Is there an app that can disguise the apps photo and name in the app drawer??? Or any other way to accomplish this???
Sent from my HERO200 using XDA App
Launcherpro allows you to hide apps from the app drawer.
I haven't stumbled across anything, but that could be possible by making a secondary shortcut or something along those lines. Even if you can't find it now- search, search, search! People are developing for android countless hours, so there's bound to be a solution for you eventually.
Better question to me here is what are we trying to hide...

Don't laugh, but does anyone have/remember this app? Reminder app to drink water through the day. Can't find it for the life of me.
Anybody have an apk, by slim chance?

You need an app to remind you to drink water??
My post was asking for help locating a specific app, and not soliciting your attempt at ridicule.
And yes, FYI, a timer app is very useful to get a specific amount of hydration in a given day. Especially if one has a very hectic/non stop schedule.
But..... thanks for your reply.

Instead, you could use a countdown timer with a repeat option so it continues to cycle throughout the day. Btw, if you're hydrating that often, you should also intake salteen packets to retain the h2o.

Good suggestions, thanks.
What I liked specifically about the Quench app- you could tell it exactly how much water for the day, your start and stop schedule times(morning/night), and approximate serving size, and it would space it out evenly throughout the day. Pretty handy.

If you urinate and check the color you can tell how hydrated your body is. The Darker the urine the less hydrated you are. The lighter and the a higher frequency of having to urinate shows that your body is properly hydrated.
If you haven't urinated in a long time you are dehydrated and/or have some kind of medical problem.
Is this similar to what you're looking for?

lol. Urine is sanitary. So drink all the pee you can!
As long as you drink it straight from the tap. After 5 minutes it will have bacteria growing.

Mallen,
If you're talking about the aforementioned "Quench" app, can I ask(beg) you to upload/post a link to the apk file? Or email directly to me?
The original developer has completely disappeared....
Hydrate in the Market does the exact thing.

Hi,
I am sick of the official FB app and Friend Caster also has many problems. Any recommendations for another FB alternative?
an alternative is not recommend, because he can take all your information and do anything with
I agree there are many problems with it actually. But I dont think there is something better this time.
is there any official FB application from Facebook team?
The "Facebook" app you find in market is already the official one.
Use the darned browser.
P.S. Better yet, stop wasting time with FB.

The only thing that comes close to the apps is Facebook's mobile site http://touch.Facebook.com that is designed to be friendly to touchscreen phones.

there's a free version in the apps section here somewhere back. try searching and it should come up pretty quickly (if i knew the link offhand, i would just link it). it was made by some guy that was forced to stop publishing it due to a shady lawsuit put out by the makers of the "city id" that comes with the phone. yay for shady software patents.

Yes. I did put specific wording in many different places so that if I see something claiming uls and a free....and ICS theme...I decompile their app and find my many easter eggs. I found all of them in this app. Anyone can change splash screens...and PNG files...and XML but most people don't know smali...and there are lots of files and lines I only know what I put there.
I don't really know why people do it but I've stated before I don't care if people theme it...but if the app I moddedd is used as the foundation for your themed one...a simple credit to yakitori is all I asked for.
ive been doing this since version 1.5.6 which is wayyyy old.
johnc60 has been helping with the app as well..over on DF.net
Also...on that note...I have been out of theming for a while..but Im trying to get my feet wet again. support for this app continues on DF where it originated. The current app can be found there. 1.7. I skipped 1.6 because it was basically a segway to a complete UI overhaul...I didnt want to bother with it as it was a temporary update (i guess you could call it that).
