Actually, I tried a different approach which worked very well. I found the HTC customizer folders in the storage card. I generated copies of the "Original" folder with different names (Original Green, Original Orange, etc) and I copied the Glass files of the different colors into the corresponding folders. They replaced the existing ones, and now I have the option of using any of these icons through the HTC Customizer.
Again, many thanks for generating these files!

I send all my icons pack to the HTC Home customiser's owner,but i don't know if he'll put them in his software ...

It is software available in this forum that allows customization of the HTC Home features

Hi:
This worked great, except, when I use the icons for some reason I have a shadow type icon. What I mean is this, for example the Home icon, next to the glass home icon (which looks like a clock), I get a House looking icon (which I believe is from the Original set of icons), which is transparent and kind of overlapping the home and weather icon. Same thing happens for all other icons, except weather, and profiles. Any ideas what I did wrong?
Should I have deleted something from the Original folder before placing icons in?

EDIT: Well, I deleted new folder, recreated it, and all is well. Not sure what I had done wrong, lol. Anyway, THANKS SO MUCH to Marcdu for making these amazing icons, and also to michalopoulosgk for the excellent instructions on how to use them!!

just copy the folder to where htc customizer is installed...programs/htc home/files/icons...

How to Use

-With the dock open longpress the more/plus icon in the dock to delete a shortcut
-there are 4 options for shortcut layouts, To select a different one, put WAD in Author mode and longpress on the More/Plus Icon and edit the scripts for tap and holt to reflect the name of whichever layout you want, MAKE SURE BOTH MATCH OR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DELETE SHORTCUTS.
-The icons (by brsev) for shortcuts are located in "\Program Files\Lakeridge\Wisbar Advance Desktop\Themes\Slate\Icons" folder, but you can use any icons you want, i suggest 96x96 size

Installation
-With WAD already installed and running, copy the enclosed Slate folder to "\Program Files\Lakeridge\Wisbar Advance Desktop\Themes\"

ive installed this on my acer neotouch but wad doesnt seem to recognize the theme.
i copied the slate folder to \Program Files\Lakeridge\Wisbar Advance Desktop\Themes\ while wad is running. then i tried to change theme but the slate theme doesnt appear.
tried scanning for themes too but none was found....

because ive had more than enough problems with that. Every time ive installed one it never worked, all the images from a theme would be missing. guess it happened here too lol, but i can easily diagnose/fix the problem with this

hi sorry, im having trouble installing the skin. i tried applying the skin but nothing was happening and still end up using the default theme.

if the theme is found click apply as protrait it should work then.

This is great app. But I cannot find any wallpaper in download section. The list is empty. Is there anyway to store one on sdcard, so to be able to start using the program?

What phone model are you using ?
It will detect the resolution of the phone and present the Wallpaper that is tailor to your screen size

this might be off topic but in the last screenshot what is the name of that widget you are using?

I'm using HTC Tattoo which is qvga(240x320). I suppose that there isn't any theme for that resolution, but the default program's wallpaper(this with the instuctions) appears fine and I can choose it as wallpaper. So I think that I can make or edit another theme and resize it to fit to this resolution. But where can I find them or how can I do this and where must put them?

this only work for android 2.1 and above which support livewallpaper.
resolution supported are: 320x480 (HTC Hero/Magic etc), 480x800 (Nexus One etc), 480x854 (Droid etc)

Ok, looks great, but other than moving certain elements around, how do we actually customize (make our own) lwp?? Is there some kind of PC app to download? Is it web based?

On the SD create a folder called media, in that create one called audio (create one also called picture and another in that called wallpaper) within that create another 4 called...
alarms
music
notifications
ringtones
...and put your tones in the appropriate folders, then when you use settings to change your tones they will then show up in the appropriate selection window.

..at first is necessary that you have a MIUI rom..
..then you have to put the zip file in this directory:
...SDcard/MIUI/gadget/clock
..if folder gadget and clock don't exist in MIUI folder, create by yourself...

Just set your phone to 12h clock format and that's it,

Not working on my end. Put it in the aforementioned folder, but it's not showing up in the widget list. :/

You need to select the normal 2x2 miui clock widget. Then whilst still in editor mode, click the little button at the top right of the widget - this will then allow you to choose a different format for the clock. This is where the clocks in that folder show up.

Ahhh. It's a skin for the 2x4. Gotcha.
However, I can't make it show 12hr format. Slightly annoying. Time is set to 12hr in date/time settings, but the clock won't play ball.

SomeGuyDude, i can show you screenshot with 12h clock. Just change format in system settings.
There is no settings for 24 or 12h format inside skin.
