##data# (##3282#)
##debug#(##33284#)
##diag#(##3424#)
##svn#(##786#)
##prl#(##775#)
##prev#(##7738#)

You may also be able to find out what they are by looking into the .apk that opens up when using these codes.. QPST.apk or EPST.apk, something similar to that

Sorry there must be a simple way but i just cant find it, just shifted from an htc desire and i cant find a way to assign a ringtone to individual contacts.

You can only do it for contacts stored on the phone not google contacts sadly. You just long press a contact and then select edit and you can select ringtone.

I have contacts synced from an exchange server, guess same rule as google contacts apply.

Yeah probably.hopefully this will be remedied in froyo

It's a right pain in the arse... but if you want you can make a new contact on your phone or sim card using just the name!! add a ringtone, then edit, link contact, and link it to your exchange contact then it will work.. As I say a pain in the arse but the only way I found to give some of my gmail contact a ringtone!
I do not think that this is a froyo thing, ithis option was on htc desire before it was updated to 2.2, heck this ootion was on my winmo phones years ago.

I know it might seem far fetched, but I thought it would be nice if there was any way to change values in games. I've had no luck finding any so far.

Samsung changed it to discourage people from using it.
You can also download the LbsTestMode apk .. no more punch dialing

why samsung wants something like that?
I find myself constantly unlocking my phone and I think it's pointless. I know there is WidgetLocker and many other applications that can temporarily disable the lock feature but they're all applications that need to run in the background and no matter what there is always a delay.
Is there a way to go into the main Android files or Framework to delete it?
Thanks in advance

reah HIS post again... he said... NO LOCK not widgetlocker
NO LOCK widget WORKS ON STARTUP (not temporary)
I know that. I've used it before. It is still a .apk that has to run in order for you to disable the lockscreen.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I897 using XDA App
I believe the lockscreens reside in the android.policy.jar file. you'd have to baksmali and change the smali files. I'm no expert so I don't even wanna try.
Interesting... Maybe I'll have to send a PM to a dev or something, lol

mine doesnt either.. i dont understand that. i had to switch to handcent.
I have the same issue with the spaces on Swype here.
Found another issue with it....the speech to text doesn't work either anyone else have this issue?
Sent from my HTC Thunderbolt using XDA Premium App
I thought it was supposed to put spaces automatically.
I figured it was an option I couldn't figure out how to turn on.
The no spaces thing has been discussed quite extensively already, and there is a huge Swype thread already.
It's not auto-spacing because Swype respects text fields formats, and for some reason HTC set the SMS message text field up similar to a web address field.
To the OP. You will here this a lot, on any forum. Do a search before posting a new thread. Or at least browse a page or two to see if the topic you are refering to is already in discussion.
Only had to go to page 2 and at the top is the already existing thread on swype
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=985683
Dont take this as me being rude please. Someone at some point is going to say it no matter where you go. It helps keep the threads clean. And help people find things easier if there arent multiple threads about the same thing.
