hero launcher bar

i am looking for a hero theme that has the launch bar on the bottom with 3 sections. I don't like the one with the one big bar with the arrow. I know you cant have all three buttons work but its just for looks.

Kinda the solution!
It is not a theme for any rom, so I'll work with any of them. It's more a theme for a home replacement, the GDE home replacement has a Hero theme, and all three buttons work, you can also choose the functionality of all of them and it does look pretty good.
If you want more info, let me know, I can even hand you both .apk files!

You can also check out the hero/eclair mix by pcmaniacs. You can find it on this theme section or you can search for pcmaniacs. Hope that helps!

first off, thanks
second, you cant share paid apps. that is against forum rules. GDE is a paid app
third, I already have GDE and just saw the Hero theme and applied it.
I'll use that for now. thanks

Yes it does. Oh this i just used the hero png's to create my own themed Rosie. Its only in portrait mode n only those icons are currently compatible...Its a pain trying to align those icons.

Well I guess I could, the theme it's called Hero Theme I believe, for GDE home replacement, I found it right on the market for free; Let me know if you're able to find it!
I think I still have the .apk file of the theme anyway!

I have already got that theme but the launcher bar is a bit too high I would like to have a more exact copy like on the other page.

[MetaMorph] A Small Touch Of Legend 8/31/10

I really liked how Legend added a bit of color to the tabs in Music, Clock, and others. Then I found that Fresh added even more color so credit goes to Flipz and also HTC for the original idea. Your Lockscreen Arch, your launcher, and yours tabs will change, also I have only tested this on PlainJane2.0 so morph at your own risk

Anyways, great job! Always the first thing I apply with a new rom.. I hope you end up adding to it but no rush.. I'd hate to see you get run off by unappreciative people.

Just the Backward Pause/Play Forward buttons for the music player widget, unless you can think of anything else? lol and no I'm not the type of guy to run off and such, honestly I'm just like everyone else here, a user. I really don't know much except swapping out or theme'ing a couple of pngs here and there with photoshop but what I do know I try and help out

The only ones I can think of are ones for the HTC News app.. other than that, it looks like you've covered everything else

worked well with plain jane t2

worked awesome on xtrSENSE4.0.6.1; i'm really liking the extra glossy look plus the additional color!
p.s. in xtrSENSE, the little green fob that shows which home page you're on STAYS green, but the launcher itself gets glossy. Looks sick!

My psds won't teach you much I'm afraid.
Theres not much to making a glassy / glossy effect, you just draw over the item you want it done to with a circular shape (easiest to work with). Apply brightness, white to transparent gradient. Just think about where the light is, keep having a go on photoshop

Yeah I got the one rar with the psds just noticed now actually as I am sitting down to work on them. I think thats great you would do that. Changing those colors is as easy as just messing with the hue/saturation. I already have a few of them done. If anyone else wants custom colors I would be willing to do help out.

So here is one I found missing. An icon for email. I used the files PSD and found an envelope online hope you all enjoy it. This is using the Thick Glass PSD.

I find it really cool icons and I think they would go very well with the style CoreDroid. Just one thing I noticed by taking a quick look, I think we should use as little icons can be bases on the stock as for example the camera, but always in style as the example device photo is an image in "three D". I think that on this basis and with more icons in the style of the camera, you could do something even bigger.
This is only my humble opinion Android users since some time now, and I find it stand out even more icons icons Android IPhone to which everyone tends to return more or less.

Don't worry about it, I probably should have explained, these are just small 92x94 pixel images that can be set as the shortcut images for apps. You'll need to use a home launcher that allows you to customise shortcuts or an app which will do the same job if you're using the Rosie launcher, for example;
Folder Organizer
Desktop VisualizeR
Those two apps above are free by the way!

I'm not sure I entirely get what you mean but I know that Coredroid is heavily themed and I'm assuming they have their own Camera icons. Are you interested in Sense 3.0 styled icons to go with the Coredroid theme?
If so that can be arranged! Let me know though or else I won't bother doing them (laziness strikes).

The Template you've added, i wanted to create an icon with that, but do i need Photoshop installed to get the transparency ? I guess W7 Paint won't cut it? XD

I wasn't actually sure about this so I attempted it to be thorough and a warning popped up letting me know all transparency would be lost so... no dice!
You should be able to do it with gimp if I remember correctly which has the added bonus of being free!

HELP!
trying to get the old Go Launcher 2.3 beta transparent icons for my new galaxy 3. They're available under the Transparence Dock app but are only for the dock. Does anyone have/know where I can find/ can create these for use as regular icons? I'm old school. I like the simplicity and the "barely there, but still identifiable" icons. I can't find ANYTHING I like as well...
Even if you could point me to the correct theme- much appreciated.

Neither. It's not a flash-able .zip, it's just a set of icons to use however you like. (E.g: Desktop Visualizer, MIUI theme, etc.)

These are great! Could you explain to me how to use the template to create new icons with this style? I don't understand how I can put an image in and make it look like the pack.
