hi ive flashed quite a bit of phones and have looked everywhere as to how to fix my issue.. when useing QPST 215/323/366 all say "roaming list file contains no data" and ive done the flash to cricket but am stuck on this part when trying to write data properties to the phone on the last step of qpst. has anyone figured out this problem for the moto droid 1 when it says this? tried 3 different machines.
You are in T-mode, right? Try flashing a cricKet PRL, calling *228, and then re-flashing, excluding the PRL. Sometimes it will re-download missing/null files.
Sent from my un-throttled, 1.1ghz OC'd, fully flashed cricKet Moto Droid running CM7.1 using XDA Premium App
t-mode as in network driver? if so then yes. ive done quite a few droids with no hassel with this type of issue untill today. if not correct what is tmode?
Hi everyone, I am fairly new to the world of flashing phones. So far i have only flashed s3 and s4 from verizon to pageplus. I recently got a verizon lg g2 (VS980 26A) that I would like to flash to page plus. I have DFS and cdma workshop. I also have MDN, MIN, SID and latest PRL file. I have installed proper drivers as well, and enabled USB debugging, but still have problems connecting the phone to the softwares. The phone is not rooted yet. I plan to root after flashing for no particular reason.
I have searched everywhere but there is no guide or walk through for flashing verizon G2 on pageplus. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
PagePlus has recently gone 4G LTE. If you want their monthly plans all you have to do is get a sim card from PagePlus and you will be ready to go. No flashing required.

I am trying to get the 12 plan (which requires flashing) on it for now as its going to be my temporary phone.
I've recently made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and I've kept my Verizon Note 4. The phone is working okay. Voice, Data, text all working. I have the Developer Edition Note 4 and it is rooted. I would like to try out some of the T-Mobile ROMs on my phone and I am uncertain if I can. I tried to load a couple of ROMs from XDA and they booted okay but, I was never able to get it to connect to T-Mobile. I assume it is because of my baseband/bootloader/modem? I tried to ODIN the COD6 baseband and bootloader and it failed. Luckily for me I guess it never wrote anything to the phone and it booted up to the old one just fine. This is where my knowledge gets a little hazy...
Thanks, JS
So I want to bring my beloved Verizon droid 3 back to life on an att go plan mainly for texting. From what I understand I need to load the stock rom, root, band unlock (so it will work on gsm networks, and sim unlock so I can use another carrier's sim card. So far I have loaded the stock rom and rooted the phone. Before proceeding any further I checked settings>wireless & networks>Mobile Networks>network Mode, and I now have the options for Global, CDMA, and GSM/UTMS. Does this mean that rooting the phone did the trick or do I still need to band unlock the phone?
Thanks in advance,

PS I have been using guides found here:

they all seem to work

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
Assuming the bands (HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100) match up with AT&T, you should be good to go.
Not sure if you are good for accessing GSM yet, so I am connecting you to the forum your device experts are found:
> Motorola Droid 3 > Droid 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Please note, you will need to register for an XDA account before you can respond to a reply.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
I have been off XDA for a few years. I recently got a Verizon Moto Z3 put onto another carrier other than Verizon, It is working well but I am curious if I would be able to Flash a Stock Non Bloated Rom (likely a Verizon rom Id assume, since its a Verizon phone originally) to the device with out affecting its port over... please provide any help you may be able to. Phone was taken from Verizon and moved to Metro by Tmobile. If you need additional details please ask.
I am familiar with Odin and the Flashing process, just a few yearas out of practice.
Thanks
