I'll have a fix for it tonight. I know what the problem is. My batt is at 49% and the meter is showing 60%. Ill create a zip that just addresses the problem and ill also fix the theme it self tht way you won't have to redownlod the them. You can just apply the fix.
Sweet, thanks man. This will definitely be me fav theme once its fixed

Cool man... I'm about to try it out now, I will post later. Thanks again
Battery
Not feeeling the battery icon... But the theme is worth (swype) the battery meter off, so I'm about to try the first release. To see what it do. And one more question... Do you have to hard reset your phone and reload it to get a clean load (Is what I did) or can you load on top of another theme and be cool (was running Androdena_Glassia) I'm a noob when it come to Driods, use to have a PRO2 so things are a little different. Thanks
Very nice. Thanks, man.

I suggest wiping cache and delvik catch before installing a theme. It is also good practice to install the rom again then theme so nothing from the other theme bleeds threw but you should be fine
Forgot the mention I'm working with raiderrep to get the battery icon in the first release to function properly

Really simple, for those who like mostly stock. Flash with CWM.
sleep deprivation + compiling apks = really dumb error, despite re-using my old xml edits (see earlier thread)
But this one works.
Edit: DL09 in post 19
Thanks! Trying it out now...
Has anyone applied this yet? I'm curious if it really works. I tried the old one after first flashing DJ05 and it didn't work... obviously

Thanks again for this! Works great!!!
Works great for me
Screen shot of this battery please if possible. There are so many variations which is why I ask.
Once this is applied, you can use UTO Kitchen to change to whatever you like..
http://circle.glx.nl/
If you just use the UTO Kitchen without applying this first, it will not be accurate..
I'm just using non-deodexed stock DJ05 and this works... altough the battery for charging doesn't reach full.. just about 1/3 of the way..

Fightspit's original mod thread has all the pictures. This is version D with light text. You can sub in images from another version pretty easily using the XMLs from this DJ05 edition.

Well, no kidding. What part of "mostly stock" isn't in English?
Big chunks of most themes live in framework-res.apk, so if you want better batteries on a theme, edit 'em in yourself or ask the themer.

This should work, but do a nandroid first until someone confirms working because I haven't switched to test.
This works.
Well, I see some people have downloaded the DL09 version -- it works, right?
Hello everybody!
Has anyone done a battery percentage mod to be used with Nexus S yet? I have done a research but couldn't find anything..
I prefer to see the percentage of battery left right there in the middle of the icon, instead of placing a widget on my desktop.
That would be a nice little touch to the display, Im sure it will come out soon , I havnt seen it yet...
My theme has battery percentage built in. I will try to do the same MOD for a non themed ROM.

See my app, there's a test version for the Nexus S CM7
Is the battery indicator app no good? It shows numerical percentage at the top of screen

Yeah, the battery mod is available, had it just a few days after the N-S came out even. I've got one running on my aosp build (n1), as well as on cm7 alpha. No problems. Now, the custom low battery images I normally do.....well, haven't found that one yet. It's not like before.
Just the statusbar stuff, no problem.

Awesome! Ok, so first, make a backup of your device from recovery, let me know when you've done that Then go to the app thread and post there when you're done for me

Saw it, thank you so much for testing!
I just tested it for the nexus s 4G, it comes up and I can only select mod button, then it's a black screen after it says retrieving list of mods
*****STRICTLY VIRTUOUS UNITY 2.35 BATTERY MODS****** Use at your own risk if you are using a different rom: Make backup first before flashing!!!!!!
I thought I would share this because I had a hard time finding a batt mod that wouldnt take out my backlights! I tested it for 2 days and it seems to be working great. Someone was able to configure the files somehow and made it work on the Incredible S!! So enjoy.
There is also a Blue circle battery mod and the stock battery mod(with percent) here ----> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17101593&postcount=2007

Does this mess up the Quick Setting drop down menu? A few battery mods I've tried in the past caused the text to display incorrectly.

It hasnt messed up mine! I also have the Virtuous Unity 2.35 rom. If you try this out on your current rom make a backup before flashing. It cant hurt to try.
Please report back so I can make proper adjustments.

Just gave it a try, all I can say is I'm happy I made a backup first. If you apply this on Android Revolution 1.1.7, the top status bar will completely disappear and themes will no longer work.

Not to be rude or any thing, but is'nt it just to go to UOT Kitcen and configure a battery that you like and upload the required files?

Hi. Can someone please suggest a app to display battery % WITHOUT!!!! draining your battery. I tried lots of apps but all seems to drain my Galaxy Ace battery. I want a app to display the % remaining in the status bar and a nother app that displays it on a homescreen widget(for Galaxy Gio Pro)
Thanx
For the status bar just use UOT Kitchen
