To add to "SpeeDemon"'s friendly and helpful response:
There is no Icon thread or forum. You have to search a few hundred threads throughout the forums. If you want to make sure you're only searching for icons to go with Android apps, you'll have to figure out which devices run Android OS because some people post their icons on device specific theme forums, while other post in the general Android theme forums. It's an incredibly time consuming and eye straining method... but it's all free so you can't really complain.

I would like to know how am I supposed to change the icons of the bottom "home" bar and to be more specific I want to remove the people, stocks, weather and twitter tabs, because I don't really use them. Please help me!

Settings>Personalize>Home Screen Tabs
and Untick! that is all
However your thread title is misleading, I thought that you were asking how to change the icons in screenshots below
Also there is a newbie's questions where your question is probably already replied so my advise is to make a search within this thread, it helps
(careful cause the mods here are strict with rules!! lol, just joking!)

Ok, So I'm looking for how to make a fully functional LCARS theme for LauncherPro or ADW launcher. I'm not talking just a background I mean widgets icons, even the dock and app drawer to all look like the LCARS interface. I realize this is extremely dorky to ask for, but I am sure someone somewhere has attempted to do it. So if possible can they post how.

While browsing the thread at work I find myself clicking it away because some of you insist on posting "themes"
hidden behind a big pair of tits.
Just stop posting wallpapers like that! You can choose any wallpaper you want - just try to stray away
from posting something that people might have a negative reaction to. If one of the female users were to post "Penis-locks"
or use suggestive wallpapers of men, I'm sure some of you would react too.
There are thousands of people browsing this thread. All types of different people. I really don't want this thread to
turn into Post-Your-Homescreen were moderators actually have to pay attention and see if users post such pictures/wallpapers.
And please notice that I'm putting emphasis on SUGGESTIVE. A pretty girl wearing clothes is fine - anyone can deal with that.

Try looking in the theme forums at miui.us and miuiandroid.com. Those themes are here too but they are not scattered amongst the other themes at those sites since it's all MIUI. I've been using Anne_ICS.
Hi, i just saw on a screenshot a note/to do widget that is similar to a sheet of paper and has a "coffee cup stamp" on the bottom right, i think that it is pretty characteristic, can you help me?

I thought I'd tried all of the to do widgets out there, but this one doesn't look familiar. If no one knows, check out GO Notes widget -- It's very MIUIish and I think has a bunch of theme options. That might even be one of them.
