Tweak for EXTREME Performance, batterie improvement and sound power using TF3D Config

Hi every body, I have make a tweak_custom.xml with my Extreme Performance setting and good powersaving mode and sound power.
Thanks to AdvancedConfig for registry entry.
So first, install TF3D Config : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=405749
Rename txt file to xml.
And after copy my tweak_custom.xml to TF3D Installation directory (\Program Files\TF3D...)
Run TF3D

In tweaks you have new entry in blue background

Not @my device! I don't see any new tweaks :-(

I got new tweaks, but most of the settings are already made by other apps. ;-)

the file name is "tweaks_config.xml"
so ... not tweaks.config.xml ... change it

I have just create this, to be able to do all tweak in One soft
so your install for example DiamondProject V3.2, after you copy the tweak file in the right place, and you can do a all in one optimization without moving to soft and soft ...
I will add a tuto on my blog soon,
test it, speed is really incredible with all Ultra Speed setting !

Hi, i renamed and copy to the directory (tweak_custom.xml to TF3D Installation directory)as suggested but it does not work..it gives me program error. use the cab also didnt work..
btw, i'm using panosha Shine On ROM and TF3D 0.6.7

The thing is that, if a key doesn't exist, tf3d crash ...
Try to remove all part concerting PowerSaving
I think you don't have a part of them ...
They work fine on my HTC diamond, but with over could crash ... I don't know if tf3d will correct this part

[July 16th][W|VGA - W|QVGA][LockScreen]New N3 + CWP 7 WM 6.5 & 6.5.X-Cab files

I've seen lots of people here are not really happy with WM 6.5 default lockscreen
so i wanna to share simple custom lockscreens

before every thing i would like thank joel2009 for his great guideline
New N3 Beta LockScreen is now available (QVGA)​

and to whom just want LockScreen like WP7 here is sth similar to that
- Big clock similar to WP7
- New alignment for Date and Appointments
- New Windows 7 slider

Just extract and replace files in the following folder into the windows directory ( using resco file manager,etc) and soft reset
that is all
OR
for whom don't have enough time to do that, here is a cab file

Note:This only supports Portrait mode yet,Landscape will be available soon

This LOCKSCREEN does not work on Original HTC roms
Caution: If any of the LockScreens didn't work on your device or damage it, plz just unistall the cab file normally (start>setting>system>remove programs), there is no need for Hard reset
VGA/WVGA cabs have been deleted till i correct them

i don't know really but it would relates to which build you are using(mine is
25007)

[Lockscreen] iPhone-like Skin for WVGA [12.July]

iPhone-like Lockscreen-Skin for WVGA
A small story:
I decided to create my own lockscreen-skin for WindowsMobile,
because I wasn't able to find a lockscreen which looked and
worked smoothly according to my vision.
And this is the result of my work.
I'll try to solve all problems you got with this skin but it was only developed for my own purposes, so be patient!
Here are some pictures, because I think they describe it at it's best:
Press the image to get it full-sized
Main features:
[+] The skin got a appointment area which shows the next appointment
[+] You are able to see how much notifications you got
[+] It looks a bit like the iPhone-Unlock-Skin (excluding the slider and the top informations)
[+] The slider is located at the left side

[-] Extract the .zip archiv with a program like WinRar, 7Zip or something similar
[-] Put the extracted folder on your P0hone or Storage Card

[Q] plz help my spb does not read setting icons

plz help me i am using spb shell for over a year it stopped reading the setting icons all the icons are working fine but no graphics any more​
can any one plz upload the folder /Program Files/SPB Mobile Shell and i will compare between it and mine to see whats is missing

Soft Reset & see if all is OK.
If not, uninstall SPB ( and all the theme / customizations) and re-install SPB.
Re-Do the customizations.

i am using v 3.5.4
i am not using any theme right now, but the last one was black edition
when i tried to remove it it took like ages ( about 4 hours ) and didn't complete the unstallation so i had to soft reset annd delete the spb folder manually .
and then after installing spb again the icons were gone
need help plz

Hi All,
After some tuning and minor bugs corrections, i finaly got a working Windows Phone 7 2.0 theme for TL.
My update is based on the original theme and the addons from FireSlave.
To use the theme,
1. Install TrottleLauncher_1.2.1 in your device memory
2. unpack the given TrottleLauncher.zip in your PC
3. Replace \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher in your device with the one unpacked.
4. reboot then enjoy.

Ok tried it.
Nice theme, good inclusion of all mods.
However, TL keeps re-loading and re-starting every 5-7 seconds after I soft-reset my phone!
Any ideas?

You have to wait sometime for about 40s after reboot.

1. Do not overwrite TrottleLauncher.
Here is the workaround to use the theme.
1. Install TrottleLauncher_1.2.1 in your device memory
2. unpack the given TrottleLauncher.zip in your PC
3. copy WindowsPhone7_2 to your device \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups\
4. Replace the content of \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\plugins\ by the one unpacked.

Few other things I have noticed are:
The 'my applications' tile is not in English and the icons or links in that hub are linked to no application! There is also no way to link them or edit them so that they will open any application. Is there a fix for that?

i can see that someone with xml coding knowledge is gonna have to have a look over this and see what is going on...
this theme is a pain in the a$$
it is probably the most complex TL theme ever made... bound to have... issues..
if even one character in the code is wrong ... sends the whole thing into chaos..
ill take a look later

Well possible to do better, but actually you don't need to have a strong xml experience to customize the applications links.
You just have to copy the pages\applications.xml on your PC, then modify the links by editing the file in Notepad++ or any xml editor of your choice.
Then write it back on your device.
See howto in the image.
Point (2) is the path to the exe or shurtcut that starts the application.
