When i am using my Kaiser and i am in the middle of a conversation, and there is a incoming call i get to know about it but the caller does not get a busy tone instead he gets a normal ringing tone.
This creates confusion as the caller feels i am ignoring his call, whereas actually i am in the middle of a conversation.
How to ensure that the caller gets a phone busy tone when i am in the middle of a call?

Click on "Call Waiting" and click Get Settings , enable "Notify Me"..

to answer the question. i think you need to set it with your operator.
Sounds like you're wanting no "call waiting" at all. Best bet is to ask your cell phone company if they can either remove that feature or disable it.
I didn't see any phone settings in my Tilt that would allow the user to do so.

When i enable the call waiting notification, and i am on a call, the other caller gets a busy signal (you get to hear beeps and not the phone ring)...& i get a missed call from the caller on my phone...
That's what i thought i thought the OP wanted...

Voice command works great on my phone except the announce incoming calls only if the caller is unknown, (blocked Number) The phone makes a very short burst of sound and then its all over, missed the call. I am thinking it is having trouble trying to figure out what to say because there is number to say mmmmmmm But I have never had the issue with any other phones, I have to switch the function off to announce call which is the main reason I have it on there....... anyone with this issue?
Does 2.2.1 nexus one when ending a call gets into call log always?

It's got to be in here some place but I cannot find the setting to turn on voice answering or rejecting of incoming calls. All my previous Galaxy phones this was my favorite feature. Did they leave it out? Please tell me that isn't so
