INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Download the CAB installer and copy it to your phone
2- Open File Explorer and tap the CAB to install
3- Install into Device, NOT memory card
4- Turn OFF the phone for changes to apply
Enjoy the battery readings
NOTICES:
- Install Microsoft sofware developers kit certificates first (sdkcerts.cab)
- Should required, it can be removed at settings -> system -> remove programs

This is off topic but what tsk theme are you using in the screenshot on the left? Or is that an SPB Shell 6.5.X theme?

many thanks gtrab. top notch as always. did you ever get around to porting across the F series icons to wm 6.5?? i had them on my X1, i certainly miss them on the x2! i think they all worked apart from the signal icon.
regarding the F series, it is a LOT of work: it took me more than 40 labour hours to edit thee DLLs with all the selected icons from forum members and some original icons
new icons especially require a lot of time
but I am getting bored of the icons and I may do it all again

i think the only icon that doesnt work is the signal icon, the bars dont appear. all the other icons seem to work fine.. but i can appreciate its a time consuming job. they do look way better than the boring white standard icons.

regarding the F series,
even when all other icons seem to work, they were cooked over WM6.1 DLLs, so the original WM6.5 DLLs are overrided and replaced by the older OS ones
you may not notice it, but some system bugs may arise when running old OS DLLs (6.1) under a new OS (6.5), that's why I don't recommend using it under WM6.5 even when it does partially work

sounds great!!! but how about X-series? i already wanted to do it myself, but for 6.5.x there are some icons missing. and so far i've been too lazy to make them... (as that includes reverse-engeneering)

I thought I screwed up when it dod not work but I forgot to install the SDKCerts first!!
So I had to uninstall the Battery Enhancer, re-boot the phone, install the SDKCerts, reboot , re-install Battery Enhancer then reboot the phone.
Works great!! Thanks again.
Ok, problem.
Now the screen does not automatically flip when the keyboard is out.
Not on Internet explorer and not on the Windows screen where you can choose settings etc. . .
Any suggestions?
EDIT: Just re-booted the phone and it seems to be working.

Go to the first post/page of this thread and download the SDKCerts.cab and the SEX2BAtteryEnhancer.cab.
Using your computer and the micro USB cable that came with the phone, hook up the USB cable to the computer and the micro USB to the phone.
Gain entry to your memory stick on you phone using the software on your computer and put the SDK and SEX2Battery cabs on the phone memory stick. You do not need to create another folder for these cabs.
On the phone press the windows logo in the bottom left corner and scroll down to File Explorer.
Look at Storage Card under file explorer and find the SDKcerts and click it. Install to phone, NOT memory card.
Reboot phone.
On the phone press the windows logo in the bottom left corner and scroll down to File Explorer.
Look at Storage Card under file explorer and find the SEX2BAtteryEnhancer.cab and click it. Install to phone, NOT memory card.
Reboot Phone.

- Place the "iPhone_Landscape" folder in the "windows/themes/desktop" folder
A new landscape carbon springboard and landscape black background were added to the package of graphics in the Portrait folder. The landscape theme calls on the graphics in the portrait folder.
- For best results, change the phatphinger layout display to "Phat(240x320)+145.wpl". Since adding the landscape it doesnt fit quite right, this layout size looks good in both portrait and fits well in landscape.

Theres very important installation instructions regarding the order of installing the apps, wa3, and wad.
Feel free to throw out a few icon requests if you need some custom icons made for your apps. Ive slimmed it all down to the bare essentials to be space saving and fast loading. Buttons are "tactile" for that feedback feeling, wa3 buttons are tactile as well, and nice loading animation created too. All icons are included as well.

Hi Torx,
This by far the best creation for iphone theme for WAD/WA3. This is far more stable than 0.3. and i am a fan of yours. I am on Wizard and this theme is running for last one week. Ofcourse its not full proof. after a day or day & half you need to re-boot the PPC as the memory is too low (this is more so a windows problem), sometime the system becomes very slow but regains the original form after 5-10 min without any apparant reasons, during this time CPU is 57-65% used. The battery drain is more with WAD/WA3 running. This may be taken care of by them.
One issue i want your help is how to back-up the current configiration and file so that if have to reset or update with new ROM then my theme can be restored with minimal efforts and tweaking.
Just wanted to say I have settled on this for my Hermes theme. It is a fantastic piece of software. I am still setting up my phone. Any M$Office icons to go with this?

