Hey there, I have noticed that I can't text picture. I am wondering if there is a way to text a picture using windows 6.5.
Thanks.

Oh, I don't know then.
I'm not sure if it will work (i'm not responsible if it does anything to your phone), but you could try finding a generic Arcsoft MMS cab and configuring your own settings for MTS.

Just to let you know, I found the same issue previously and MTS does not support MMS with the Diamond for whatever reason. I tried the Arcsoft CAB but I don't have the server settings for MTS.
You can email a picture to the "email number" of the person you want - ie, [email protected]text.mts.net I think works for MTS customers. Each carrier has a different ending to the email.

Hello,
Could anyone send me a cab file so I can reinstall the Arcsoft MMS composer? I can't find it anywhere else.
I have Arcsoft MMS Composer version 2.0.0.16 on my QTEK 9090.
I CAN sent mms messages, however I CAN NOT vieuw received MMS messages.
When I receive a MMS message, a blanc screen appears, with message info like e.g. sender, and a download button. Pressing this button a GPRS connection is made, and a icon indicating that something is downloaded.
It seems that some attachments are stored on my device, with suffix .att.
As said, I can’t open these attachments, nore can I read the text. My service provider is Orange, and I checked with them all the settings.
Can you please help me out?
Best regards,
Mike de ****

Hello mate,
I faced the same problem as mdecock, and I searched for 2.0.0.20 and didn't find it. Can you kindly tell us where we may find it please ?!
Thanks in advanced mate and appreciate your great helps
Best regards & wishes,
May be your GPRS connection is problem. Some providers require a separate GPRS connection for MMS, with different APN. Pls contact your provider for more detail.

What do you mean? It's perfectly normal that you loose SMS-messages when upgrading the ROM. Updating the ROM is like erasing the harddisk of a computer and re-installing the OS: you'll loose anything that's on the disk.
If you mean that you lost the ability to send SMS-messages: within the settings of the "phone"application (enter the phone application and select menu/options/Services), there's a way to enter the telephone-number of the SMS-central for your provider. When entered, you'll be able to send messages again.

Marc - I meant the SMS option is no longer there. I am using Cingular. I guess that I need to "configure" for SMS specificially? If so, what exactly do I need to do? Thanks.
That's what happens when you don't use a cingular rom

The sms should work without changing any options, so thats weird. Try to take out your sim card and then put it back.

from what i remember of mms i think you do
some service providers use a different one for mms to your normal browsing
others use one for everything so it doesn't affect your settings
