How to install:
1. Install M2D (check threat of it : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398173)
2. Install M2D config tool (M2DC cab)
3. Install ActionScreen.cab

7. Copy the HTCHomeSettings-BACKUP.xml into the M2DC folder
8. Open M2DC > Restore: Restore M2D Settings

Blaah, i install action cab, footprint and overwrite HTChomesettings.xml (backup first) and reboot phone - touchflo not starting

You need to restore the homesettings only after restart. Then it will work without problems.

This ROM is so beautiful. One draw back is that the custom made Brian's taskbar used is not for the WM6.5 build after 23053 . There's another Brian's version particular for the version 23053++. I hope the chef will fix it.
The file name is Brians BWTaskBar _23053. Search for it in this Forum. It will resolve the problem with 'No start and softkey buttons' at the bottom of the screen. But you will loose the nice waiting cursor animation in this ROM.

Try this fix for the Home Button. It has worked on many roms for me.

Beautiful BUT problematic
I've been using this rom for the past 6 hours. It is by far the most beautiful rom to hit my HD but also the most problematic.
After flashing I hard reset and started it up. No sim recognized, it took several soft resets before it finally took.
Manila was slow and 'choppy' so had to reset many times.
Did not want to sync (it took several resets and one hard reset before it finally did)
Email worked at first then after last hard reset I get the 'Error Synchronizing'.
When I pressed 'soft reset' it went into hard reset, AGAIN!
Very beautiful, but too heavy, slow, and problematic for me.
Now, I would like to make it work so if someone can illuminate me on how to achieve it I will be very grateful.

Very fast ROM indeed but too many bugs and it's NOT for everyday use.The eye candy is great looking forward to more releases but for now I'm going to switch to another ROM.

Great rom I like the way it sets up.
One problem opera doesnt connect to the internet. When I type in the address it comes back with a white screen.

The battery was down for less hour, a problem with illumination, it is always on

Issues feedback:
- button light and somekind of screen illumination on while on stand-by,
hence great battery drain (20% in 30 min) - only actuaully used the phone for 10 min
- keys are mapped differently than in Fatsal's Xperoid (for instance, the end key is sfor standby and screenlock, OK button for back)

A few remarks,
- the installation of this android was very easy.
- touchscreen and buttons are not working properly, the next button is in the middle of the top of the screen, while it should be in the right bottom.

In my X1 WiFi don't work it says 'Nie można uruchomić WiFi' (It isn't possible to start WiFi)

It works very well for me, try to copy all files once again
'au' button seems to work as 'blue rectangle' key...not like in WM :/
I like when slider is open then display keyboard didn't appear and can't activate it, when close slider, then everything works
Maybe we need some 'modules' to get WiFi working? Anyone has problem with WiFi (except me ) ?

What about the brightness? There used be a "bug": If you manually change brightness the settings will revert after the phone goes "in sleep" or whatever you call it.. Does it still do that?

It's to soon, i cannot tell u. For now everithing looks good,but i am using it for like 15 min..

EDIT: THIS IS ALL LIES!!!!!! Scratch the lot, second install worked fine so pleeeeeeaaaaase ignore me I'm a massive idiot
after clean install there's a couple of things that I've noticed that aren't working;
No lockscreen
Home key and search key don't do anything (back and menu buttons OK)
Swiping keyboard doesn't write words, can only type by tapping letters
Botton in top right for quick settings doesn't work in notification pull down, two finger swipe down does however load quick settings
For call bug I'll need to wait but didn't have the problem is last two CM10 nightlies so fingers crossed!

Search button works, home key too. Quick settings are working, they are even customizable. Are you sure you made a clean wipe with format /system? Oh, and have you installed the GAPPS?
Edit: Lockscreen works of course.

The brightness of keys can be set by using brightness option

Also, cannot use fonts or icons from miui gb themes.

This rom is from MTDEV and I ported there 3 roms PA (6th Jan ,13th Jan and cm9 latest) in everycase I am unable to turn wifi on and for Porting I used the files provided by elol so still figuring out what may be the issue. 6TH JAN PA and latest CM9 has video recording in deafault cam by 640*480
EDIT : I Tried to use built.prop in last 2.8.3 rom but it gives Phone FC's Still can't figur out what to do
