It don't look anything like an iPhone, it looks like a typical Samsung.

Specs might be nice and I'm intrigued by the projector but that is one ugly phone and its made by Samsung, I wouldn't be interested in owning one.

knowing samsung, the build quality will be shocking.
But I do like the idea of having a projector on a phone, as long as the output is decent quality. Beats having to look at a screen to watch a movie! Specs are nice though.... but it is going to be so wide, surley. Imagine dropping it as well...

the kids with the TI-89's gave me hell when I was rocking the superior HP-49g in college. Little did they know that my calculator could, quite literally, divide by zero. Symbolically of course but it would do it. The 4Mhz O/C'd saturn processor for the win!

Who ever can get one of the new laser based pico projectors from AAXA or Microvision into a smartphone without killing battery life will get my money... hopefully by that time I'll either have saved up enough pennies or the cost of the lasers will have come down

I was also shocked when I first realized that I can't use Wii.

Guitar discussion

If your are a guitarist,come discuss
What guitar(s) you have,what songs you play.
I have an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Plus,LTD M53 and Yamaha F-310TBS.
I often play X-Japan,Sum 41,Green Day and some other songs.

I was in a band a couple of years ago and was the guitarist.
Played for 5 years and got tired of it.
My favorite song to play was Master of puppets but I can't play the solo.

I have a Tanglewood "Orleans" for anything bluesy/jazzy....
A cheap Ibanez electric tuned to C-F-Bfl-Efl-G-C for heavier stuff.
A Hohner acoustic.
And the runt of the litter is a 15 year old Squier (lol) tele, which has been hacked smashed and beaten to within an inch of its life and beleive it or not is my favourite of the lot.
Neck pickup - tone 0 = Ultimate blues tone....
I have a Roland GC-405 (thing is awesome), multieffects/pedals etc..
Acquiring gtr's is a pain in the ass for me as I'm left handed

I don't have any effect/amp LOL
All I use is Amplitube 3.

I have a couple cheap guitars but what are really cool are my basses, I have a fretless acoustic bass and fender style J/P combo that I made from the remains of a bunch of old ones, threw some Seymour Duncan Basslines in it and it sounds HUGE.

I have an Epiphone LP and a Marshall MA-50C amp (that amp is awesome, makes my old 200 dollar guitar sound good )

wow cool, i have my brother's epiphone les paul junior, no amp, dont ask me why, and a boss orange turbo distortion pedal
i usually play green day, nirvana, some of pink floyd stuff

And I have a question,what pick(s) you are using?
I'm using Dunlop's Jazz III Ultex and Max Grip Jazz III Carbon Fiber.

iPhones and iPads are becoming increasingly integrated with all kinds of technology these days. Some concept cars have either one as a display. Some laptops have the iPhone as a trackpad. Some bicycles use the iPhone as an info center and so on.
It's amazing how integrated Apple's mobile products are.

Great toy, almost want an iPad to get one.
Now if an Android version was available, then I would snap one up straight away !!

Not quite, I haven't really looked haha But I'm sure it would work with any emulator (kinda like how people make makeshift wii controllers), or could you imagine trying that on the pac man app? Or dig dug?

Do you exploit glitches in video games?

Funny i'm asking this in XDA, but I had this argument with a couple of friends and well, they think that exploiting minor glitches in video games is wrong, though I think its nice to have a small boost sometimes!
What do you think\do?

It depends. If you're using glitches to do stuff you can't normally do when offline then that's fun. If you're doing it online then you're a loser who needs a life. The only people who think it's okay to cheat online are other losers who also need to get a life.

You live in the same world as me, i have a 2 ghz dual core and 2 gig of ram. Always have to pick lowest quality but windows 8 was a huge performance boost to it.

Not on my PS3 (not that I really play online often but I still feel like it cheapens the "achievements" ).
However I will on the emulators I play on my phone since the control scheme already puts me at a disadvantage and I'm not playing games on my phone for anything other a quick break from everything while I'm waiting on line or something like that.

You're missing out dude. The online community and servers are so much better on 360. I used to have both but I quickly grew tired of PS3's online community, so I sold mine.

Our shared desktop is 1gb of RAM and 1.8ghz dual core processor, with Windoze XP. It does however have a good graphics card and so plays Minecraft very well on far render distance

Nah, really I'm not missing out. I have played both platforms online and PS3 is my preferred choice. I'm the opposite of you - I've had a PS3 since release day, but am on my 3rd Xbox which I only got cos it was so cheap. I get them and then regret it and sell them normally. I'll keep it this time though, just for the exclusives.
Personally, I prefer an online experience where you don't have spoilt little brats calling you ever racist or homophobic slur they can think of. And I'd rather not listen to someone else's favourite dubstep track while trying to play a game. There's certainly a lot more Xbox users (kids always buy the cheaper console), but that's not really relevant when the first thing you do is mute every single one of them.

I have both systems too and I prefer the dual shock controller. I also like how Sony doesn't charge me every month, I have paid for XBL for months I didn't use it.

Online gaming I don't, ever. Ruins the fun of online gaming when someone uses a cheat to gain an unfair advantage

Word and word. I would like if a few more people had mics on PS3 to call in movement in BF3, but the spot function works well enough that my K/D stays positive and my team usually wins. I'll deal with that sacrifice if it means no little turds flapping their gums and not having to pay another $30 a month on top of internet costs. PS3 controller fits my hands better as well, but that's just nitpicking.
