I use http://idesigniphone.com/ for everything. Awesome selection. The walls are all in 320x480 then I use "Wallpaper Set & save" from the market. I love the gliding effect I get when changing screens. The wallpaper remains stationary but the icons just glide across the screen.

ManUp's 2.1 v1.5 Eclair Rom

Are any wall paper developers trying to make custome live wallpapers for ManUp's 2.1 Rom? It already has the live cub wallpaper running on it perfectly. If not, Now would be a good time to start. Its the begining of a new way of building beautifull wallpapers that u can actually bring to life. Now that's Insanely cool If that's a word?.........lol

Theres 2 live wallpapers on the market Digital Rain and some duck 1. They both work on Manups 2.1.

there are actually like 5 or 6 in the market

i noticed that alldroid .com has been able to get the nexus launcher to work with 5 screen and the dots it would be nice to have this put in the rom anyone have a suggestion on how to this e-mail me at [email protected] or twitter @jdmoore81

Where do you see that someone has it working with 2.1? I only see them getting it to work with 2.0.1.

Does anybody have or is there a way we can get the live wallpaper from the Nexus? I want the grey screen that has the colored blocks that move up and down.

The nexus pattern doesnt work, only cube from 2.1 SDK works atm.

or type "live wallpaper" in market for more like duck hunt where you shoot ducks

I bought the blobs live wallpaper, I actually find it quite nice (looks some what like a concert laser) also seems less stressful than the star field.
Id say its worth the $1.26 (.99 pounds)

I bought Rainbow and Bokeh. Might just be in my head, but Rainbow seems to be the smoothest running LWP on my G1 in terms of causing lagginess. Bokeh seems to eat up more memory or something because switching homescreens gets pretty choppy.

[Q] Live wallpaper from a video?

I searched and found links on how to make a live wallpaper from scratch, but I wanted to see if I could take a small video clip and loop it as a live wallpaper?

I guess you could, I just figured someone would know how to go from a video format directly.

[Q] Wallpaper size?

Newbie question here,
I currently use the HD2 with Android all etc. and use the "arrowd blue" prash wallpaper and its kinda cool how its over all 5 "tabs".
What size wallpaper do I need to make myself for it to be like that?
I like anime and want an anime wallpaper, haven't really been able to find any anime walls for android yet
All the apps on market is crap or you cant search for specific anime / char

Can someone provide the smoke live wallpaper?

I upgraded to the new OTA, and found that the smoke wallpaper I had was no longer included. Can someone pull it out so I can regain my favorite wallpaper?

If you like live smoke wallpapers, or live wall.p. in general you should try this apk = https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartapps.simple.media.wallpaper.android
it lets you set up a video as wallpaper. Mp4 only, landscape mode only. You can get some pretty cool videos here=http://www.epicslowmo.com/free-clips/
