"Unknown Caller" when Call Ends

I'm currently using the official ROM 2.03.831.2, there is no problem with incoming calls, Caller ID works fine with Outlook contacts. However, I noticed this little bug, whenever the call ends, the phone will display a short message saying last caller as unknown caller. But when you go check the call history, it displays the last caller's name properly. So the error is just displayed during that few seconds when the call ends.
Anyone else noticed this bug?

Dear all
I got a problem with my HTC dream G1 phone.
I installed Cyanogenmod 6 stable (DS signed) successfully after rooting. I can make a call but I can't receive an incoming call. On the caller's phone, it makes one ring and says busy. I can see miscalls (the caller number) in the Call Log.
What shall I do?
Please help me!!

Did any one observed this?
If I am on a call, and I receive an another call, phone doesn't make any sound. You know that you receive another call, after you disconnect the call and check your phone.
Is there a way to get notified for the incoming call, during the call. I checked settings, and set priority interruptions for calls set true. still no luck.
Any one any idea on this?

I checked with my fried, who is on stock, he gets sound, when he gets another call, during a call.
only custom ROMs having this issue. Is everyone having the same issue?

send sms to incoming call during call waiting

My employer insists of using call waiting, but many people just dont grasp the concept of call waiting and sometimes call several times in a row while i'm talking with someone. SO...
Is it possible if i'm in call and there is second incoming call drop second incoming call after x seconds and send sms to that number? phone i'm using xiaomi poco x3 nfc
