If you'd bothered to read the article properly you'd have realised that the relock instructions are in there as well

that's not a good way to become popular round here, when it would have taken you 2 minutes to find it yourself in the dev section...

This should give you all the info that you need:
To lock the bootloader you need to have your own TA backup. If you don't have it your bootloader CANNOT be locked. You can't use other people's TA backup either as it is unique to every device.
If you have the backup just flash the firmware on which the backup was made and use the same app as you used to backup TA to restore it.
So i've been thinking about re-unlocking my bootloader. If I do a nandroid backup now, with my bootloader locked, and unlock it, will I be able to restore the backup without any hassle? I wanna try X-honami kernel so bad but I don't wanna wipe my phone again :crying:

I am facing a dilemma here.
I want to root my phone (probably using towelroot)
But sometime in the future I want to return it to the exactly unrooted state.
The problem is, for that,
I must unlock bootloader
Install CWM and backup my phone in case things go wrong
Maybe install a rom.
BUT.
If I root my phone, how will I go back to exactly the old stock state, because I am creating a backup 'After' rooting?
So If I restore using CWM, the bootloader remains unlocked and still rooted?
If i want to relock bootloader, I need root.
If I want to unroot I need an unlocked bootloader.
Im so confused. Please help.
That brings me to my qn. Any one click restore to stock?
Newbie, have mercy
Why will you unroot? (Or if you don't know exactly what it means: read, read, read and ask)
You can always go back if you flash KDZ file (unroot en relock bootloader -> see thread)

I thank you for the links.
But can you clarify 1 doubt?
How To backup your phone before rooting? (Because CWM requires an unlocked bootloader. An a to unlock bootloader, I must be rooted. Isnt it a paradox?)
Or must I root before backup?

If you read the links you'll get the answer at your questions.
In any case you don't need to backup before rooting.
Just read and understand all links plus this one "Frequently Asked Questions"

There is no danger in rooting, only the (wrong) use of root can be dangerous.
