I created a lockscreen template guide to create lockscreens aligned with the circular lock object.
You can easily make aligned lockscreens like this one:

There's a folder group called, "LockScreenGuide," just drop your graphics under that layer.
I attached a sample lockscreen aligned wallaper so you can test this yourself. I didn't attach it as a JPG cuz it automatically recompresses it lowering the quality.

I gave you a thanks for your efforts.
But to totally honest, I have no idea what a "PSD" is or means, nor do I know how to use that template. I do know that once I figure itout, I'm gonna be making mad wallpapers that fit AND look good.
A psd is an adobe Photoshop image file that can contain layers, transparency, and other metadata not contained in other image formats.

I am trying to use one of these but it is not centered correctly it the pic needs to move to the right about a quarter of an inch while lookoing at my xoom. Any suggestions?
have no doubt I can make this, my question is how to make my product into a flash able zip in cwm. If its not obvious I'm no dev, got I gotta start somewhere right. Any push in the right direction would be much appreciated.

You can with MultiPicture Live Wallpaper but this template probably won't work with it since it doesn't crop the same way.

I was curious if anyone was up to the task of making some custom Honeycomb icons, not like the real ones but maybe some like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=661644 (gtx glow) but with honeycomb colors, I think that would be pretty sick ! I love the look of the honeycomb blue glow and haven't found any icons like that...

I dont know what the max size for an icon is, but make it as high as possible for best quality, obviously. Other than that, I'd maybe like to see something "similar" to suave HD with that glossy type look, but biggest thing for me is as many apps as possible

I like it...my personal preference is the one that looks "cut out" from the rest
I like the subtle glow on the red and blue. The others seem to detract from the shape of the icon.

I'm not sure but mine are at 90x90 px. Anything larger than that, I would think would be a little too big.

Use Apex Launcher. Nova, Adw and GoLauncher all crops the walls different. So each custom wall has to be altered if using another launcher.
Set the columns and rows to your liking. Maybe start by 7x7.
Transparent widgets can be changed to liking.
Jellybeaned dock icons.
