the wiring diagram of the phone jack? ( which pins to be shorted to disable the headphone jack?) Any software or registry hack ?
I never need it I use the phone only with build in speakers.

Strange behavior - as if headphones were connected

I encoutered a stange problem:
With detached headphones, my qtek9100 behaves as if they were connected: speaker is silent during everything (mp3 playback, alarms, notifications etc.) except incoming calls  . Built-in microphone is off. Speakerphone option during call is not working.
With attached headphones phone gets usable :?
I did a hard reset once, then flashed new AKU2 ROM - same stuff.
Obviously, it's a hardware problem, but what kind of problem could it possibly be? Connector? (BTW, does anybody know how it detects headphones - it can't be a mechanical sensor, can it?)
Thanks in advance.

It is a mechanical or electrical sensor - most likely mechanical since those are less costly to implement. If it is indeed mechanical, you'll need to locate the flexible switch inside the headphone plug - it's either bent or broken.
If it's electrical, the device detects continuity when headphones are plugged in and then switches off external sound. In this case it may be a component failure, or perhaps something that can conduct electricity has been lodged in the headphone jack.
Sorry I can't give you a precise solution. If I get some time I'll try to take a close look at the jack and see if I can identify possible causes better.
Does anybody know if built-in mic is functioning when headset is connected?

Why does my phone ring with headphones inserted?

If I receive a call while I have headphones connected through the USB connector the ringer sounds through the phone speaker as well as the headphones (Normal profile). On every other phone I've had, inserting headphones into a jack socket mutes the external speaker.
Is this peculiar to the S730/Wings or the custom USB connector? Is there a fix or hack for it?
I could put the phone on vibrate but then I wouldn't hear the ringtone through the headphones - or probably remember to switch back to Normal when finished!

thats odd, mine just rings thru the headphones, not the phone speaker.
sometimes the music comes out of the speakers eventhough the headphones are plugged in. this is very stupid when im in the bus or train....
it suddenly happens and cant be cured (need to restart)
how can i avoid this?

The ExtUSB port is designed with a metal contact on the square side (on the "back" of the port) to detect the headphones. Make sure that the contact is made. This may or may not be the problem; but it's a good starting point.
I'm thinking not in my case because the ext speaker is muted for music but an incoming call will activate it?
It sounds like something software related but I don't know where to look.
I had a look at a friend's Kaiser yesterday and that does exactly the same thing (and I tried their HTC media controller in my Wings), so it doesn't look like it's exclusive to this model.
Yes. This was posted also by darksider:
if im listening to music with any application through the earphones, it makes-that the sound is at once also playing through the phone speaker, and i have to restart
hey i have the same problem....
if i am listening to music using the headphone and i become a call, then the ringtone comes through the speakers and also the music that i am listening to.
this is a big problem..
thanks
any solution??!?!
I suffered the same problem in the bus, and was very embarrassed because everybody looked at me and I didn't notice...
You have to report this problem to HTC (or reseller). More responses = better chance to find the solution in upgrade. But you HAVE TO DO IT!!!

Strange Speaker Sound Issue

Hi,
Please, I did do a number of searches!
I get sound through headphones and Bluetooth Car Kit, but I get no sound through the built in speaker, unless;
I push the USB speaker connector just part (not full) way into the socket. Sound is then normal through the built in speaker. Looks like a h/w issue and the unit is out of warrenty so any 'savage' suggestion for a fix would be appreciated.

[Q] Strange problem with headphone jack

Hi,
I have a strange problem with an i9000 i got second hand.
The phone would not go to headset mode with normal headphones (without mic).
It would sometimes go to headset mode with headphones that have a mic (usually after making a call), but would go in and out of headset mode, stopping music and video playback.
When i start a call i would hear through the phone speaker for about 2 seconds and then it would go to headset mode (meaning silence). Then if i connect stereo headphones i can hear the other person, but the phone would freeze. if i connect a headset (with mic) then everything is ok (audio through headset).
What i have ALREADY tried:
Performed a software cleanup (as well as formatted the internal SD and tried a lot of ROMS and kernels).
Replaced the headphone jack.
Cleaned the contacts where the headphone jack replacement connects on the board.
Still the same problem.
I have no warranty on the phone.
Any ideas?
No one?
Please help, my phone is unusable.
Hmm i'm not sure but I think it's a hardware problem.
I think so too, but i have already replaced the headphone jack.
Could it be on the board itself?
Is there an app or a mod i can use to force headset/speaker mode?
I've never heard of such an app, so I don't know if there's one.
Sent from my GT-I9000 using xda app-developers app

Is the microphone located on the USB charging board?

I think I damaged my mic trying to clean it with an old tooth brush and some alcohol, I recorded some voice notes to test it an it sounds crackly, buzzy and barely picks up my voice. Now I'm looking for a replacement and don't know if the microphone is located on the USB charging board or should I replace the speaker. The speaker works fine, but I don't kwon where the mic is located.
I would be grateful if someone could tell me
