It's too purple.
The bar's should be like a dark blue or a cyan, not purple.

I think that it looks good will keep an eye out.

The colors look different in screen shots then they do on the phone.
The theme looks real good. i love the status icons!

1. I love the fonts in this version of the modified deep black them found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=480328 and I think you should use them
2. Please change the menu slider, although the colors are good the default icon kinda throws the theme off

I agree; I would prefer a slightly bluer tint.

Added more blue! All status/update icons are now glossy as well.

In my opinion this is the best theme I have seen so far, and it's not even finished. Every time I look at this page it makes me want it even more. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for this one.

[THE][WM6.5.1 (23022+)][Teaser]Two-Tone by m.carroll

My initial reaction to WM6.5's new theme engine: "Holy crap, we can do themes with an actual color scheme, not just based on one color!!"
It took a while to come up with something that was classy enough that i liked it, but as you'll see below, the end result is pretty nice.
The idea is a semi WM6.1 derivative glossy bar with a glow.
I've added some subtle curves to the accents on the taskbar and softkey bars, as well as rounding the outer edges of the screen, which really softens up the overall look.
Prerequisites:
Windows Mobile (Phone) 6.5.1 (Build 23022+)

Note: I know I'm not running 6.5.1 yet, I'm finishing up my last day at my internship today, and will be upgrading shortly. Also, ignore the black bars please, as I just slipped a few images into my PureBlack2 theme to test out. The final theme will be completely new and rewritten, based on my unreleased 6.5 Theming Pack.
I'm opened to comments and suggestions on the tease shot. I'm a Gator at the University of Flordia, so naturally I chose Orange and Blue, but I've set up my photoshop documents to easily change the colors to whatever the community may like.
Please leave suggestions for color schemes! (names too, Two-Tone is lame.)

I'm also looking forward to a black and blue color scheme, but would suggest a black and red scheme too.
As for the name, I propose Pulsar or Blasted.

all suggested colors added, and yes it will fit the softkeys, the bar is actually the same size in 21935, just doesnt have the new buttons...

So, I started using my install base of CLI to gather the information, and put together a simple search engine for them at activities.droidicon.com.
You are welcome to use it to find activities. I've indexed about 20,000 activities to date.

Awesome packs I bought the arctic blue one. What are the chances you could make some icons for appbrain and touchpal dialer (awesome dialer for aosp). Those are the only two unthemed icons in my drawer

You have to change all the shortcuts in the docks again but this time leave them with the default icons, you can get the app drawer icon from the first post.
I just got done with a massive update which will be in the market today but in the next update I will include your requests .
EDIT: You can use these in the meantime.

First, I love love love your icons! I have an idea for a couple icon sets. First, a set of victorian icons, maybe along the lines of the "Old School" icon set I ran across a while back (can't remember the creator). Also, a victorian, dainty ivy theme would be great. Last but not least, a backless glass theme and white theme.
I also need a couple extra icons for the 3D set: voicemail, call history, pocket frogs, yumsters and animal tycoon.
