Baseband version I9000JXJPE
BUILD #
FROYO.JPJPG
how can i update to 2.2.1 froyo JPY?
ANY IDEA? THANK YOU
Kies is your official path if your network has an upgrade .
Non Official path your choice your risk .
Or flash via Odin to JPY
Or use Odin Block 2 method in this post .

i just wanna know if i can flash this rom on my device cuz there are few 2.3.5 roms with different baseband like XXKPG,XXKPJ,XXKP4.XKJ2 and so on,

can i just follow these instructions - http://androidadvices.com/samsung-galaxy-i9001-steps-install-gingerbread-235-xxkpg-firmware/2/
i found that flashing this 2.3.5 will void my warranty, to return back to original i will need to flash the old XXKG3 2.3.3 exact same way using odin app?
Hi,
I'm sorry for making a new post as I couldn't find the answer anywhere else!
My phone came with the following Rom: N7000XEUKK3
I rooted it now I'm trying to unroot it but the stock room N7000XEUKK3 is nowhere to be found. Can anyone help me by giving me a link or to the relevant post?
I have already tried: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997
PDA: N7000XXLA6
PHONE: N7000XXLA4
CSC: N7000XEULA1
May I ask why you want to unroot it?
If you really insist on unrooting it. Just flash the correct firmware with Odin and it will be unrooted.
Use the one for you CSC.

The original KKA/KK5/KK3(XEU) ROM doesn't seem to be available for whatever reason but an OTA update to that ROM has been released by Samsung and that's the LA6/LA4/LA1(XEU) version you've found.
If you use ODIN to install the LA6 ROM you should end up with a phone that is identical to if you were on KK3 and then applied the official OTA.

What exactly are you trying to do? Update through Skies?
You could get on stock KK4 (Gingerbread) with this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18370912&postcount=3
But before you do so, you have some reading to do!
Oh and once unlock, always unlock. You don't have to worry about your sim being locked (and in the worse case, remove it before doing the reset).
