Though i did search and search, i couldn't find an thread regarding my problem... which is...
Why is my function led always on?
I tried different roms, cooked roms and other stuff but couldn't get the fn led indicator to go blank... unless pushed for a reason... and i guess that's one reason why my battery life on tilt sucks...
Or is this some internal fault?

Try turning off XT9 in keyboard settings. I think that's what I've seen cause this.
Install TiltKeyboardFix cab if you have not already. Should be a dl site linked on the Wiki.

ive read some others having this problem, i just got my tilt and if its asleep for a while when i go to wake it up the screen stays black. the lights still flash at the top and the key board back light will sometimes come on but the screen will not come back. Ive tried every button but the only way it seems to come back is taking out the battery and replacing it then turning the phone back on. is this a wide spread problem or just a few devices (warranty worthy?)
any insight would be great
side note: ive only added a few plugins, have not done any thing yet to flash the rom at all - i am weary of trying this now because of the issue im having
Tilt not waking up
Install and run KaiserTweak. If you're running the AT&T Rom I'd change to something else as it's quite buggy.
Some people have suggested that having the automatic device lock enabled causes this, so you may want to try disabling that. Also do a search on here for the "sleep of death", that may help you figure out what's wrong.

hey guys, i flashed one of the WM 6.1 roms, didnt like it, so i re-flashed duttys #7b rom. was working perfectly before, however i now have two problems
1- this is the major one, the gps doesnt work! when i open up quick gps, it scans through all the ports and doesnt find anything. however, when its scanning com4, the gps light comes on, but doesnt find anything. i've tried setting it to com4 only and put the baud at 4800 and 9600 and still doesnt find the gps....whats going??
2- this is a more minor problem, just annoying really.. i got this annoying thing on my home screen (look at arrows), it hides part of the home screen, how do i get rid of this? thanks

1) Dont forget to reflash your old radio also.
2) Decrease font size in settings->screen->font
hey, i did reflash my old radio... but why would that even make a difference.. gps doesnt use the radio?
and i decreased the font size, still there.. however i definately didnt have that there before even with the font size the way it is.. and the thing is, even when theres not that much stuff on the screen its still there, ie, look at this picture

Don't have a Kaiser yet, but I've been running the HTC Home plug in on an emulator and I've see issue #2. Try this:
1.) Install HTC Home Customizer (linked to in one of the CAB stickies in this forum)
2.) Run the HTC Home Customizer and go to the Options tab.
3.) Make sure the "Lock plugin on Today screen" box is CHECKED.
Now, when it's checked you'll notice the scroll bar may still show up on the bottom of the screen. This is likely because something on the bottom half of the screen is flooding below the visible screen area. If it's still there, try removing that bottom plug in temporarily. If the bar goes away, you know something in that plug-in is creating the issue.

i recently updated my ROM to a cooked ROM and now my keypad buttons dont work properly when the "FN" button is pressed.. the "@" and the "!" are off... is there any fix for this?

Do a search for the AT&T Tilt Keyboard fix cab in the forums and tht shld take care of the issue.
Always a good idea to search before you post questions since the subject may have already been covered elsewhere in the forums and searching before posting may also get your issue resolved faster
Occassionally (more often than not) my keyboard, button keys and touch screen are unresponsive, where I need to hold down the key, or press it multiple times for it to register.
I tried searching but wasn't sure what keywords to search for. Has anyone else had this issue, or know where I can find the info to resolve it?

Also, I had an issue with my previous ROM version. I figured it was due to the ROM, but since I reproduced the problem on the new one now I'm not so sure. Any ideas?

Go into bootloader to find Hard-SPL i imagine you using 3.29 if you used the noob guide to flash and not upgraded since.
You can get into Bootloader by pressing camera button holding in for 2-3 sec and placing the stylus in the reset hole.
The way to find out if hardware would be to flash Stock ROM that is in the WIKI, if fine then may be worth updating to 3.34 then flashing custom ROM.
got the same problem. i think its an problem with my carrier. it seems, that my kaiser are trying to connect to an better antenna. those search tasks slow your kaiser down. you can try it by disabeling your cell phone function.
second to that, the carrier, i got the same problem, but just happend when the cell phone radio of my kaiser its on!!! i see this problem in a HP IPAQ 6XXX and in a TYTN 1 too, help plz its a horrible lag! i am tring to tweak some phone funtions with the registry, regards
Maybe should flash a new radio, check the wiki for 'how to'.
Or the ultimate radio thread. I also suggest everybody to read the wiki and the 'sticky's, sticky was set for a reason.
hey i got the 3.28.407.0 German Rom on my device. What is the best radio for it?
Hey there i was hoping some one could help me out. I have 2 things
1.) The Battery Icon on the top bar does not update at all. It just shows a full charge no matter how much charge my phone has, When I plug it in it doesn't change to charging either. If I go to battery properties I then can see how much charge my phone has. Anyone encountered this?
2.)2 buttons on my key board are reversed. The 2 Fn Blue buttons "!" and "@" are reversed, how do I change those?
I am on rom version Stylez Black WM 6.1 Full v.3 Beta 2

Could be that you have the kaiser keyboard and not the Tilt.

is there still away to re-assign keys so I can fix this problem?

It is also addressed in the faqs on the first page of the rom. Why people throw their phone in to the fire with out even spending 5 min to read the faqs is still beyond me. I have flashed my phone well over a hundred times and I still read the entire first page of any new rom I am flashing, to see what I am getting into with my $500 phone.
As far as the taskbar icons go, could be a bad flash, could just be a phone hiccup, no one else has had that problem with the rom. Try a hard reset or reflash the rom.
Thanks for the fast responses! I totally missed the keyboard fix on the FAQ, I got everything else (including the Radio from the FAQ) but that slipped by me.
now I am still new at tweaking my phone so will a hard reset restore all my setting and I will have reinstall all my programs I downloaded?
Just Figured out a Hard Reset will Erase all my Data. So no one else has had this problem...hhmmmm... It has to be one of the programs I installed, Maybe if I uninstall them 1 at a time ...... anyone else got any Ideas?
