Hi,
I'm looking for a safe web site to unlock my Xperia X1 from Rogers Canada.
There are a lot of them that look very suspicious, with some forums talking about them from users with only 1 post.
Anyways, thanks.

Hi there guys, I got a Diamound on Orange for the UK. I was wondering if you could post a link for the unlocking tools.
The link for the "Hard SPL by Diamond Olinex" in post "[REF]HTC Diamond Resources and utilities" does not seem to work.
Cheers
i suggest u read a bit more first
Hard SPL does work, but it wont unlock your phone.
READ THE WIKI!
I too had an Orange UK phone but needed to cross over to Voda and had both Sims for a while - Unlocking was the only sensible option.
ALL the information is in these forums if you dig around a bit.
There's quite a few stages to this procedure and I found it a bit fiddly but it DOES work.
Keep searching on this excellent forum. All will be revealed.
Just looks thru the wiki and found 2 unlock things, they both cost £££??? :S Aint there a free software unlocker?
I've owned by X1 since February but have now moved onto a 'Touch Pro 2', does anyone know how to unlock the handset to all networks as I want to sell it.
Thanks

hello guys,
i'm new here and on android phones so i'm writing to all of you to help me. after many years with iphones i decided to take an android phone in my hands. before some days i bought a used Xperia T locked to T-mobile UK. i checked it and i found out that is LOCKED, all numbers in service menu are zero-0. what do you thing that i must do? what are the solutions to unlock my phone?
Read the all in one thread.
Then tell us, do you want to SIM unlock, if you do then that is a paid for service not available on xda, or do you want to unlock the bootloader in order to root the phone (jail break) if so Read the all in one thread for instructions.
Its the first thread in the Q And A section, just where this post should be.
Edit
Why have you made two threads for this question?
Please don't answer here, because this is the general section and question and answers should be in the question and answer section, in your other thread you started

Hi all
I would like to say ive been a proud owner for 3 days and loving it.
thing is ive always been a samsung galaxy user which is very easy to root.
Ive been reading the forums and getting confused with things like
"unlocking bootloader" is that the same as phone being unlocked?
Basically my phone is unbranded on o2, im sure its sim free ( purchased from mobiles.co.uk )
How can i root or install customer roms?
Cheers

Hi there.
Excuse me if I'm posting in a new thread, but I couldn't find any reliable information about my issue.
I accidently bought a simlocked Xperia V. As far as I found out there is no way to unlock it by any mods, patches, rooting etc.
There's heaps of online services providing "the cheapest and best" unlock codes for any device. but is there anyone out there who really has any experience with any of them?
please move this post to another forum if neccessary!
