Camera Photo BMP Format anyone?

Has anybody figured this one out ...?
Is there a way to switch to BMP (or other uncompressed) File Format?
On my VARIO III there is a Menu entry which suggest there was an option,
but in the respective sub menue there is only on option: JPG.
(Why this sub-menu then?)

I figred out that there are registry keys which affect, whether JPG and BMP show up in the menu, but after picking BMP, it still only takes JPG shots.
Anyone tried tweaking CAM settings in registry?

Instead of using BMP, a higher quality of JPG would be great.
Even on highest quality the artefacts are more than obvious.
Any ideas?

ISO setting of HTC camera doesn't work

Hi guys, I flashed a rom with htc camera, there's a setting for iso.
The default is set to auto, then I adjust it to 100 to get better
picture quality, but i found the value still changes, seeming this
setting does't work for X1. Do you have the same problem ?

Hi, just wonder if there any comment about camera fv5? The PNG file generated by this application size are 5x time bigger than the original camera application from Samsung, will it capture much more detail? Or it is just doesn't compress well?
BTW, will there any camera app suggested? Will some possible take RAW format like DNG?
