Your post is useless as i clearly asked for a way to mod the default app drawer. Anyway, i found a solution. Ill have to edit TouchWiz30Launcher.apk.

Nice navi bar make it more like L
Hello everybody,
first of all i want to apologize for asking for it. But i definately can not do it myself.
I´m just looking for an .apk theme for stock Optimus UI which replaces the app drawer icon with the stock nexus style one,
cause i don´t like the default ones. That´s eveything i need, all the other desktop icons can be changed via Optimus UI launcher.
So if anyone has the same interest and likes to do something like this i would be more than happy.
Thank you in advance.
Cheers
Daniel
Nova launcher or apex launcher
There is an app in lg smart world by it you can download themes for the stock launcher , made by lg .
I don't remember the name maybe "theme box" or something like that

Are you rooted? If yes, just copy and replace original file via es file explorer or total commander to /system/app
If you're not rooted then you can't install it.

^This. No root required. Running smooth.

Yeah i know, but unless i am not rooted i can not use widget drawer to place widgets on homescreen. It will be possible when we get jelly update till end of march (i hope/want to believe). But i really favour stock launcher so i think about root and have a try with this custon biz theme.

Well, not entirely true, you can still use the Widget drawer, cept it's going to be the Gingerbread style one. But yes, in order to have a true stock ICS or JB experience I guess we have to wait till LG updates roll out.
If you don't wanna root. I sure don't. Not yet atleast.
Hello,
I just upgraded a friend's phone to 4.1.2 N7000DDLR9.
Just two things my friend hates are the non-scrolling wallpaper and the app-drawer background transparency.
Can anyone please tell me how to change the two?
EDIT:
Can someone provide me with the gingerbread gallery please?
Bump.
Sorry, but urgent.
You can use hack for scrollable wallpaper in Jb try searching the fourms, it's available in alliance rom by default

Thanks.
But I still need the Gingerbread Gallery.
Can someone please provide me the APK?
I even need to change the transparency of the background for when I open the app drawer.
Bumpity.
If it's really urgent, you still can download any of the GB ROM and extract from it the apk you need, it will be really quicker than hoping any of the few people still on GB and XDA will find and respond to your thread (which by the way should has been in the Q&A section)

If you are just using the Sense 3.6 launcher, no it is not possible. The installation and usage of icon packs is only through the use of custom launchers like Nova, Apex, or ADW.

Icon packs with default launcher
We've created a new (free) app which allows one to use custom icon packs for home screen icons with default launcher and no rooting.
Please check it out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.momocode.shortcuts
I'm sorry you'll have to copy and paste that link; I'm new and it appears I'm not allowed to post formatted links yet.

Is there a way to do it in bulk? And for it to affect the app drawer as well?

Unfortunately to change the icons in the app drawer, you either need root for your app or a custom app drawer (custom launcher).
There is a way to add many icons to home screen at once, but it limits the possibilities for the look somewhat and doesn't allow one to hide the name label like we've done. We have some plans to add this as an alternative, though.
