I have tried different builds and remember one had voice android keyboard. I forgot which build it was. I'm running Kaffe's build but can't find voice keyboard.
Can anyone help me where to find it?
To answer my own question, Incubus Super Eclair has it.

I apologize if this has been discussed but I did search with different words and was unable to find my answer. I was wondering if the voice search with keyboard apk on the Nexus 1 could be installed on Super D 1.7 or not. Is it possible or only on Eclair roms?? I really like that feature since I'm able to send text messages when not able to use both hands. I know I can always change to an Eclair rom but I'm really satisfied with Super D's rom and after trying almost all Eclair roms I would rather wait a little bit more until they get better. Any help is appreciated and thank you all in advance.
I'm not a huge fan of sense, but I like the HTC keyboard better than better keyboard. Has anyone gotten an apk of the tattoo's keyboard working on regular donut or eclair?
what resolution are you running
and that keyboard is called HTC_IME if you search for it you can find the apk
i have had it running on Warm Donut, and mssmison's Eclair Build has it built-in

There is that one, havent been able to get it working on qvga donut, I had another one somewhere, that worked but it looked choppy because it was being downscaled I assume - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=4660034#post4660034, think thats it
I do remember running a hero build aaaages ago that had a perfect keyboard but that builds probably long gone

Hi, I'm wondering if any of you gotten the android 2.2 keyboard to work on the hero with 2.1 installed. I am mostly interested in this because I want to use the microphone for speech to text...thanks for any information you have! (I currently also have an Evo and the speech to text works like a charm, save a lot of time.)
I flashed the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1127249 and I love the increased battery life. But, one problem I've noticed is that when I have the samsung keyboard XT9 selected and when I'm typing in an email for some reason the first character of the word gets dropped. (eg. type "the" it puts in "he"). Sometimes it will do it in my SMS messages but not all the time. Also, if I chose the Android keyboard it doesn't have that problem but then again it doesn't have the XT9 feature. I like the XT9 features and think it must have something to do with that. Has anyone else experience this and/or know how I can fix this?
Thanks, in advance for any help or direction that you can give me.
If I turn off the XT9 predictive text under samsung keyboard then I don't have the problem I checked and it's the 2.3.3 samsung keyboard. But, I like the XT9 predictive text feature and find it odd that it only happens under the email program. Is there a way that I can reinstall this .apk?
Try out this keyboard. Personally, it's one of my favorites.

Thanks, Born but I'm not really looking for another keyboard option. I would like to fix the stock keyboard that I already like and used
I wonder if it has something to do with the mail client? Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I'm asking the wrong question. Is anyone else that has flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1127249 (I897UCKF1 Odin-1-Click Gingerbread 2.3.3 w/ Fugu Root) had any problems using the stock samsung keyboard along with the XT9 advance features in the stock email client? Please confirm that it's working for you or not. That will at least help me determine if it's a bad/bug in the ROM or something that I did in flashing it. Thanks, to all who answer!
Custom rom and use samsung keyboard
How to use samsung keyboard on my custom rom ? o_0
HELP ME !>.<
i use ics2 rom
I think that was one of my major problems with KF1 too. That, and my touchscreen sensitivity was really poor.
I too like the Samsung keyboard, and don't like the newer versions though. I think the best version of the Samsung keyboard came out of KH3, or KI2. I've had problems with the newer versions with auto-captitalization not working correctly. I always have to backspace after ending a sentence with a period to get the first letter of the next sentence to capitalize. Also even if I have next word prediction unchecked, it still tries to predict quite often.
Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure it was KH3, because that's the only 2.3.4 that I have.
Hi,
I'm a huge HTC_IME fan and I heard that it's not compatible with Android 4.0. In fact, I installed teamhacksung's ROM and I tried to install it and it worked, but it crashes all the time when typing.
My question is: There is any solution to this? Because I really like this keyboard... Maybe a similar one?
Thanks a lot
I'm on the search to, but until now i don't find a solution.
i have the same problem...that the keyboard crash's after typing some text
