HTC Sense Espresso Docks (myTouch 4G Docks)

These are two of the docks from the myTouch 4G, Ruby and Safari. I will update the post later with the rest of the docks.

If you want to make Launcher Pro truly look like the Espresso Sense, follow this tutorial.
-First, arrange the dock shortcuts to look like the picture below.
(From left to right) - Phone, App Drawer, App Drawer, App Drawer, myFaves (I have it set to Browser because I never use myFaves, you can set that one to whatever you want.)
-Then, apply the Espresso dock by touching the Menu button then going to Preferences->Appearance Settings->Custom and then navigate to the Espresso dock of your choice. Go back to the homescreen and it should look something like this.
-Finally, apply the attached file "icon.png" in the .zip file at the bottom to all of the icons. To do this, long press the icon, click Change Icon->Custom Icon and navigate to "icon.png." Repeat this process for each icon on the dock and your dock then should look something like this.
There you go! You now have the Espresso/myTouch 4G dock on Launcher Pro.
UPDATE! I added 3 more variations of each dock. One variation has the Messaging icon on the right side instead of the Faves icon. The other is a market icon and the other variation is a completely blank dock with no icons on it. In addition to that, I made a transparent version of every dock (including the variations). Updated .zip file at the bottom.

I really liked the Downtown dock, but found it to be too wide for my liking, so I ran it through the old GIMP and shortened it up as well as changed the right side to the traditional Sense right side icon.
Here it is along with a screen shot if anybody is interested:

Looks good! I actually like that concept a lot. Maybe I'll try to do something similar for the rest of the docks so people who like another dock can still get that same concept you used.

There are several Home Replacement apps in the market that support custom icons... Personally I use ADW as it comes with CM ROMS which works really well for me. You can also try desktop visualizer, bettercuts etc etc etc... Plenty of people here to give you suggestions on their particular favorite!
Download the zip file from the OP, unzip and drop on your SD. Different apps have different ways of changing icons, but in most cases you'll need select the icons from your gallery, not icon pack...

Yes I will be working on both sets. Typically, any requests for one set will also be made in the other.

Where is the file .PSD? And the .mtz?
IMHO, the icons are very nice but they are smaller of the "sisters" and lack of the little three-dimensional effect highlighted.

Sorry, I'm not releasing the PSD as yet, mainly because I want some feedback. I agree, the icons do look better with the shadowing. I will likely updated the pack today or tomorrow. As for the size that is intentional.
As for the MTZ another member was creating those but I may add one myself. For for the time being I'm focusing on the icons. An APK is likely however.

Thanks. However, I will be working with docsparks on a theme - for launchers. If you do end up creating a theme, PM me and perhaps we can work something out, but until then I ask that the icons not be used in other themes.

musmax, thanks for the feedback. The updated icon set is now uploaded in OP. It has the shadowing effect on the internal piece of the icon similar to the ICS Plates set.

For now the icons are only for downloading and extracting to your phone and then using a custom launcher that allows you to customize an icon on the desktop. Alternatively if you are on stock you can use Folder Organizer or Desktop Virtualizer to change an icon on the desktop. Icons in the drawer will not be altered.
An APK theme pack for launchers that will change icons in the drawer and desktop automatically should be coming soon.

Wall:
Walls that can be used:
Icons: Smallgreys2, Smallwhites or SmallLight icons.
Use Apex Launcher. Nova, Adw and GoLauncher all crops the walls different. So each custom wall has to be altered if using another launcher.
Set the columns and rows to your liking. Maybe start by 7x7.
Transparent widgets can be changed to liking.

I really love your work on the two-screen set-ups, but I can't seem to get the layouts exactly correct.
Is there any chance that you would be willing to go into slightly more detail about how to set them up?

About me:
Some of you might already know me from somewhere and to some I'm fully new "themer".
I've been into android theming since late 2009 when I bought my first android HTC Hero.
Ever since then I've been creating handtailored themes for me and the interwebz to enjoy.

Noticed a glitch on FlatLoader slider, there's black line on it.
No idea where it's coming from. I've tried to mess with it, with no luck
Screen is 720p if it matters.
Oh and your slider isn't even near to pixel perfect, which is downside for me.
Is it possible to make it match the screen resolution, so it won't get resized ?

This happens sometimes when you'r stretching the slider to size not intended to it... Try if you center the slider and resize it so there is a 1x1 grid space on the bouth sides of the slider...
And yes.. my sliders are pixel perfect, the thing is WidgetLocker cant tell the right size they are intended to use since they are based on plane PNG.s and not vectors...
