why return when they can get cash ? lol im pretty sure everyone has their phone before they upgraded , $350 is good money
i upgraded to HD2 when it came out and i cant upgrade , so i am payin for it
that's a reasonable offer, if someone has used their upgrade and wants out. or if they did a full deal but want to cash out and their dealer won't take returns
Ripoff!
350 is way too low. Sell on ebay for 500+
This guy also posted on tmobile community asking same thing EXCEPT only wanting to pay 300
yeah, why not take the phone back and get your upgrade back if you are not happy. no way 350 gets you a g2 or mytouch4g.
Damn i didnt see this thread.
Thread closed, you must use MarketPlace .

hey guys,
I was about to put this up on ebay but then I suddenly decided to offer it up on here since it is this place that helped me get it up and running with a good ROM in the first place.
I have used this tilt for less than a week. I have never dropped it and there are no scratches. I used it for the BB connect and when it comes to BB nothing does it better than an actual BB. while the Tilt is better than the BB in every other way... I realized that I never use anything else the phone offers.
anyway... I can provide pictures if you want. I just need to take a couple good ones (attached ones I took with iPhone are all blurry).
I have all of the original packaging. I also have a new never opened 3-in-1 2gb Micro SD card (Sandisk) and Car Charger (ATT Branded) to go with it.
Im not looking for any specific price... just make me a reasonable offer.
Is there a reason you don't just return it?
Ok I have heard of people getting these for several prices so reasonable could be any number. I'll give ya $125
because I hate dealing with AT&T customer service and would rather take a loss than go through the pain.
I honestly dont need nor care about the money.
Will even take a trade if its interesting enough
and I would rather offer a good deal to someone on this board (lots of great people here) than give it back to ATT.
ill offer 126.00 because i can get it thru premier for 150 but id rather not give att any more money then the 300$ each month i give them
on a side note you should try selling it on hofo i let a tilt go few months ago for 510$ shipped on there..granted it was NIB but still
126$ isnt off the table... but would anyone happen to have a GPS unit Like a garmain or tomtom) they would want to trade for it?
does this phone still have warranty through at&t? like is the imei clean?
no reason it wouldnt be. came direct from ATT. arrived March 21 and I started using it on March 27. I was out of town on business when it came in.
would this work / also I have sent you a PM

£80 is the new best offer!
80.00 EUR = 125.270 USD
Euro United States Dollars
yeah I know... for some reason my other line of txt didnt make it in there... I said that as a joke... the international shipping alone would be too much hassel.
so to clarify... no international shipping... lower 48 only. I am in Ohio to give you an idea of where it will be coming from.
Heading out to work shortly, will check mail from mobile for a reply to my PM. Thank You.
actually chumley, £80 is about £160 USD
the exchange rate for 1GBP is about 2.1USD
remind me not to let any of yall exchange my money.
Ill give your $200 for it, that $74 higher than anyone else and you can keep your memory I have an extra 8gb. I just really do hope its in the condition your saying its in.

i had reported my phone lost yesterday...i wanted to ask is there going to be a problem getting a new nexus one phone to me from tmobile....please anyone with there stories or know much about this would be great!! thanks!!!
I know the deductible is $130, but never used it, so I am not sure about the rest.
okay deductible 130 great now lets see if all goes well anyone try it yeT????
??? anyone ???
First ofcouse you have to pay the deductible and second when you have assurion as your wireless insurance tru your company they should allways replace your old phone with the same one or something similar to it. Most of the time if is the same one you will receive a refurbish withing the next 2 business days or so. If it is a phone that just came out alot of chances are that you will receive a brand new one . I will recomend you to call assurion or do it tru online and file out a claim and before you accept everything they will tell you or you can ask what phone will they ship. Hope it helps

has anyone out there try this insurance thing yet and if so how was it?? thx!!
Did you buy your phone through t-mobile or from Google? I called asurion 3 separate times for clarification. If you paid full price you won't get a nexus you'll get a "comparable" phone which sucks because t-mobile doesn't have a comparable phone. If you bought it with t-mobile discount you'll get a nexus. This is what asurion told me 3 different times. Of course it could be wrong but I made them explain it really clearly

i bought the phone from google website for the tmobile 2 year contract ....so yes tmobile....???
I wish XDA would sticky this:
Everyone with a N1 should drop Asurion and go with their standard insurance provider (whoever insures your car). The cost is roughly $3 a month with no deductible. For instance, State Farm will just write you a check to cover the $530 to replace your N1, no questions asked other than what happened to your phone.
That's good to know. I've claimed a new phone from Asurion and it was great. I paid full price, and ordered from Google. I reported it stolen, had to complete a police report, I paid a $130 deductible and the phone was sent to me next day. No complaints!
now if i pay the deductible 130 from tmobile asurion place right do they send me a new phone or refurbish??? should be new right since it is not from warranty and all??? anyone know???
do i get a new phone or refurbish???

I have sprint and had to replace my phone once, they are pretty quick tho I just had to pay my deductible either with a debit, credit card or they will just add it to my bill. They also ask you to send your old phone back unless you lost it orit was stolen then you will have to tell them that but if not you will need to return it.
problem solved!!!!

