Good day, I try to do the Vol down + Power + Home button and it goes me to a Yellow Triangle and a text below says 'Downloading...' then at the buttom ' Do not turn off Target!!!'
What does it mean? i did not connect it to usb and i did not use odin or anything.

Nothing wrong with that, just download mode. Pull out the battery then put it back in.

after replacing a dead digitizer LCD screen, now the power button is gone...
is there an alternative way to turn the diamond on?
I have tried hitting the reset button or connecting it to the computer, but nothing worked...
the guy who fixed my phone somehow got it to run yesterday, and he told me that he did it by putting it into flash mode
did he mean bootloader mode? but without the power button, how do I access the bootloader mode?
I need your help!! THANKS!!
I have same problem. please help....!!!!!
Pull out the stylus. It should turn on automatically
Nope
That won't work if the diamond is turned off-off.
i've tested : connect your diamond on the pc, and pull off the batterie and reconnect her (2 or 3 x) and at a moment the mobile turn on.
hi there
I just flashed my Samsung tab with a new rom, after that it started with a black blank screen. I tried to put it into recover mode or download mode but nothing is shown on the screen and the four buttons in the bottom are always lit. i cant even turn the device off.
when i connect it into my pc, nothing shows up as if it weren't connected at all even Odin can't recognize it.
any ideas?
keep pressing power for about 10 secs to make sure the device is off.
after that connect back with odin open and hold vol- , home and power and keep holding.
it takes a while but it should show on odin.

can't turn the device off no matter what I do, the lower buttons are always on and when I press the power button the back light of the screen turn on and it turns back off as soon as I release the button again.
and I tried to go into recovery but I couldn't.
thanx for replying
any new ideas?
Push in power button and hold for 20 seconds. When all lights go out then hold down the lower volume button and power button together, count 30 seconds before releasing. See if ODIN recognises by connecting to pc. If it does then reflash with a stock froyo rom, pit file, tar file and modem.bin file for your region.
See what happens then.
If this doesn't work then you have a brick - fix under warranty if you have it or pay to get it fixed or put money towards new tab/other....
here is what happened after letting the device battery drains out.
i connected it with the charger for 9 hours and came back trying to turn it on but i couldn't. after that i connected it to my PC and a driver instillation message appeared up saying
"OMAP3630 No driver found"
what should I do

hi ultramag69
I just tried your way but nothing, the device is completely dead
I have Galaxy Tab from Verizon and I tried to upgraded to Gingerbread but it didn't work and I couldn't get into the recovery mode to downgrade it back... I took it to some guy who said he can fix it but he couldn't, instead it now never turn on and only shows that its alive when I plug it to wall charger (it shows the mobile-triangle-PC image) it doesn't do that when I connect it to PC or without being plugged to anything!!! Power + Volume down does nothing, same for Power + Volume up!!!
Any suggestions?
have you held the power button till it turns off while plugged in? If you can force it to power off, you may be able to get it into download mode and go back to stock firmware that way.
I tried doing so before, after 7 seconds of holding the power button, the (mobile-triangle-PC) image starts to flash (go and come back) on 1 second pattern until I leave the button, it then gets back to the stable (mobile-triangle-PC) screen
I am getting a boot image signature error and the phone turns off in 5 seconds to save battery whenever i turn it on. I am trying to reflush it but I can't seem to gain access to the S/W upgrade mode. When turning on the phone it shows the LG logo and goes right to a weird-colored screen ( if I don't press any other key ) or it goes to a black screen ( this is when I think it should actually go into the s/w mode , goes into a blank black screen no matter the button I press, I know that it should go to the s/w mode if I hold down vol - but it doesn't happen ). Any clue how to gain access to it?

Hey guys!
I'm using a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 gt - i9305.
When I tried to open the hard reset menu by pressing the volume up + power + home button it went into the download mode and got completely stuck over there. The phone has no charge left. When I try to charge, it automatically boots up and again shows the "Downloading do not turn off target" but it doesn't get charged. If I press and hold the power button the screen goes black for sometime and then again it's in the Downloading mode. No matter whatever key combinations I use, this is what happens. Please suggest me some ways to fix this. I don't have a PC, so it would be great if you suggest me how to get my phone back without using a PC. But I do have another working phone.
Please guys help me.
Thank you.

it seems like you have something wrong with the keys circuits, you need to make a hardware check on that phone.
the volume down key and home key must be stuck(like always pressed).
No they're not stuck. I'm able to press and hold them. The phone actually responds to this, first the screen goes black and after awhile again the download mode is on.:crying:

i know you can press them, it's something in the board itself, circuits are touched or something like that, i can't explain because I'm not a good English speaker in "electronic stuff".
