Hey guys, I posted in my omnislash LWP that I'm taking requests for Live Wallpapers.
All you need to provide is a video link, preferably a youtube video, and the start and stop locations that you want to use in the wallpaper.
I will create a zip file with your user name on it and upload it on my mediafire page and provide links! The wallpaper can then be used via the method explained in my last thread :

Your castlevania themed idea presents a problem... There are no castlevania videos that I know of, that aren't game play. I can find some great gameplay scenes but I don't know of your taste for the game. Also, portrait wallpapers are especially hard because they require the entire set of images to be cropped to the appropriate size. So, are you looking for maybe a boss fight from something like, Portrait of ruin? Or even more old school like NES? Your request is easier said than done, but I am in the process of taking great moments in gaming history and turning those into wallpapers, currently I've got Zelda in mind.
I should make it clear that if you want a game wallpaper, I'd think of games that are 3d and maybe even specific scenes that you want. I advise you find the video you like and post the link here, or sent it to me in a private message. Again, all live wallpapers look best in landscape mode, I recommend you pick a wallpaper you'll use in landscape, or one that you would mind only fitting the center of the screen in portrait.
How about something with deer. Cgi or actual video. Either or would be awesome. I look for a video.

Ah, I certainly hope you meant deer the animal, as opposed to well, anything else. Either way, here is a nice deer wallpaper. It includes deer idly standing around just being deer, cute deer at that... I did the fade effects in the beginning and end so the looping of the video was smooth. I hope you like it!

Just so you understand, I'm not capable of cropping that video. I mean, I COULD crop it, but I'd have to do it frame by frame, and that's not happening. Also I have no idea how or even if its possible to add sounds to a wallpaper. Try again!
irfanview has batch cropping. i can handle the boot sound part.
so yah if you can get me the full frames i can crop them.

found what i was looking for thanks to some members, so i will soon be uploading some custom themes, and hoping to get some ideas and input from the forums.

For some reason a tsk file can not change the BaseHue to 160 it always defaults back to 120, but only when you try 160. I made a cab for a workaround..

Just wondering if you do Auto themes. If so, I'll be particularly interested in a Nissan GTR or Koenigsegg CCX theme.
Don't need a separate pic for the start menu; compatibility in standard and landscape modes is all I need. Something black would be ideal with any lettering/words to be on the top instead of the bottom since I have a plug-in at the bottom of the today screen which often gets obscured. A good reference would be Badbert's Ford GT theme (Here) but with the word "GT" on the top instead of the bottom.

Nissan GTR Theme
Got a little impatient and slapped together a theme with a little cutting and pasting. There were several pix that I liked but couldn't use cuz I don't know how to do gradients and other lighting affects. After a few hours, finally got something I was happy with so I thought I'd share.
See attached to see my cluttered Today screen and some cleaner screen caps.
EDIT: Oops... forgot the most important part... the tsk... Also threw in a 320x320 that just missed the cut.

Anyway, I don't have the expertise nor the time to make a full Zune theme. Here are some resources I made that could be useful if anyone gets the initiative to make a theme *wink wink @cacheinjection* lol. Anyway, I know at least one other person had expressed interest in this in the other thread.
I've attached the android-logo-shine.png file with a Zune gradient, and two boot screens designed as splash1 screens for now. Feel free to use them as you like, just give me credit please. I will be updating this post as I add more items to it.
Feel free to contribute some of your own icons, next up I have some media icons. If I finish my homework, they'll be up later tonight, if not then it'll be tomorrow night.

Ditto. Cache rocks, and yeah I love my zHD. At first I was wary of switching from carrying my iPhone to my G1 and a Zune, but the Zune media interface & the subscription service is WAY better than the iPhone media ecosystem, and they have way better sound quality. Then of course Android could kick the living crap out of any iPhone on Earth.
Also, I just now finished my homework, and since I have 3rd qtr finals tomorrow I'm gunna catch some z's. New icons tomorrow.

I'm currently changing elements on my phone to have more Zune/WP7-like looks. I posted screenshots of my homescreen in the show-off thread, but I'm about to start attempting to make my notifcation bar and tray look a bit more Zune and/or WP7 ish. I'll post whatever images I come up with, starting with my boot animation (based on OP's android_logo_shine.png).

I've been searching for a specific sort of icon set for android apps, but haven't been able to find it. My idea is to have an icon set of stickies / post it´s in different colors, angles, sizes, roation and with either text, drawings or text and drawings for the icon itself.
To give you a better picture of what I'm imagining I've found some pictures to illustrate fractions of the idea - "combined" they kinda look like what I imagine
Hope you can help me or guide me in the direction of something alike !

Seems simple enough to make, I've actually worked on something like this before but never finished it because I didn't really imagine myself using it. I probably still have my resources gathered, and could materialize it for you - but be warned that I'm not a professional and the amount of time I have to work on it is limited. If you want to work something out, send me a pm. There are better designers out there, so if you find someone else to do it I won't be offended.
I'm not saying I suck, I'm just letting you know I'm not the best. Your idea is fairly easy to implement, so it shouldn't take a professional. Anywho, just let me know.

Be my guest ! I have an idea of them in a homescreen setup, where the wallpaper is a vintage white polished fridge (like 50's kind of style) up close and then with all the post its apps *Haven't been able to find such wallpaper either tho :-(

and its coming, with the ability to choose the color and position of every icon. For example, lets say you want the facebook icon, you'll be able to have five choice for it... This is going to be a lot of icons... trust me.

I've actually been thinking about buying a couple of your newer sets. They look really nice. I set a monthly limit on how much I can spend on my phone - apps, dev donations, etc. If I don't, I'd be broke, lol. It resets on the 20th, so I'll probably buy a couple next week

Your three favorites are also the ones that never end. I imagine having to constantly retrieve episodes would be a pain, not to mention the space requirements...

There are exceptions of course, but these exceptions are so rare that there is no reason to include dubs. The producers don't care who they hire for english voice actors, and it shows.
The only acceptable compromise is if the videos have two separate audio streams, so you can manually select english if you really feel the need to...
