Anyone know where I could get a large picture of a blank Captivate so I could throw in my own screenshot in it?
Why does it have to be blank?
Doesn't haven't to be blank...if it has something in it, I could always Photoshop it out. I'm just looking for a high res one...and images off Google Image search, Samsung's site, and AT&T's site don't give me anything decent.

Now that's what I was looking for. Thanks so much.
I made the template a little better, because there were some blue streaks in the previous version. I also added the branding that is used on Rogers in Canada, (only "Samsung" at the top, and no "AT&T"), which is beneficial to anyone wanting to portray the Canadian Captivate, or just anyone who doesn't particularly like AT&T.

Soon after I posted, I looked at your other work as well and now I think I'm going to try to make a wp7 look. lol When I do switch back to just using LauncherPro (I change my phone's look a lot) I'd use these icons though.

bootanimation_v1 is like the animation shows, the... swishy thing only goes one direction.

How do I do that? I noticed that the resolution isn't that good on my phone (Droid) compared to what it should be... like when I look at it on my computer. I think there's some compression... but don't know how to fix that.

I've never done a bootanimation before, but I do know that in order to be hi def (nexus one, incredible, etc) the images should be 800x480. Right now the images are 455x256 which is almost half as what they should be so that's why the resolution isn't very good. I don't remember from the top of my head what the resolution for the Droid is but I can assure you its not 455x256 either. Once all the images are changed to the correct resolution, then just change the size in the desc file and it should work.

I gave you a thanks for your efforts.
But to totally honest, I have no idea what a "PSD" is or means, nor do I know how to use that template. I do know that once I figure itout, I'm gonna be making mad wallpapers that fit AND look good.
A psd is an adobe Photoshop image file that can contain layers, transparency, and other metadata not contained in other image formats.

You can with MultiPicture Live Wallpaper but this template probably won't work with it since it doesn't crop the same way.

Since I havn't got my XOOM yet I have only tested it on the emulator so the timing may need adjusting but let me know what you all think. Hope you like...

You can copy it to your device by entering the directory wit hthe bootanimation.zip, make sure you have adb setup and perform the following command:

Alternatively if you have a file manager just copy it to your SD card and paste it from there. (Probably need Root for this method).