- I read on your post (maybe I missunderstood) that the clock in the home screen was suppose to display the real time (I mean on the icon)? If that is the case, then it's not working for me...

You can set that up yourself. Add the empty clock icon from one of the themes, add custom text %T12% or %T24% (your choice) and you will have a working clock...
I notice the volume, battery and telco icons are not transparent when I try to change the background color. Can you make them transparent?
PS: this is e best iphone skin i have been searching for so long! thx!

Creating iPhone icons
I was hoping that someone could give me some guidance please on using the .psd templates for creating my own icons for Torx iPhone skin?
As an example of what I have done: I am using Gimp but am somewhat a novice user. I have loaded the icon for eWallet as one layer and overlaid the blank_template.psd file on top. This looks nearly correct and I get the lovely shading of the template over the top of the original icon but does not quite mask out the Torx button shape as the template would suggest. Instead each corner still has some grey pixels.
I save the image as a .png file then convert it to a .tga with AlphaConv.exe.
Loading the .tga file into WAD works fine but I still see the grey pixels in the corners so it is not a "clean" icon image. So near yet so far...
Does anyone have ideas of what else I need to do?

As I said on "your device screens":
Here is my new one, took me days to finish,
skinned almost everything that could get skinned,
going from s2u2 battery to thumbcall to Rltoday to dialer etc.
I'm not good at creating icons so everything is done with text.
The idea for the s2u2 wallpaper (where he has a chain)
and setvolume (also with text) I took from oseven,
but adjusted it to fit my style... Hope he doesn't mind.
For home I use Rltoday as the main skin (bottom)
and UL (top) as the app-, home-, calender-launcher.
Only problems I have is the Comm manager being kinda transparant,
when pushing a button, leavin on and off (inschakelen & uitschakelen) being visible over each other.
And the dialer is visualy kinda slow only on the numbers (but I had this problem with every dialer I tried) backspace and history respond like they should
(Update: This is fixed, this was only a problem on my phone, I adjusted some settings, and now everything 's ok.)
If anyone got any solution for those, will be appreciated.

To install:
Make sure you backup your device first, cause this will overwrite most off the original ones...
S2V,S2U2,S2P:
Copy the files to the gfx folder and overwrite original,
for the clock I used the folder inside gfx named "clockHS"
don't forget to select that one in settings "Clock Font Folder"
Comm, Dialer, HTC Home, SpbCalc, Welcomehead:
Copy all files to the Windows folder and overwrite original
Font:
Copy to folder "Font" in your Windows directory
iContact:
Copy to iContact folder and choose "Simple" skin in settings
rlToday:
Copy to your rlToday folder in a new map named "Simple" (or wathever you like) and select that theme
Pressing the date will open up ThumbCal.
Pressing Calls will open up your dialer, if you want it to open up iContact (wich I changed on my phone today), edit that piece from the xml to this

I'll have to redo most of the graphics + I don't think Rltoday will look good in landscape + not enough place combined with the HTC Home.

EDIT: Maybe this is the problem, download this zipfile, cause this forum changed the pictures from PNG to JPG
Don't mind the psd file, I forgot to remove it from the map
But you can use it, to change the loading screen...

