That has the Droid X keyboard.
This isn't the multi touch keyboard from the Droid 2. There is a thread on the front page but I've yet to get it working on my phone.

That keyboard works only on the Froyo builds, we will have to wait for now.
You have obviously forgotten that we have froyo builds for our device. I have the team fenix cm6 build installed and still no go.

Did you flash from recovery? That's the only way. It will remove the stock keyboard but its pretty slick. Gonna try putting it on my friend's slide when she wakes up. (Im using the N1).

Music Mod is great. Comes with CyanogenMod as the default music app and can be downloaded from the market.
mhmm I have that right now but I was wondering if there is any way to get the honeycomb player on my phone?

I like the stock one since it works from the lock screen.
So I ended up going with the new 3rd Sense 1.0 Rom
Hotreboot is good app..
But its pointless now with CM7
My phone honestly takes 1minute or less to turn on

I'm using cm7 and I still find hot reboot jus slightly faster haha

Heads up, the Engadget app now works in landscape, and is more or less Honeycomb optimized. Still has the menu button down at the bottom though.
I wish that they had just said stretched for landscape.

unfortunately it doesn't work nicely with the site's videos... but it's much more pleasant now... still, videos are deal breaker, will still access through the browser (just hope they fix the UA detection redirecting to the mobile version soon...)

Yeah, it looks like on phones it still refuses to go landscape. :/

Is there a way to enable landscape mode on the sense homescreen? I saw it done on the one x, with an hdmi adapter.
Just one of the big things I miss from windows mobile.
You can put it into dock mode
Yeah, I mean the home screen entirely.
I dont think there is , u should better install go launcher

Weirdly, my One X has literally just started going into landscape mode on the homescreen. Unrooted, no OTA update as far as I am aware. Never done it before, but picked it up just now and there it was! Can anyone explain?

Although this technically should go in the One X forums, it's an easy response. Landscape Mode is built into Sense's launcher in Sense 4. The sudden rotation has been seen before. However, in my experience using the One X, it didn't always work either. Anyways, point is, Landscape mode on the Sense 4 launcher is normal. Trying it on devices running previous versions of Sense (With the exceptions being phones like the EVO Shift) will not do anything. HTC demonstrated this feature with the introduction of Sense 4 and their revamped lineup.
A orientation locking app can keep the launcher orientation in landscape if you want it to in Sense 4. Doing so on older versions of Sense will lead to unpleasant (although not harmful) results.
Can somebody modify this app so it stays in landscape mode only as I need it for my work van,it would be a great help.
I've seen some modified phone apps on the s2 which also have call record built in but not sure what would happen installing it on the 7.7??

or get ultimate rotation app in play store and remember, contacts/people app governs dialer...
Enjoy..
I have that but I find it doesn't quite work properly, it makes apps act funny, for example if I keep some apps in portrait how they should be, some of them crash.
Sent from my GT-P6800 using xda premium
works perfect for me..
Ok for example put the homescreen in landscape with rotate selected app and run any of the booth apps(fat,mix,ugly..) in portrait mode they will all crash and the camera will go funny. If I turn off the rotate app they all work fine. I'm not keen on running this app, I'd prefer to have each app modified so it doesn't affect anything else.
Sent from my GT-P6800 using xda premium
I've owned many mobile phones and never installed the fat booth apps.. but am sure I would install them all to get my phone to stay in landscape if that was necessary. Are you sure you have it set right?, sounds like you have it set to global.. where it would affect other apps like these. With the free version you can set one app to behave as you wish, with the paid version you can select all apps.
That said, shouldn't be too difficult to decompile app and set default orientation to landscape.. I think...
best of luck..
A record function would be awesome.
