Hello XDA, i would be really interested at an iconset with pillow texture and different patterns. Unfortunately i'm a photoshop noob, so if anyone have the skill and the time to make an iconset or even PSD templates it would be awesome. Something like this:

Yes, i wish i had a base template to work on, so when you add the icon layer it would take the form (shadow, pattern,highlight, bumps) of the base pillow icon. But i don't have the knowlege to create that.

On the serious side just google "plain color pillows" in images and you can find many templates

I must say, i wasn't expecting such a helpfull reply, sincerely thank you very much for the time you put in making this!
I have created only custom icons for winmo, from iphone icon templates, (nothing from scratch), so i knew what i had to do when i opened your template, thanks for the instructions!
Now, i will begin working with the icons to get a better idea on how they 'll look on the screen and maybe try to change the template a little, maybe give it a more 3D look by adding more shadow along the edges? i don't know,i 'll use trial and error. Of course any help or ideas are always welcome from you, or anyone else interested in this. Thank you once again.

If may I suggest: The clock leaves are very clean proably the best I´ve seen around), however looks for me that the gloss effect at the top is a little too big (imho)

tnx mhan. i was by inspired by those who are trying to make our devices have a wm7 feel of some sort.
about the clock, it's not the final though. and yes it sucks i just can't come up with an idea of a different clock which is far from the looks of the diamond clock. if you will look at the number "2" at the upper portion, its not yet clean. hehe... i hope anyone can give me any ideo about how the clock would look.

first suggestion: use a really clean font, eg Calibri (vista default font). Try a few different versions, one with more effects, one with less, one without any.
If you´ve got Photoshop, its really easy to play around with these things. If you haven´t got, I suggest you ask anyone in this forum to do this. Normally I´d suggested myself for this work but atm I´m too busy to do any additional (design-) work

There was some DLL file that was around before that I think might have allowed for repositioning of the tabs, but I can't remember. If that doesn't work, the actual HTC Home dll might have to be hacked on to make it default to tab 3.
When the fill image was modified, was it saved in the exact same format? Was it set for the same transparency?

Very promising theme, I'm definitely looking forward to this to come out. I like the home icon being in the center and i can see the idea of the clock resembling the diamond but it is still unique in my opinion

Hello guys from a long time im looking for some nice looking CARBON theme for Windows Mobile for example for Manila 2.1 Sense or 2.5 WVGA resolution and its shame till today nobody make one beauty carbon theme.. so i know how to make theme but im not good with a Photoshop this is the reason why i post this!!!

Why exactly CARBON THEME? Because the Carbon look stilysh, clear and all is visable.
In the link above you can download the iBOX Theme there have alot of PNG files and you can use some for patterns and etc.
For example in Windows Mobile.. and our TF3D we have ability to Costumize alot... and i wonder why Nobody create a theme like this.. i mean to make a PNG images with PhotoShop if you know how to work with its not so hard.
What the Theme can include...?
The Theme will be cool if all components are the Same Style.. what i mean its the same Carbon Patterns the same Glossy Shadows etc..
We can have a Carbon Slider, Carbon Around the Clock, Carbon Top and Bottom Bars, and many other things everyone is up to experiment.

hmm.. The theme for sense could be great, it could also have a dock that the tab icons sit on.. like the one from the iphone. il try fix some graphics up later for this and work around the idea. Hope this idea becomes reality

Soon after I posted, I looked at your other work as well and now I think I'm going to try to make a wp7 look. lol When I do switch back to just using LauncherPro (I change my phone's look a lot) I'd use these icons though.

The reason why they are not thumbnailed or linked is because the details are quite fine and walls are not that big that they will over stretch screens, unless someone is still using 800x600. LOL.
I will be adding some more. Just haven't thought of a clean way of putting it all out there yet. Maybe I should just throw it all in an APK, or keep zipping it up in the OP.
Created by me but idea was pongster's. Comes in a few shades to suit everyone's liking. It has no name, but the idea was diagonal lines, minimal, blurred and smoked. If any of you are interested in having these in a special tint with something written, I can customize it for you. Just ask and be kind enough to thank me! A little goes a long way like someone said.

Could you create a wallpaper where you mixed leedroids logo together with a thunderbolt through a phone (you know what the thunder is for, right ). The background could be anything as long as it is dark colors (not pink, white etc).

Not sure if you wanted "XDA" in it too. You might experience color banding since the EVO supports 65K. I will try work on something(resolution/color/pixel type/color depth etc...). Check back soon.

EDIT: OK, so here is a small update including some requests. Also included in the zip is a CS5 .ai file that I have used as the base for these. Fonts are 'Arial Regular' for the headers and 'Dimitri Swank' for the text based icons. Dimitri Swank is available for free from most of the usual font repositories so I won't be putting it up here.
Thanks for the kind words so far folks, now let your skills run wild with the attached ai. Remember to keep the designs simple so that they fit nicely.
