then i installed tof clock again...

abdul.rafay7 : There is no Public Cooked ROM Yet for the Himalaya Devices, the one's you are talking about or linking are for Blueangel devices, these are Himalaya's

any luck for wm6.5? or is there an official rom release? can u all give us the true fact?

You mean to say the "File Explorer"?
goto>start then slide the screen up or use up nav pad

Greetings all. Please any feedback on those who has installed this already in their Hima. Is it worth upgrading from WM6.1? I've read that scrolling is not so smooth. Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Runs smooth for me.
Incoming/Outgoing Calls and SMS works fine.
I am not using MMS/GPRS, so i don't know.
For package, I just only install the NetCF and Ofc mobile.
No other 3rd apps added...
This ROM is great!
Well....you can always go back to 6.1 if you find it out not suitable for your needs...

guys....this is really incredible....actually based from Windows Mobile 2003 and then finally have chance to taste the newest OS WM6.5, I really appreciate your great work sun dream...thanks to your big effort for us.

Just finished downloading it. How do you install? There is no "HimaUpgradeUt" file.

Pocket Islam Help?

Have been using app for years now. Recently though audio and reminders don't play anymore. Worked on builds 21014 and earlier. Don't know what change ? Currently running latest RRE 6.5 21222 ROM. Any help to solve problem greatly appreciated.

Edit: Found eliteRC4 WWE rom which is 21042 6.1 build works. Now if I could just figure out how to make it work with WM 6.5.

Salaams, no solution for 6.5 yet, I'm still a noob at breaking down roms. Was hoping inshaAllah that someone with knowledge of how the notifcation and audio files.work could look into it. Still able to use program but with no sound.

I already consult Pocket Islam developer [email protected] but no answer yet. You can try also from your side then they new it is common problem they need to have an action to let the software work & updated to work with the new coming WM6.5… INSHALAAAH we will have a solution soon

Salaams, I've found that RRE 21231 WWE rom for the FUZE which is a 6.5 build works just fine.I use Pocket Islam 7 cab, also after loading when it asks you to reset do so. I use to wait for all my cabs to load then reset. InshaAlah it will work for others also.

I realized this issue as well with my devices and realized that it was a ROM compatibility issue. Btw, v8.0 was recently released so have you guys tried that to see if there's a solution there?

Tried "8" before with no success. InshaAlah I'll try it the next time I flash a rom. BTW what do you think KOBE gonna give em tonite,20,30,40 maybe 50? LOL salaams

Pocket Islam works fine on CE OS 5.2.21231, I've tried it my self by now...
I'm using O2 ATOM EXEC with TJs ROMs for Atom Exec (WM 6.5 21231).

So, the problem is not on the Pocket Islam 7.0,
it's the WM65 ROMs, since it's BETA version...
Like TJ Khattak said, BETAs will be BETAs, so BEAR them out...
And I really appreciate to dear TJ for his hardworking on WM65 ROMs.

You may try your suitable ROM on your PPC, brothers...
Please enjoy the Pocket Islam 7.0 on WM65 from now on with the working Athan, and Pocket Reciter like we used it on WM6 before.

Just wanted to say, using the latest Rom by Dutty (R8 for wm6.5) for my Touch HD and Pocket Islam is working now. There must have been a problem with earlier 6.5 builds which Microsoft have sorted out.

is there any way you can get WM 6.5 on an htc touch diamond?
i've heard that apparently it's not compatible?

Would be interested to hear as well. Original Windows Mobile 6.5 without any personal add-ons/tweaks.

Take a look in the ROM section! There are loads of 6.5 ROM's to choose from. If you want a standard 'untweaked' version check out this ROM... download V8 in post #2... superb!

Diamond2 official rom on Diamond?
Hi all,
Since the official 6.5 rom is available for Diamond2 (Topaz):

It brings up the question, is it possible or does it make any sense to load it on Diamond, should it work? Of course NBHUtil must be used first.

Do you mean quick links on the home tab of sense 2.5? If so there is a discontinued rom by Miri with windows 6.1 and sense 2.5... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=547278

edit: this link was wrong, it was for diamond, sorry use the above Miri Rom, its the only 6.1 + Sense 2.5 that exists for Touch HD

Thanks a lot to you both , as i had installed lot of 6.5 roms and then finnaly was in conclusion that 6.1 will be the best, but was always sad not to see the weather on the main screen.so i think now i will be happy after flashing this .
