If your ROM does not support multiple languages, you would have to flash to a different ROM.
For English you want a WWE (World Wide English) ROM.
I assume you are on a stock ROM and have not flashed HSPL.
If this is true, go here and learn how to flash your phone, then browse XDA for a WWE ROM of your choice.

Hello!
I am new on this forum and also new at upgrading. My problem is: I would like to buy Trinity phone with german language and then I would like to upgrade it to english language. Phone won't be lock to any mobile operator.
Will I have problem with upgrade and whitch version of ROM should I use? For now I just want that I will have english version and it isn't necessary that GPS is activated. With GPS I will play later.

It is possible. In fact I had a german HTC Rom and updated to WWE (World Wide English) for GPS. Now using english Rom wasnt as easy as I thought because I got a non german keyboard and non german Transcriber and dictionaries ... etc

I readed some posts about upgrading ROM. If I understood right I should use SSPL flashing tool for upgrading, am I right (because original language is german)?

So I bought a new Diamond in Italy and of course...everything's in Italian! How do I put it to plain old english? Thnx.
flash the hard spl for diamond, then flash either an english official rom, or an english custom rom
look for ones that say WWE, this means world wide english

A friend just got one on miami but it's in english and want's to change it to spanish.

it doesent exist a rom u can change the language...
The Rom has a language. Must Flash with a Spanish Rom.
Search for diamond Stock Rom in Spanish.

If you are speaking about the hardware keyboard I am using AEKMap to change language.
If you want to change your rom to an english one first CID/SIM unlock your phone using this guide & then take a look at xda2_haseeb's & CRACING's threads for the latest roms.
They are making english (WWE) roms for our Wizards .-

Your best option is probably to flash the Kaiser to a WWE (worldwide english) ROM & if you need support for Japanese font & input this can be added to the WWE ROM quite easily.
Have a look in the Wiki section on ROM flashing, HardSPL ect. You can download the latest HTC generic WWE ROM direct from HTC website & Japanese language for WWE software can be found free on this site.
