Not sure if anyone's seen this yet - it's a new launcher - currently in beta.
I've never seen a launcher with as much customization as this. You can upload your settings and also download other people's home setups.
Only been playing with it for 15 minutes or so but so far looks amazing.

I just saw a demo of windows phone 7, and i must say, the user interface is awesome.
I put together some tiles to use on your android phone with programs like desktop visualiser and other theming apps.
Most of the icons are from Albook Extended (http://stopdreaming.deviantart.com/#/d1zoewh)and were made by ~StopDreaming on deviantART, be sure to look at his work because its amazing. I just hacked around with them, removed the backgrounds and put them on colored tiles, So make sure you credit ~StopDreaming for the wonderful icons

I couldn't help myself, went ahead and made 70+ high-res tiles, all in three different colours.
this took an insane amount of time, so I hope someone makes a nice theme or something

Ok, So people were looking for more tiles, so I cooked up about 80 more. These are all also available in crimson, as well as pink, blue and green.

Nice! I just finished theming my phone, so I'll wait a while before I try, but still, very nice looking! Wish launcher pro did scenes, so I could play with a new theme, without screwing up my old one

Wouldn't it be so very cool if there was a way to convert icons into 'Hubs' ala Windows Phone 7?
Then we could create a real WP7 simulation using these great tiles.
- I may take it upon myself to create this app.

Keeping it rather simple as the kids return to school and hoping to get some free time to set up a new pc for adb and such. Thanks again for sharing, I made a couple of yellow ones to go with it.
downloaded, copied to phone but they wont show other icons show fine.
Edit, sorted, i copied the max osx versions over.

So I got this Launcher that was placed on the apps section for Android and I love trying new launchers out... I tried it on my N1 pretty cool concept but little laggy... Thought i would try it on my G-tablet... It works very very smoothly.... the icon are a bit too big for my taste but damn its pretty cool.... hope the developers continue working on it ...try it out... it does have its customization issues but its pretty cool...

Phone has been rooted and using the myn warm rom2.2 and loving it. Looking at this thread; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=856577 there is a screenshot of a phone with the time in plain english along with weather, etc. I don't want the weather, but do like the time how it's done, that specific image is here;

Weather looks like beautiful widget, and time looks like mimalistic text and indeed the person is using a custom font

Yep that was it, "mimalistic text". You look at all these things people did is amazing, so trying to just understand and utilize is tough because there is so much, but I am doing my work reading ...

I found this beautyful and light weight ICS launcher called Phoenix Launcher,

Its still in early stages but on my s2 i updated to ICS and this launcher gives me same feeling on my OB So guys just try it once...

No bro scrolling is good if you put it in system/app folder, but yes if we use live wallpaper scrolling gets bit slow.. I'm switching between go launcher and this and find this one more smooth while scrolling, keep eye on updates they will be new update in some days with lots of improvements

This launcher is not worthed buying and needs a lot and I mean a lot of work.Nowdays there are at least five excellent launchers on the market, light weight and the loaded ones but all working smooth and bugless.It's not the Phoenix case.

I'm sorry but on my s2 this has been the best launcher I've tried yet and i'm only using the free version. With the ability to make folders by draging one icon into another i'm an instant fan and I am going to buy the full version.
offcourse everybody has a different taste..
i agree that phoenix is not so good, i didn't like it at all.. it's pretty basic, nothing special and i didn't like the app drawer.
my favorites: launcher pro plus and nemus launcher.
go launcher is quite nice with many options but lacks in performance..
right now i'm trying ss launcher.
