What is this in Spare Parts Battery history? - Hero CDMA Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I'm looking in Spare Parts Battery history, specifically Network usage and noticed that there is one thing that completely overshadows everything else, a strange entry labeled "0". I don't know what it is, and when I try tapping it I get an error message saying:
Sorry!
The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

And it force closes back to the Spare Parts main menu.
Attached is a screen shot. What is this??
Also, I never understood what the red/blue colors signify. Could anyone please explain?

Selecting messages using Jog Wheel

Does anyone experience not being able to scroll in Messaging, after opening a message and closing it again? It works when first starting Messaging, but doesn't after opening the first message...
Nope - works fine for me. Sometimes the messaging app does funny things. Have you tried a soft reset...and does the behavior persist?

Yeah, I'm soft-resetting all the time. I'll try a hard-reset later this week to see whether it's being caused by some of the custom app's...

Basically, akmd is the system daemon for accelerometers, it's what applications and the OS talk to when they want accelerometer data.

Help!!!! Huawei login id/huawei wallet

So i decided to try and see what is Huawei wallet, wasn't sue how it'll work as i don't have NFC on my version. Once i installed it, it keeps on coming up every time i unlock the device. So i cleared all data and took away all permissions from the app, plus i signed out of my Huawei id. But now every time i unlock the device i get a login to Huawei id. when i use task manager it isn't showing up there, and when i go to the app the only option i have is force stop. But i go back out unlock the device and the same blue screen with login id comes up. It's annoying the heck out of me! how do i stop this from coming up? Is there any way to disable/uninstall this app?! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Wow, I thought it was bad enough having to ignore the "login to huawei" message I see at the top of the settings page, and which i'm never going to use.
So, no one?

I've the same issue for a few weeks now. It really is massive pain! And I can't believe this UX fail is so significant. Does anyone have ANY solutions?

a funny workaround is actually to enable the "Digital Balance" and allow the Wallet 0 screentime.
In the Wallet app, go to settings -> about -> slider to stop the app.

annoying grey popup

for som reason I have started to get these annoying grey popup messages on my home screen that stay there for ages.
They are either reminders of something I havent downloaded or similar system messages.
If i click on it it does nothing, just sit there for ages, blocking everything. HELP, how do I stop this?
Send a screenshot please
It also comes up if I do a copy and paste or dont complete a download.
Can the time that this shows be shortened or turned off completely?
As asked above, please show a screenshot.
Still, that being said, it's likely an app you have, because I know my phones never show this. If we can't identify it, you'll need to remove apps to see when the behavior stops. It should be easy enough since you seem to be able to cause it to happen.

Question Unable to Split Screen

Hi All, i'm not sure which system pacakage i disable, i'm not able to use split screen. Click on "Open in split screen view" but nothing happen.
hopefuly someone can enlightening me, i do not want to reset my phone. Thanks.
If you've been disabling system packages without knowing what they do then no wonder you have issues. Maybe provide a list of packages you did disable so we can try to work out if they would affect screen split. Otherwise we are just searching in the dark.
managed to solve it through restoring some of the packages i debloated earlier by using ADB AppControl. Split view is working now.
Which package did you restored, because I have the same problem?

I thought that app was for the edge panels. I'm surprised that would break split view. Just goes to show how far reaching some apps really are. Glad you sorted it.

That actually makes some sense because depending on which edge panel you enable it will only allow split view capable apps. which is a giant PITA for me. I hate split screen and have managed to disable it so I can use my panel as more like a quick launch bar....but i can only add split view capable apps to the bar.
