Hey there Happy Turkey day to all!!!
So I got this Launcher that was placed on the apps section for Android and I love trying new launchers out... I tried it on my N1 pretty cool concept but little laggy... Thought i would try it on my G-tablet... It works very very smoothly.... the icon are a bit too big for my taste but damn its pretty cool.... hope the developers continue working on it ...try it out... it does have its customization issues but its pretty cool...

Update: I was able to mess around with it a bit. Looked like it could be pretty cool. Just needs work though. It crashed and my GTab shutdown.
its a cool concept but right now its not very usable. verry slow and laggy for me and also it doesnt have rotation support so stuck in portrait
Yah, it does have a lot of issues but if they can get all the issues fixed it could be pretty cool. Its more of a multitasking launcher. If it worked right I would assume that you could get a lot more done on one screen then you could with other launchers.

VTL.Launcher is my daily. I just cant find enough Widgets to keep me satisfied. I feel like Android is still so limited which it shouldnt be by now. I need more games and i need more widgets!

There are a couple of custom roms that do make the Galaxy phone operate and look like WP7.......... don't know about other phones but the Vibrant has 3 out right now.

Looks like a fun and useful UI, I'd use it...assuming it doesn't have a big hit on battery life..

This is different, it's not just a launcher that looks EXACTLY like WP7, it has some elements of it's own and the ui looks altered a little. I think it's better than just the WP7 launcher.

Just recieved the note this morning and although iam not new to android or thos forum, its quite different to my old HTC desire. so i have a few questions!
I cant stand the stock launcher that comes with samsung so i have changed it to the go launcher so is their anyone out their better, or do you need to root to do that?
Also wanted to know if their are any good things to download to customise my phone, i have been using my blackberry for awhile so iam pretty unsure lol.
i might decide to root but is it worth it just yet?

Naw im not new to android but its been a while since i have used it as a phone as i dont use my htc desire anymore. i have using the annoying blackberry.
launcher pro is fast and works well with some good live wallpapers.

A lot of launchers have some degree of lag when used on the Note. Go Launcher and ADW Launcher were a little choppy on my Note. I've used LauncherPro Plus for a long time on my Galaxy S and LG Optimus 3D but I think it's getting a bit outdated since it hasn't been updated in a long time.
I'm using Nemus Launcher at the moment and it runs very smooth. It's not the most customizable launcher out there but all my basic needs are there, custom grid size, resizable widgets, maps etc. and it looks pretty good as well.
Thanx for the tip...just tried the one you mentioned and it works very fast on the note! and i noticed you can actually move the icons like the phone symbol and so forth....even better. I just hate the stock rom of samsung, just ugli icons, i always like to dress it up. Now to download phone icon and the other ones, do i have to download these separetly?

Thanks for sharing that, Nemus Launcher is indeed very good. Have tried Go and AWD, but find the simple yet polished look of Nemus better.

Not sure if anyone's seen this yet - it's a new launcher - currently in beta.
I've never seen a launcher with as much customization as this. You can upload your settings and also download other people's home setups.
Only been playing with it for 15 minutes or so but so far looks amazing.
