Hi guyz. I installed wm 6.5 clean rom and i dont have mms in messages..
i read forums and i saw about CRC armsoft cab.i downloaded many versions but i cant receive MMS neither i have choice to send (MMS) in messages.Can someone help me please??What am i suppose to do to see mms category?

ok I have tried all of the wm6 roms and now currently using biz rom and the mms composer it came with is alright but having problems with messages getting sent so I just want to know what are the latest Arcsoft composer out there that works good on these new OS systems and also can share these composer with this thread

i also have problems sending mms', but i have no problem receiving them...
it worked fine for me on Tmobile network

will you post the setting you are using? are you using arcsoft mms composer? if so, what version?
Install this
http://rapidshare.com/files/13371107/ArcSoft_MMS_Composer_WWE.cab
then install the attached cab and go into the connection it creates and change your settings accordingly. It should work ok, thats what I did.

does anyone have the cab for mms on tmobile usa?
does anyone know how to get rid of mms sending capatibilities alltogether?
i don't really use it so i don't know why it should take up any menu space
Install this cab and then go to options and change all the server settings to your tmobile settings.

I have flashed TOFCLOCK WM6. It is great. Thanks
However, there is no MMS function and I found there are several MMS applications inside the addon2, patch... so I have installed some of them. The result is it can receive the MMS but cannot send. I have checked the setting which is correct.
Please help to advise which MMS application I should install into my Hima after flash Tofclock WM6 so I can send MMS

I have aproblem , when i am sending SMS messeges to other peopel they get a message that if full of "??????".
i have to say that i am useing an hebrew version on my HTC and that the SMS that i am sending are in hebrew.

Does the person receiving the SMS also have hebrew support on their phone? If not, then, that's what the problem is.

ROM Type: Original OEM or Cooked (if so, which one)
Radio Version:
Did this problem just start recently? Or since you first got your device?
What extra programs have you installed?
Something in the list above should help find the source of your ????????'s.

The ROM version is: Schap's 4.31
The Radio is: 1.27.12.17
The problem start after installing this ROM. I install it because in the lest ROM i had i coudn't repaly to SMS.

I've installed the Korean Rom as there are features that I need (such as language, etc).
However, they did some funky stuff with the text/SMS feature.
Now, I cannot create sms directly from contact list (where you can select sms option along with voice calls, etc).
Also, now I have to open up this special app to send/receive sms.
I haven't tried yet but I don't think message notification will not work either.
So, my question is, I think the original native SMS app is hidden (I hope).
Is there a way to check if it's still inside this ROM, and enable it?
If indeed the original app is gone, is there a way to add it on this ROM?
I'm pretty noob when it comes to WM.

I think you'll need to install the arcsoft mms cab as I can't see anything to do with it in the rom.

It should give you the standard MMS used in the X1.
Sorry, I don't really know what else to suggest except cooking your own standard rom (based on WWE?) with the language files from the SKT rom.
I guess I need to cook it..
I am noob in WM so I am a bit afraid..
Could you make some suggestions by looking at this Thread?

i have flashed my rom to 6.5 and lo and behold i love it...but i cant send out sms text messages. it is set up for o2,uk and i am using the energyrom 21864.
Any help please ?
also, any ideas where i can download back to the normal 6.1, just in case ?

I would suggest asking the question in the thread for your rom. Chances are the users there will give a better response to your problem and some of them may have also encountered it.
You should be able to find your stock rom here