- this is a nearly original wheee theme, all credits for Idea and look go to Ufufu and i use again the sticker icons, other grafics and background made by me. This theme has new topbar graphics and a new missed calls-icon that will come to snowwhite and free! theme with next update (This 3 sticker-iconsthemes use exactly the same xmls only the backgrounds are different)

I recommend to do this SETTINGS for your ppc:
(how to: open the xml or txt files with with "totalcommander", or on your PC with "windows Editor", make the following changes, choose "save" (NOT "save as.."), put xmls or txt files back in the theme folder of you PPC and restart todaylife.)
Edit the config.xml :
1. go down to "emaildefaultparam" and there you find:"freenet.de". Replace this with the name of your account.
2. go down to CalendarAction and set it to 1 (=default windows mobile Calendar) otherwise my settings open thumbcal !
3. go down to time format and change it to 12 or 24
4. go to SMS Action and set it to 0 if you don want to open pocketcm
5. you can do more changes (SMS Alarm settings/Lock-settings), they are explained in the xml !
6. change language in the appointments: open the portrait.xml and the landscape.xml . You will find this text:
<Today>Heute</Today>
<Tomorrow>Morgen</Tomorrow>
<AllDay>.....</AllDay>
<MultiDay>.....</MultiDay>
change this four words in this lines to any language
7. change the date format in both portrait.xml and landscape.xml: <Format>dddd, d. MMMM yyyy</Format>
8. add the name and path of you applications for the launcher in the "Applications.txt". Can be ".exe" or ".lnk" and works also with parameters.

- this are my qvga themes (also Landscape support) for the FAST FULLSCREEN Software/GUI "todayLife" made by DAZZLINGDAZ. - you need nothing more. i works with wm 6.0 and wm 6.1 with NetFramework 2.0 or 3.5. And no need to install !!! unzip the folder put it on your phone and start the todaylife.exe. If you dont like it delete just the folder thats it.

- not everything, test it, but i update this skin everytime that there are some new functions for you.
4. I´m having bugs/Problems/Ideas ?

- no sorry i cant, i don´t have the time and biggest Problem: i dont have a vga device for testing the graphics here. But todaylife works well with VGA.

this is actually a very nice theme i must say!
to this day ive never heard of "TodayLife", but i can guarantee u this..im gonna give it a try..
the theme looks good, not too heavy to dark or too bright..actually looks similar to a MS2.1 theme ive seen before lol

Guys - to change a skin pack to a different resolution takes time!!! the icons may be too small for starters - BUT - you can change most of it yourself - simply by editing the portrait.xml and landscape.xml and making all the X and Y coordinates double - S(ize) attributes for things like the calendar can be doubled too

I am still developing the program - so it is correct that some tabs are empty - this is by design and allows for expansion as I develop.
Please read the development thread for more info.
The unlock sequence is 4 seperate guestures : ^, >, \/, <
Can someone post more screenshots. I can't see the original for some reason.
Also, is there a collection of themes for this new program yet?

When i click the speaker icon my screen darkens, but i dont get a volume control. I have to reset the phone to get out of it. Anyone else have this problem?

Almost every aspect of S2U2 has been skinned in this theme. I am also including the original wallpaper set make by grzegorz10
Installation of S2U2 theme.
1. Make sure you have S2U2 2.30 or higher
2. Download ALL of the files
3. Install ALL of the files
4. Unzip the wallpapers and put them on your device where you can find them
5. Go to Programs > S2U2 > S2U2 settings
6. Open the "Information" tab
7. Set the Clock folders you want to use (because there are more than 2, the clock folders are not pre-set in the cab
8. If you want the second hand to show on the analog clocks, you have to set the time format to hh:mm:ss
9. Go to the wallpaper tab and select your wallpaper, there are walls for portrait and landscape in the zip, you have to set the wall for it to show
10. Adjust any other settings to your liking and hit SAVE.
11. Go to Programs > S2U2 > S2U2 to restart the program and enjoy!

First of all, you must have S2U2 installed to your phone already. This is for WVGA only. Then you must install it to your device, not to your memory card. Then you have to set your desired clock folders. Some more info on the problem that you are having would be nice.

you have to open iLock2 to turn off S2U2 and then restart it. You also have to set the clock folder and wallpaper in the S2U2 settings. Did you even read my last post? What EXACTLY is it not doing? I just re-installed it on my phone and it worked perfectly. Install, set wallpaper, set clock folder, done. If you don't have S2U2, it won't work. This is a THEME, not the Program.

