[q] ram problem - XPERIA X1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

MY XPERIA SHOWS UP ONLY 200 mb of total memory is it oke ?

in a few words yes...
but if u need more explanations you should provide more info like foe example what rom are you using...
if I am not mistaken 512mb of internal memory is split to storage space and to ram... so 200mb sounds good to me...

Hello,
I have strange RAM problem on my X1, it shows 128MB both on WM Device information and mtty info 7. How can I change back to 256MB?
this is the output of mtty..

Tilt boots to bootloader

My kaiser just booting to the bootloader screen and says Serial at the bottom.
KAIS130 MFG
SPL-1.0.OliPof
CPLD-8
When I plug in a USB cable it changes the 'Serial' to 'USB'. when I reboot the phone without the USB cable it's going straight into bootloader mode and I can see a quick "missing image file" message then the red/grn/blue screen.
Can someone help me please?

GSLEON please help me.
It just sounds like you had a bad flash.
Have you tried re-flashing the ROM on your phone?
Yes. I can flash new rom but i've got the same problem with bootloader.
im experiencing the same problem
disable usb connections on activesync, use mtty, connect to usb, and type "info 8" without the "" and paste the output here, and wait for gsleon3

Here is the answer from our master Olipro!
ECC checking is fully integrated into the Diamond SPL, there is nothing you can (or need to) do.
Maybe THIS is useful for you...
But I wonder if there is a way to fix them. Thanks for your reply.
Would someone tell me some commands that will mark the bad blocks?
THanks very much.
Don't know how you got this. But did you try and format your NAND? Hard Reset and selecting Volume Down to format device + NAND Storage?
I've tried that but it didn't make any sense.
Thank you all the same!

NV access Problem- $10 as thank you for anyone who can resolve this with me...

Hello all, and thanks in advance to all that are helping in any way.
Quick Background, my diamond is a CDMA, with default provider as Telus.
My goal is to get full access to nv for writing as well as reading.
I have installed juicys rom HSPL 0.43 and sprint touch pro radio.
Although my device is working, i can not get the rtask c command to work;
""rtask a
Enter Radio Bootloader
POWER ON PMIC VREG_USB : SUCCESS!
Invalid cmd!...readCID
@CID: 00000000
Cmd>rtask c

after running info 8 i get

Bad Blocks in NAND, need help

I'm hoping someone can help me out, I would like to salvage what is now TILT #2 (so I can start messing around in the kitchen) since I picked up a poor specimen for the use of it's system board so I could get rid of the BB Pearl my work handed me. That said I can flash a smaller rom to the system but anything over 80-85 megs throws a 226 error. So I followed the advice given by JockyW to check the memory and below is the output and I'm sure the source of my problems.
I would like to be able to mark the bad blocks so they are not used anymore or recover them if possible.
Cmd>rtask a
POWER OFF PMIC VREG_USB : SUCCESS!
C VREG_USB : SUCCESS!
ECHO ON MODE
rbchk

Please help! Corrupt NAND? Help with MTTY

Hi, i've experiencing some troubles with my TytnII (no GSM network, then GSM is back but i can hear any sound or call, etc.) and after reflashing ROM and RADIO (several kinds and several times) i still have them.
So i want to clear Nand as deep as possible.
This is the info that i get from MTTY:

If i make set 16 0 (or set 14 0), and then task 8 i get:
Cmd>set 14 0

Cmd>task 8
And kaiser reboots but nothing happens, it is not formatted.
