first off your english is better than most americans that i know.
if your carrier isn't sprint then its not sprint.

the CDMA hero looks like this:

Sprint and CDMA hero are the sane thing. The one with a "chin" jutting out is a GSM, or G2 hero..

that is HTC Hero. and that does not tell us what version you have becuase OTA updates can send and be downloaded by you at any time after they are released. Are you rooted? Do you have the latest spl? Do you have the correct radio? running CM-recovery 1.4? Have a class 6 sd card?
all these are questions that you need to be able to answer before you even think of TRYING to run hero.. there is a thread around here that has hero for noobs. I believe it is called "want to run hero, read this first". check it out. it may give you all the answers you are looking for.
I don't know if this belongs here or not, but here goes.

Is that phone even out yet?
MoDaCo is a beast. An amazing Dev. Nobody can top that. It's over. Case closed. Leave it cold.
What is this phone?
T-Mobile Pulse 2.1
I only know because the Link had a description linking to it on Twitter. But that's what I mean.
Has nothing to do with Android Hacking. Moved to Off-Topic (for now) since I don't understand the point of the thread.
@G1
Let me know what exactly you were trying to do with this thread and I might move it elsewhere.
I'm trying to show MoDaCo's development/Developizing in the Android-World.

But anyways, now I know it belongs here... thanks for the clarification.
Didn't see the pic. lol Was saying something about his name, but the pic explains what I was saying.

Now, that's truely not the nexus one - it has hardware buttons and the trackball is somewhat huge. Any idea what this is?
Lol that's a HTC Magic, the 2nd Android phone released, about in May 09 (obviously appears to be running 2.1)

Nope. The HTC Magic looks different:
Gary13579 came to the decision it's a placeholder, well it makes sense 'cause that phone doesn't exist.
No, it is an HTC Magic, they just called it Dev Phone 2, can still buy it for $399

Weird - the Dev Phone 2 has hangup/pickup buttons while the phone you can see there doesn't ..
Looks like a FAKE modification of DEV Phone 2

Lol!! I never thought of it this way, haha. And my friends tell me I have a sick mind Thanks for sharing, I got a laugh.
I'm surprised that HTC Passion (Nexus One) isn't on the list. That fits, no...?

Why is it a list of 20 names? Surely just listing the 8 that are both is enough.
I bought htc one on www.htc.com/us but I don't know about the carrier
If I want to root. Should I use it ?

The phones you purchase off HTC's website are carrier agnostic, unless you buy them with a contract then they'll be tied to one and you'll know it. Otherwise, they can work on any GSM carrier(so, not Sprint). The All-in-One toolkit you linked will work for the non-carrier branded, ATT, and probably the T-Mobile one. I've personally used the Toolkit from this forum on my AT&T phone without any issues whatsoever.
EDIT: After looking at that image you added, I'm pretty confident you have a Developers Edition or at least a non-carrier branded edition so it will work on any carrier and the Toolkit you linked will work just fine.