Works great on Tilt 2. Minor issue, my 3G icon is showing native icon. Is this icon part of S2U2 theme? If so could you possibly skin? Otherwise I can easily live with this one. Fantastic work thank you for your efforts, it looks awesome on my phone.

I reworked all of the icons that were built into the theme. I have a CDMA device, so I have no way to test that. Wish I could be of more help, but all i did was rework the existing files of S2U2. Thanks for the compliment, I was very happy to make this theme and I hope you and many more will enjoy it.
Not getting a whole lot of input. Lots of people are downloading but nobody is telling me what they think. I can only improve this theme if I have input guys, otherwise I'll stop development of this project.
i installed the cab, but when I am looking in the folder S2u2 nothing is there.
In windows/Appmgr I found an empty folder Xpressyourcell Dushkish, so I have no idea how to get this working...

it overwrites existing files in s2u2. Just run iLock2 to stop S2u2, go to S2u2 settings and set what clock folders to use and what wallpaper you want then rerun S2u2 and your changes will show up. It is a skin, not a program. As I already stated in POST #3 and Post #5.
Can you please post the files in a zip format?
The cab files crash my S2U2, im using Omnia II.

I also got it working on my Omnia, I had to reinstall everything onto the main drive and not my storage.
Initially I had it on my storage(16gig) instead of the main drive(100meg).
Could you possible redo the battery pic? Something along the lines of the flip clock and slider button styling (black, glossy and just all around slick!)
Also, for the top curtain the lock icon is somewhat squished looking, im not sure if thats how you wanted it to look?
Dont mean to sound like a nit picker but I noticed that you were looking for feedback from your previous post.

Thanks for the input. I too am a little unhappy with the lock icon but the spacing on the icons is very specific and I will have to redo the whole top bar. Right now I'm just to busy with other projects and work. Glad you like it.

All right, here are some new Screenshots of the theme:
Improved Usage, added some icons on the Desktop and added the typical "time popup"
Finished the start menu with an useful "shutdown-dropdownmenu"
Added the Control Panel (should work with nearly any device)

as far as i know, there is no Wisbar Advance Desktop 4.0.... 2.5.4.16 is the last.
But ... maybe i am wrong

Here are two screens of the desktop, as you can see the link to "Gadgets" is new, also the Mail Box Gadget is now added. I found a new wallpaper, can be used optional.
The window "Gadgets" is looking really good
The known "Computer window" and "Network" where you can toggle your connections. There is a little bug with the free memory information of the internal memory... I have no idea how to fix it
Actually, the design is finished as far as it lacks only a few windows. (<--Google translate ) I think the Preview will come out on Friday so hold on

The first preview will come for VGA-Devices (480x640)
It should work with WQVGA devices, but you won't be able to see the whole desktop, because WQVGA uses 240x400.
I'm on it doing versions for QVGA, WQVGA, VGA and WVGA devices, but it'll finish the VGA version first...

Move Gadgets: Hmm. I had to build those gadgets as Docks. They only can be moved in "Author mode"

Links to the applications: Yes, most of them fit to every Windows Mobile phone but some are adapted to my phone. You'll have to link some of your specific programs on your on, but I could create some Graphics... Just let me know what you need

Updates sound good but problem is I installed the EN Cab but it installs a 'Programs' folder in my what i call 'C:/ Drive' (phone memory) so I had to manually place the theme file in the theme folder in my program files etc. I clicked start button and saw it lit up so saw it worked but problem is everything else is messed up Is this the english version? If so, everything is still in German and also, the C Drive and storage card don't show any bars in My Computer. Are you able to just post the theme files (Not CAB). Would like to see if fixes the problem. Thanks

Okey, sorry that I messed your Device up :S This was my firs .cab
And as long we are just in the "Developers Preview" the most things will be in German only, sorry. But as I've posted yesterday, the final Version will come out end of this week. In this Final Version the whole theme will be in english
All theme files are uploaded to RAPIDSHARE
Just one thing: Tozzy, could you send me the stucture of the internal phone memory of an english OS? This would help me to create some working .cabs for english devices, thanks.