It depends, like I said before if the phone just came out not to long ago (1,2 or maybe 3 months ago) alot of chances are that you will receive a brand new phone if it is older most of the time you will receive a refurbished phone unless the warehouse are out of the refurbished they will send you a brand new one (good luck to that lol)... I didnt get your last question?? but if you dont have no insurance at all you will need to buy the phone at a regular price (299.99 and up deppends on the model) unless your contract has been expired you can upgrade your phone and get a newone for the upgrade price.
Hope it helps
oh well looks like i post my answer kinda late ... but anyways am glad everything is solved now
I wanted to know what is the price for the HD7S without a contract for both its 8 and 16GB models...considering the fact that they may have both model to begin with
i would go to the store and check myself but considering that im currently 300 miles and will in a short while be indefinitely 8363 miles away from any store that currently sells the HD7S i ask all of u the answer to this very simple question.
Thanks in advance!
ive tried google if anyone is wondering and i have to say that i was very dissappointed (a sarcastic smile for my hopes and dreams have been destroyed due to this predicament) for i did not get any conclusive results
AT&T only offers a 16GB version of the HD7S and without a contract the phone will run you $499.99. Got the info from their website.
http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-ph...276&source=ECh7370050000000L#fbid=Rnv0KMbu9nq
Hope this helps. =]
Thanks man thought the prices might have gone done since it release cause the websites are usually out of date with the prices
Youre welcome. Glad I was able to help. If Im not mistake the "no commitment" pricing always stays the sames no matter who your provider is. The HD7 on T-Mobile is still priced at $499.99 without contract. The only price that drops is the contract price. Im sure AT&T will start rolling out with promotions on smartphones pretty soon. After all the new school year is right around the corner and there are always discounts during that time but of course that only if your signing up for a new contract. =/
cant get anythin on contract cause i dont live in the US just wished the HD7S was not exclusively available to ATT..............
THE HORROR
Now i have to settle for the HD7 cause there's no way im paying $500 for the phone
Over here the HD7 is worth $350 and there is no contract crap so thats atleast a relief
Have you tried ebay at all? I did a quick search and this is what I found. I hope it helps you out.

Dude thanks so much! totaly frgt about Ebay! So gonna bid on somthin hopefully gonna get a good price
I ordered a blue 32 because i wasn't able to secure a white one the first week, two weeks later I was lucky enough to purchase a white one but now I'm stuck with two and having one is expensive enough. Is it possible to return the blue one even though it has already arrived or should i just try to sell it? If i were to sell it, would i lose money and where would be a good place to try to sell it?
Where did you buy it from? You should be within the return window because I got mine in the first batch and it arrived 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I know GPS has 15 days from the delivery date and I'm not sure about Motorola.
Sell it to a local XDA member that can't get their hands on it. You shouldn't lose any money. I'm sure someone is willing to pay for shipping on their end for the device.

I heard reports of people offering couple hundred more than what they sell for. Some people don't want to wait and have the money. Just something to think about. Or if you want to be humble and sell to someone at cost and make someone happy for not waiting.

Then it should be a very easy return. Just give them a call and say you want to return it. Google will send you a shipping label and tell you how to send it.

I wish i could post a thread offering to sell it here on xda like you said just to help out a fellow xda member but even the mention of posting a device for sale here will result in the threat of getting my account banned, i have made that mistake once. It really isn't right especially in this situation, I'm not looking to get rich or even profit from it. And who knows, maybe someone here would be really stoked to be able to just send me a pm and be able to get their hands on one rather than struggling to get one from the limited stock. I think the issue should be handled on a case by case basis but hey, just one man's opinion. The moderators abusing their authority is a whole seperate issue though and one on which i personally refuse to comment.

I feel ya. But put it up on swappa. I think that's the official XDA market place or Google plus. Buy ya I think there were too many scams on XDA so they pulled the plug on market place.
Better sell that sucker! I am sure the value drops everyday as the devices become more available. But I sold mine for 835!
Hey guys,
So my sister lives in Abu Dhabi UAE and she can get me an S10 for about $200-$300 cheaper than I can get here in Australia.
My question is if I get her to buy one for me and ship it here will it have any downfalls?
I don't use Samsung Pay but I do use Google Pay.
While I'm not too bothered about having to flash something my girlfriend (who also wants a phone) won't go for any of it.. She wants a stock phone with no messing and me explaining how easy it is won't change that, I've tried for years with other phones (rooting/roms etc.)
Should I save my money or should I just get the local model here?
For anyone wanting a look

Electronics in the UAE are relatively cheaper. However, buying it may affect your wallet when you will have to get a repair as Samsung doesn't offer international warranties for mobile phones.
Assuming, your sister brings you a device with no defects, it all comes down to the usage of your girlfriend, how mobile abusive she is . (Like showing all the anger on mobile phone etc..) ..
Anyway, I wish I had a partner (girlfriend) who gifts expensive gadgets . Wait !!!!!! I dont have one , let alone one that gift expensive gadgets

Let's not get crazy here! Nobody is gifting anything! We are both buying phones and paying for our own! Haha.. If I had the money to gift a $1000 phone then I would like to imagine I wouldn't need to worry about saving $300! ?
We are pretty good with our phones (both have 3+ year old S7's) the warranty issue is a little worrying but something I may have to take on the chin..

I was just joking about gifting part . If you are safe with mobiles, then its worth getting it for less. But before this, I saw someone's post reddit about buy S10+ and get S10 for free deal in New Zeleand. You can check that deal

Exynos version should be exchangeable, just flash Australian firmware with Odin, you will get the same as the one in Australia.
