I have the PRL 60663.
Is that new or old? lol
Also I just rebooted my phone and it went from 100% to 85%? WTF
60663 is older. I'm on 60664. The newest is 60665, but I don't think it is availible in all areas at the moment.

I'm pretty sure he's on Darchdroid (I've seen him post in the thread) and that's not how it works on Darchdroid... Honestly, I don't think you can update PRL from this ROM. What I do is nandroid back to one of my Fresh ROM installs and update it, then nandroid back to DD.

Hi,
I extracted the radio from the Bell OTA and created a sbf from it.
Here you go:
Radio N_01.77.15P
Cheers!
Hey man, do you know if this radio or 01.97.00R are the same but just with different naming conventions because of the country?
I've got a Bell Atrix running OLYEM 2.1.1 SBF with GreyBlur and apparently have N_01.92.00R unless the build.prop was changed with the GreyBlur mod. Wondering if I should upgrade to 01.97.00R or N_01.77.15P... voice quality is still slightly poor.
Anyone with a Bell Atrix try both radios yet?
I find it has slightly faster uploads on the Bell network, ~1.7x vs ~1.85.
Cheers!

Yeah thanks man i was waiting your post !!! Thanks for your fast work. How is the update running ? Do you think its better than 2.1.1?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA Premium App
I never noticed any real speed difference between stock and 2.1.1, so that it for what it's worth. But I ran my own tweaks on stock and 2.1.1, probably the reason.
Few thoughts, the framework is the same as stock, to be expected since the OTA is a patch, so my deodexed mods work the same as stock (ref translucent dropdown). The music player is the same one from stock, so no hiphop country jazz Internet blur craptastic player as in 2.1.1, and my translucent mod works with it.
Cheers!
Just flash it... Upload a bit faster... Still same ****ty download speed on market btw

Meh, even when my wireless connects over 20mbps the Market still downloads slowly. It's just the Market. Thankfully apps usually aren't too big.

Hi,
Unlikely, but if you are concerned about the sbf, you can use the cwm version to install it.

That was me trying to replace the updater binary with the smaller one from the Bell OTA, back to the way it was now, download again. I just flashed it again to test.

After the ICS update leak, does the bionic support GSM networks?
I highly doubt it. Typically, if a device has the capacity for using a type of cell network, it comes with that capability enabled.
Take a look at this thread, there's a hack to get it to work, but part of it must be done before installing the ics leak.

Thanks for the link to the superthread, it's a little long and I'm not sure how current the information is. Which pieces need to be done before going to ICS? Is everything compatible with gingerbread .905?
Also, I thought applying the ICS update would overwrite the radio code...
Thanks a lot

I haven't read it too thoroughly as I'm not doing it, but it was just within the last few days where someone posted something about the ICS update issue. My suggestion is to start at the end and work your way back.
It works I'm using it now, ics on att 3g

Hi Dani.
Yes it does. Mine was operating very well before I bricked it. Go to "Droid on TMobile" and you will learn how to do it.
Good Luck
Regards
Yes there is a guide in the thread on how to do it

Not from what I've seen, I'm still trying to get used to this new format (and remember) so maybe it's hidden somewhere I haven't been to.
Not at the moment, but in the next big official firmware update, htc put the remapping option back in. All custom roms have the option enabled already

Not without root. With Root you can use the XPOSED framework to bring back the option HTC originally had to map the Back button as the menu button when held.

Aren't the custom ROMs stock ROMs (as opposed to AOSP ROMs)?

You can still use the stock Rom but you need to unlock the bootloader and be rooted. Then you can install Modaco's Xposed mod to get the remap to work.

The source is the firmware update leaks the custom rom devs get to make their roms. The phone came with either 1.27 or 1.28 but we are all the way in 1.29 in the custom roms (with every small revision in between). In the recent firmware, htc put the button remapping option as default again.

Any idea when the firmware with the fix will be pushed officially? Im used to Nexus devices so I don't know what kind of update mumbo jumbo other manufacturers use.

A month, maybe more, if the HTC One X/S are any guide. The "maybe more" part is going to be influenced by your carrier, the SIM free devices will usually get it weeks before the carrier specific models do. And Rogers ain't known for being particularly fast in approving updates.
If you're rooted, the Xposed method takes about five minutes to set up and works a treat.
I got the official 1.29 update an hour back. Still no option to make the back key act as a menu key.

I decided to go with the Renovate rom. That took care of it :good:
So, I posted a picture with my entire setup. My question, how does one update their profile? I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to flash the stock rom, but I'm hoping you awesome individuals could help me out.
Apparently I don't have permissions to post a picture. So I'm running BadBoyz 1.3 with OBone kernel.
